Abstract

Description

稳定器结构
本发明涉及一种车辆的稳定器,特别是涉及一种通过驱动缓冲器、螺旋弹簧和稳定器而减小作用于左、右车轮上的震动或冲击以保持车辆的横摇稳定性从而使车辆保持平衡的稳定器结构。
通常,车辆包括用于缓冲由路面状况产生的震动的螺旋弹簧、通过控制螺旋弹簧的自由振动以提高驾驶员舒适性的缓冲器以及用于避免车身摇摆的稳定器。
图1和2示出了通常的稳定器结构,其中,控制杆30’的下端通过螺母而与下支臂20’的一部分相连,缓冲器10’的一端安装在下支臂20’上。在与螺母31’相连的控制杆30’的上部,稳定器40’的一端与螺母31’相连。
通过螺母31’而将稳定器40’的一端与控制杆30’的上端相连,控制杆30’的下端与下支臂20’的端部相连,从而驱动两侧的车轮。稳定器40’扭转,以使车轮同时驱动,从而避免车身倾斜。
但是,这种稳定器40’只能通过与控制杆30’上端相连的螺母进行安装,而控制杆的下端是连接在下支臂20’上的螺母。这种安装结构的缺点是:在震动或冲击作用于两侧的车轮时,稳定器40’不起作用。因此,必须使用高系数的螺旋弹簧50’,以便于通过缓冲器10’和设置在缓冲器10’周围的螺旋弹簧50’来保持车辆的横摇稳定性。
然而,在转弯过程中,通过缓冲器10’和螺旋弹簧50’来保持车辆的横摇稳定性而增大螺旋弹簧50’的系数值,这使得螺旋弹簧50’的弹性降低,使乘客感到不舒服。
因此,本发明的目的就是要解决上述普通稳定器所具有的缺点。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明提供了一种稳定器结构,其包括缓冲器支架,该缓冲器支架在缓冲器10的中部与控制杆30的上端相连,螺旋弹簧50安装在缓冲器10上。稳定器40与控制杆30的下端相连,控制杆30的上端与缓冲器支架20相连。假如位于车辆轮毂上的两侧车轮同时起动,则稳定器40扭转,以使车轮同时驱动,这样就避免了车身的倾斜。当左、右车轮在转弯过程中承受震动或冲击时,稳定器40、缓冲器10和螺旋弹簧50就同时作用,以保持车辆的横摇稳定性,从而也提高了乘客的舒适度。稳定器40可缓冲和分散由路面状况作用于轮胎的冲击载荷,从而也提高了转向操纵能力。

如图3所示,稳定器结构包括一个缓冲器支架,该缓冲器支架在缓冲器10的中部与控制杆30的上端固定连接,螺旋弹簧50安装在缓冲器10上。稳定器40与控制杆30的下端相连,控制杆30的上端与缓冲器支架20相连。
假如位于车辆轮毂上的两侧车轮同时起动,则稳定器40扭转,以使两侧车轮的动向相同,从而避免了车身的倾斜。当左、右车轮在转弯过程中承受震动或冲击时,稳定器40、缓冲器10和螺旋弹簧50就同时作用,以保持车辆的横摇稳定性,从而使车辆保持平衡。稳定器40可缓冲和分散由于路面状况而作用于轮胎上的冲击载荷,从而也提高了转向操纵能力。

Claims (1)

1.一种用于车辆的稳定器,其特征在于:一个缓冲器支架在缓冲器(10)的中部与控制杆(30)的上端固定连接,螺旋弹簧(50)安装在缓冲器(10)上,稳定器(40)与控制杆(30)的下端相连,控制杆(30)的上端与缓冲器支架(20)相连。
