2.现有技术简要说明
人们已知各种型式的用于固定门、面板等的闩锁装置。

发明概述
本发明提供一个适用于装在面板上并将面板紧固于框架的拉杆一滚柱闩锁系统。该拉杆一滚柱闩锁系统牢固、精微且易于操作,仅需操作人员施加最小的力。该闩锁系统适用于可由中心闩锁操作,并包括一个适于由垂直于该面板的中心门闩转动的棘爪。该闩锁系统还包括至少一个将面板紧固于框架的远距离闩锁装置,及一个延伸于棘爪和该至少一个远距离闩锁装置间的相应拉杆装置,从而当转动棘爪时,使该至少一个远距离闩锁装置工作。此外,该闩锁系统包括至少一个用于使相应拉杆装置的动作定位和导向的拉杆导向安装部件。该拉杆导向安装部件包括一个用于可移动地容纳一个相应拉杆装置的拉杆导向支承套和一个用于将该拉杆导向安装部件固定于面板的拉杆导向安装托架。最好,该支承套由诸如具有静磨擦系数低于约0.4的低磨擦系数材料制成。该托架适于容纳和紧固相应的拉杆导向支承套。最好,该拉杆导向支承套包括多个用于将拉杆导向支承套装于拉杆导向安装托架内的舌片。

详细说明
本发明的拉杆滚柱系统被用来和中央闩锁件一起使用,以构成一个多点闩锁系统。
本发明提供一个在一个或多个部位牢固而容易地闩锁柜门又易于从中心闩锁件拆下的改进后的拉杆滚柱系统。
现详细参考附图,其中,在几个视图中,相同的表号表示相同的元件,图1表示自柜100内看的柜100的局部顶视图,柜100具有装在门102上的本发明的一个拉杆滚柱系统10。门102通过铰链(未示出)装于柜100上,并盖住开口104,该开口具有与门102相同的形状但尺寸略小些,以便当门102关闭时,门102延伸至开口104以外。柜100接近开口104的部分作为门102的框架106。此外,在门开口104附近的柜100内形成和本发明的拉杆滚柱系统10一起使用的凹穴108。在门102的内面周边附近固定由可压缩材料制成的衬垫110以有助于当门关闭时密封该柜100。柜100和门102可由任何适当的材料(例如钢)制成,用以封闭装于其中的各种设备(未示出)。
拉杆滚柱系统10适于可通过转动中心操作件或门闩25(图3)来工作。拉杆滚柱系统10包括一个大致“T”形的由钢之类强度好耐久性好的材料制成的棘爪20,其上具有一个用以将棘爪20固定于中心门闩25的长方形中心安装孔22,这样中心门闩的工作使棘爪20在打开或未闩锁位置与关闭或闩锁位置之间转动90度角。棘爪20具有一对对置的臂24,通过铆钉26将一对作动器拉杆30可转动地固定于其上。棘爪20还包括一个在该对置臂24的公共平面下延伸的第三臂(在图3清晰可见),当拉杆滚柱系统10处于关闭或闩锁位置(图2和3)时,它直接与框架106内面接合,以有助于将门102紧固于柜框架106。
拉杆作动装置30最好由诸如铝或铝合金之类强度好,重量轻的材料制成。拉杆作动器30可包括一个在其内形成的导槽,即最好可由槽形型材制成。在每个拉杆作动装置30的一端44,切去导槽的侧面48,以便棘爪20的两个对置臂24可自由转过整个90°角。
在每个拉杆作动器30的对置端,将滚柱40可旋转地装于一相应销42上,滚柱40的旋转轴线位于平行于柜门102的平面。在作动器拉杆30的端部,将作动器拉杆侧面48的拐角倒角,滚柱40的尺寸和在作动器拉杆端部的位置要定得使滚柱40稍微凸出于端部46以外,并在作动器拉杆30的侧面48的正下方。当拉杆滚柱系统10自打开或收回位置(图1和图4)转至关闭或接合位置(图2和3)时,滚柱40与为此目的而在柜100的框架106中形成的凹穴108相接合,借此使门102压靠在框架106,并压缩其间的衬套110。滚柱40最好由尼龙等强度好、磨擦系数低的材料制成。
为此,用拉杆导向部件50将作动器拉杆端部46定位于门102上。每个拉杆导向部件50包括一个用适当的紧固件54固定于门102内侧的大致U形安装托架52。每个拉杆导向部件50还包括一个最好由强度好且具有诸如静磨擦系数低于0.4的低磨擦系数的材料,例如尼龙制成的拉杆导向插入件或支承套60。支承套60适于卡在安装托架52内适当的地方,以便借助于在侧面和顶部形成的多个弹性舌片61快速装配。因此,安装托架52适于容纳作固定相应的支承套60。

Claims (8)
1.一个适用于安装在面板上及将面板固定于框架上的拉杆-滚柱闩锁系统,该系统适用于可由中央门闩操作,该闩锁系统包括:
a)一个适用于由垂直于面板的中央门闩转动的棘爪;
b)至少一个将面板固定于框架的远距离闩锁装置;
c)一个延伸于棘爪和至少一个远距离闩锁装置之间的相应的拉杆装置,以便当转动棘爪时该至少一个远距离闩锁装置被操作;和
d)至少一个用以使相应的拉杆装置的动作定位和导向的拉杆导向安装部件,该拉杆导向安装部件包括
(1)一个用于可移动地容纳一个相应的拉杆装置的拉杆导向支承套,和
(2)一个用于将拉杆导向安装部件固定于面板的拉杆导向安装托架,该托架适用于容纳和固定相应的拉杆导向支承套。
2.按权利要求1所述的拉杆一滚柱闩锁系统,其特征在于,该拉杆装置具有至少一条在拉杆导向安装部件附近的部位中形成的导槽,并且该拉杆导向安装部件包括至少一个适用于被容纳在至少一条用以当闩锁系统动作时引导拉杆装置运动的导槽内的导向装置。
