Abstract

本发明建议通过按下键(10,11,12……)的方法来锁住键盘,但是为了避免该设备被不恰当地使用,可通过输入一组称为密钥键序列来开启该设备。在优选方案中,此密钥序列由SIM卡(30)内的PIN码确定。本发明应用于蜂窝式移动电话中。

Description

包含键盘的设备以及保护键免遭侵扰的方法
本发明涉及一种包含有一个键盘和用于开启或者禁用所述键盘的装置的设备。
本发明能有效地应用于作为蜂窝式网络部件的移动电话领域中。在这种类型的设备中，有必要关闭和开启键盘，以防在意外事故中无意按下其中某个键而产生不良影响，比如没有必要的时候，改变了地址簿变更或紧急呼叫。
本发明还涉及防止键盘在不合时宜的情况下被按下的方法，该方法适合于上述设备。
欧洲专利0453089描述了这样一种设备。按下连续的两个键，该键盘被锁住；再按一次同样的两个键，则键盘被重新开启。
上述文件中所描述的设备的缺点是：这种排序是众所周知的，无关的第三方也能使用这种电话设备且能无偿地花费机主的呼叫费用。
本发明的目的是提供一种在开头段落所定义的一种设备。在不合时宜地按下键时，能防止不良影响，也能防止欺诈性使用该设备的行为。
为此目的，本设备的特点是它的开启装置是用一个开启口令来控制的。
在上面所定义类型的方法的特点是：首先通过关闭动作使键盘锁住，而后则利用一组按键，即一个密钥序列来开启。
由于开启码是相当秘密的，因此该设备能有效地防止第三方随意的盗用。
在一个实施例中，锁住装置和接收装置是分开的，这使得此设备可显示回呼信号。
根据本发明的方法的一个实施例，适合于满足GSM标准的设备，其特征在于所述键盘的开启需要所述标准的CHV1码。因此，所获得的另外一个优点是本发明的实施不必再增加新的硬件。
下面结合附图，详细说明本发明的实施例，其中：

图2为图1所示设备的图解；
图3为说明该设备操作的流程图。
如图1所示，一个移动电话包括外壳1，天线2，显示屏3，话筒5，麦克风6，键盘7以及许多其他操作键10,11,12……。有关用户的一些信息包含在被安置在本设备后部的SIM卡30中。SIM卡30经常被用在GSM型蜂窝式移动通讯网络中。可以查阅与系统的这个方面有关的标准。
图2表示了该设备的操作原理图，其中的元件和图1中的具有相同的参考号。本发明的操作是由处理器来确定的，它包括信息处理器40，与存储器45及SIM卡30一起工作。所有这些部件都通过公共总线BUSAD相互连接。为了控制该设备的其他部件，总线BUSAD也连接有键盘7和无线电收发两用机组件50。
根据本发明，当键盘锁住时，要用一个密码呤才能开启键盘。这种最好是写在SIM卡上的PIN码。换言之，在开启该设备时执行相同的程序。
当键盘关闭时，无线电收发两用机组件仍可接收呼叫。虽然键盘是锁住的，仍可将一组键按下，这组键对应于构成用户识别媒体的SIM卡的PIN码。
图3为该设备的操作流程图。在流程中，方框K1表示该设备的正常工作状态，也就是说，所有的功能都是依用户意愿。当用户希望锁住他的键盘时，他按下一组键或是单一键，如方框K3所示。然后锁住状态进入到如方框K5。
利用本发明方框内的PIN码，能非常简单地执行一系列指令，包括包含在GSM标准ETS300608中所描述的“VERIFY CHV and STATUS”指令，而不必再提供其他硬件。
一旦键盘被锁住(见方框K5)，手机要等待候一个动作(见方框K6)。可能是一个进来的呼叫，一个紧急呼叫，但也要按一个键(或一组键)来开启键盘(见方框K8)。一旦给出开启键盘的指令，由于指令STATUS，手机要检查CHV1是否开启(见方框K9)。该指令反映CHV1的状态(锁住或开启，容许还是禁止)。
如果CHV1被开启，用户可输入他的PIN码。用这个密码，手机会将指令“VERIFY CHV1”传递给SIM卡(见方框K10)，如果SIM卡的回答是正确的，那么操作能进入正常状态，否则会回到CHV1许可的状态(见方框K7)。
如果方框K9的测试出现程序CHV1被禁用的STATUS信息时，表明用户没有利用PIN码来保护他的SIM卡。在这种情况下，不要求用户使用他的PIN码，从而重新返回到方框K1处进行操作。
在3次输入错误的PIN码后(见方框K12)，SIM卡会自动关闭(见方框K11)，操作者只能使用一种已知的特殊的开启码来开启SIM卡。

Claims (8)

1、一种包含有一个键盘和用于开启或者禁用所述的键盘的装置的设备，其特征在于：开启装置是由一个开启口令来控制的。
2、根据权利要求1的设备，其特征在于：禁用装置由一个禁用口令来控制。
3、根据权利要求1的设备，它的功能取决于识别介质内包含的信息，其特征在于：该介质中至少包含了禁用口令。
4、根据权利要求1-3的设备，其特征在于锁住装置与呼叫接收装置是分开的。
5、一种保护键盘的键免遭意外触压的方法，适合于权利要求1-4之一的设备，其特征在于该键盘首先利用一个禁用操作使之不可用，而后则通过输入一组密钥使键盘可用。
6、根据权利要求5的方法，适合于具有一个包含了识别码的识别媒体的设备，其特征在于所述密钥是由识别码来定义的。
7、根据权利要求6的方法所适合的设备是符合GSM标准的。
8、根据权利要求7的方法，其特征在于所述键盘需要执行所述标准的CHV程序才能启动。
