Abstract

本发明用于往返油轮,可以在船首或船尾操纵系泊缆索和装油软管。
在传统的往返油轮上,船首的装载系统是这样布置的,即,将系泊绞车安置在位于油船中线的平台甲板上。一止链器和一导缆器安置在系泊绞车的前方。软管通过安置在位于油船中线的主甲板上的一个单独的软管操纵绞车被拉到船甲板上。由于在系泊绞车下方有必不可少的结构,所以该方案要求平台甲板具有较大的尺寸。
通过将系泊绞车改装成包括一个用于操纵软管的附加卷筒,就可用这么一台系泊绞车来进行整个联接过程。通过采用导轮组,就可以将该系泊绞车安置到主甲板上,这样的布置具有若干个优点。例如,可以减小平台甲板的尺寸,并且可借助已设在主甲板上的结构以一种简单的方式来吸收所受到的力。
这是通过将系泊绞车驱动装置的一根轴伸出,并将软管操纵卷筒置于其上来实现的。这样,软管操纵卷筒和绞缆卷筒由同一个驱动装置驱动,但因可将它们与所述驱动装置相脱开,故可以相互独立的作业。这种复合绞车被安置在主甲板上,其软管操纵卷筒在船的中线上。这意味着:绞缆卷筒将位于船中线的侧方。当拉动系泊缆索时,缆索由导缆器和止链器加以引导。在止链器的后方设置一水平的导轮,以便将缆索从船的中线引导出来。接着,借助一垂直导轮,将缆索向下引导至绞缆卷筒。在完成了系泊作业之后,可以将绞缆卷筒与驱动装置脱开,将软管操纵卷筒连接于驱动装置,以便拉动装油软管。
图1、2和3示出了已有技术。系泊缆索1是通过导缆器6和止链器5从系泊绞车3拉出的,所有这些都设置在平台甲板上。接着,系泊缆索1通过系泊绞车3被向下引导至一储缆绞车7。当止链器5锁定于系泊缆索的耐磨链(wear chain)2时,就完成了整个系泊过程。随后,可借助软管操纵绞车8和软管操纵索15将装油软管12拉到甲板上。
图4示出了主甲板的一种新的配置,其中包括连接于同一个驱动装置14的绞缆卷筒13和软管操纵卷筒9。

系泊缆索通过导缆器6和止链器5从绞缆卷筒13拉出,在经过一水平导轮10和一垂直导轮11后,向下引导至绞缆卷筒13。在那里,系泊缆索被引向储缆绞车7。
以通常的方式结束系泊过程。使绞缆卷筒13与驱动装置14相脱开,并将软管操纵卷筒9连接于驱动装置14,以便由其驱动。接着,借助软管操纵卷筒9和软管操纵索15来拉动装油软管。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于往返油轮的装载配置,包括:一用于拉动船舶平台甲板上的系泊缆索(1)的系泊绞车(13、14),以及一用于操纵布置在船舶主甲板上的软管操纵索(15)的软管操纵绞车,其特征在于,所述系泊绞车(13、14)和软管操纵绞车(9、14)是布置成安装在同一甲板上,它们具有一个可以相互独立地与其相联接或脱开的共用驱动装置(14)。
2.如权利要求1所述的装载配置,其特征在于,所述绞缆卷筒(13)、所述软管操纵卷筒(9)和所述驱动装置(14)被安置在主甲板上,软管操纵卷筒(9)在船的中线上,导轮(10、11)可将系泊缆索(1)导向绞缆卷筒(13)。
3.如权利要求1所述的装载配置,其特征在于,所述绞缆卷筒(13)、所述软管操纵绞车卷筒(9)和所述驱动装置(14)被安置在主甲板上,绞缆卷筒(13)在船的中线上,导轮可将软管操纵索(15)导向软管操纵卷筒(9)。
4.如权利要求1所述的装载配置,其特征在于,所述软管操纵卷筒(9)和驱动装置(14)被布置在主甲板上,导轮可将软管操纵索(15)导向软管操纵卷筒(9),并将系泊缆索(1)导向绞缆卷筒(13)。
