Abstract

本发明提供移动电话键盘及其制造方法,将构成键盘的按键部和键盘部以双重注塑方式制造,缩短制作工艺,降低成本费用。本发明移动电话键盘包括:按键部,具有向上突出形成的、用于实施上述移动电话按压动作的多个按键,且在上述按键的背面上设置有凹槽;键盘部,具有紧密连接在上述按键部底面且插入到上述凹槽中的凸起,且在上述凸起的背面上向下突出形成有用于传达上述按键的按压动作的按压引导片。本发明移动电话键盘制造方法包括按键部成形步骤和键盘部成形步骤。

移动电话键盘及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及移动电话键盘及其制造方法,具体地说涉及将构成键盘的按键部和键盘部以双重注塑方式制造,缩短制作工艺且降低成本费用的移动电话键盘及其制造方法,。
背景技术
一般来说,移动电话具有用作信号产生开关装置的键盘,上述键盘在位于具有接点的印刷电路板(PCB)上的状态下插入连接于移动电话下面机架的槽中,印刷有或刻印有数字或文字等识别符号。
另外,在移动电话的键盘和印刷电路板之间设置有具有弹性回复力的触片开关(METAL DOME SWITCH),上述触片开关通过构成键盘的按键的按压动作,与印刷电路板上的接点接触,实现信号产生。
图6是以往移动电话键盘的平面示意图。上述键盘1由硅材料的键盘板2、和在设置有数字或符号状态下与上述键盘板的按键连接面相连的按键3构成。
以往键盘1具有键盘板2和分别成形的多个按键3,上述按键通过粘结剂连接在上述键盘板上。
上述方法存在根据键盘板和按键的形状需要分别制作不同模具的问题。
另外,将分别成形的按键利用粘结剂等连接在键盘板上,所以作业工艺复杂,增加不良率。
此外,以往的按键具有金属成分,冬天给人冰凉的触感,而且上述按键的金属成分会引起移动电话液晶屏幕部分的划痕。
如上所述,以往的键盘由于整体作业工艺复杂,会引起成本费用上升问题。
发明内容
为解决上述问题而提出本发明,本发明的目的是提供移动电话键盘及其制造方法,将构成键盘的按键部和键盘部以双重注塑方式制造,缩短制作工艺,降低成本费用。
为达到上述目的,本发明移动电话键盘包括:按键部,其具有向上突出形成的、用于实施上述移动电话按压动作的多个按键,且具有在上述按键的背面上设置的凹槽;键盘部,其具有紧密连接在上述按键部底面且插入到上述凹槽中的凸起,且具有在上述凸起的背面上向下突出形成的、用于传达上述按键的按压动作的按压引导片。
另外,本发明的移动电话键盘制造方法包括双重注塑方式的以下步骤:按键部成形步骤,其中将聚碳酸酯注入上下部模具之间,向上突出形成多个按键,且在上述按键背面形成凹槽;键盘部成形步骤,其中将上述上部模具上成形的按键部设置在另外下部模具的上面后,将聚氨酯注入上述按键部和下部模具之间,形成具有向下突出的按压引导片的键盘部。
因此,本发明由于利用双重注塑方式制造移动电话键盘的按键部和键盘部,降低产品的成本费用。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图详细说明本发明优选实施方式。

如图1至图5所示,本发明的移动电话键盘及其制造方法包括以下步骤:按键部成形步骤(S1),其中将聚碳酸酯注入上部模具30和下部模具40之间,成形按键部;键盘部成形步骤(S2),其中将上述上部模具30上成形的按键部10设置在另外下部模具50的上面后,将聚氨酯注入上述按键部10和下部模具50之间,将键盘部形成在上述按键部的底面;按键部涂敷步骤(S3),其中在已成形上述按键部10和键盘部20的状态下,在上述按键部10的上面涂敷一定颜色;按键上形成文字/数字的步骤(S5),其中在已实施按键部涂敷的按键11上印刷或激光刻印文字或数字;按键涂敷步骤(S6),其中在已成形的按键11上涂敷保护膜或透明涂料。
上述聚碳酸酯是合成热塑性树脂,耐久性优良,一般用于透镜、有机玻璃、光盘材料、头盔、保护具、覆盖类。
上述按键部10由于具有非导电性聚碳酸酯材料,可解决以往移动电话的长时间使用而发热的问题、和冬天使用时冰凉触感的问题、以及移动电话液晶屏幕部分上产生刮痕的问题。
上述按键部成形步骤(S1)中,上部模具30和下部模具40分别为阴阳模具,在上述按键部10的上面向上突出形成多个按键11,而上面按键11的底面形成凹槽12。
因此,通过按键11与按键部10形成一体,可解决以往按键板上连接各按键11的过程中产生的问题,减少产品的不良率,同时将按键11的按压动作或外部冲击产生的问题降低最低,实现使用便利。
上述键盘部成形步骤(S2)中,将一次成形的按键部10设置在上部模具30和另外下部模具50之间后,将聚氨酯注入上述按键部10的底面和下部模具50之间,以插入注塑或压接方式进行二次成形作业。
如上,将上述按键部10和键盘部20一体形成,上述键盘部20上面形成用于插入到按键部10的凹槽12的凸起21,而上述键盘部20下面在凸起21背面向下延长形成用于引导触片开关工作的按压引导片22。
另一方面,由于上述按键部10的底面和键盘部20的上面通过凹槽12和凸起21的连接而相连,在按键部成形步骤(S1)和键盘部成形步骤(S2)中上述按键部10和键盘部20进一步稳定成形。
在按键部成形步骤(S1)和键盘部成形步骤(S2)中,利用双重注塑方式首先成形按键部10,接着成形键盘部20,所以减少产品的不良率,同时缩短作业工艺,降低成本费用。
另外,由于上述按键部10和键盘部20连接成一体,与以往键盘相比,更加薄。
上述按键部涂敷步骤(S3)中,在已成形的按键部10上面通过多种方式涂敷一定颜色。
上述按键上形成文字/数字的步骤(S5)中,在已涂敷的按键11上印刷(丝网印刷等)或激光刻印等多种方法形成文字/数字、图案等。
在按键部涂敷步骤(S3)和按键上形成文字/数字的步骤(S5)之间,进一步包括涂色或涂银步骤(S4)。(上述涂色或涂银步骤采取通常方法)
上述按键涂敷步骤(S6)中,涂敷透明涂料,可采取UV涂敷。
如上所述,根据本发明移动电话键盘制造方法,即采取先成形按键部、后成形连接在按键部的键盘部的双重注塑方式,提高生产率且降低产品不良率,使整体作业工艺简单化,降低成本费用。

Claims (6)

1、一种移动电话键盘,其特征是,该键盘包括:按键部,具有向上突出形成的、用于实施所述移动电话按压动作的多个按键,且具有在所述按键的背面上设置的凹槽;键盘部,具有紧密连接在所述按键部底面且插入到所述凹槽中的凸起,且具有在所述凸起的背面上向下突出形成的、用于传达所述按键的按压动作的按压引导片。
2、根据权利要求1所述的移动电话键盘,其特征是,所述按键部由聚碳酸酯材料构成。
3、根据权利要求1所述的移动电话键盘,其特征是,所述键盘部由聚氨酯材料构成。
4、一种移动电话键盘制造方法,所述方法为双重注塑方式,包括以下步骤:按键部成形步骤,其中将聚碳酸酯注入上下部模具之间,向上突出形成多个按键,且在所述按键背面形成凹槽;键盘部成形步骤,其中将所述上部模具上成形的按键部设置在另外下部模具的上面后,将聚氨酯注入所述按键部和下部模具之间,形成具有向下突出的按压引导片的键盘部。
5、根据权利要求4所述的移动电话键盘的制造方法,其特征是,所述方法进一步包括以下步骤:按键部涂敷步骤,其中在已成形所述按键部和键盘部的状态下,在所述按键部的上面涂敷一定颜色;按键上形成文字/数字的步骤,其中在已实施按键部涂敷的按键上印刷或激光刻印文字或数字;按键涂敷步骤,其中在已成形的按键上涂敷透明涂料。
6、根据权利要求5所述的移动电话键盘制造方法,其特征是,所述方法进一步包括以下步骤:在所述按键部涂敷步骤和按键上形成文字/数字的步骤之间,进一步包括涂色或涂银步骤中的一个步骤。
