Abstract
触发移动设备中事件的方法,此方法包括计算此设备的位置、计算所计算出的位置与预定点间的距离、当计算出的距离不超过预定的解除保险距离时解除此设备的保险、以及当计算出的距离不超过预定的触发距离或当计算出的距离增加或是当计算出的距离不小于解除保险距离时使此事件触发。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及巡回设备中触发一个事件(triggering an event)的方法。这里所用的“巡回”是指相关的设备可以到处漫游而不必有明确的始点、路线或终点。可以看到,这种设备将不要求有带有路线数据的测绘装置。本发明可具体但并非专门应用于触发巡回手持式装置中的音频和/或声频存储器。
背景技术
本发明还可应用于交通工具如小客车、飞机、公共汽车与渡船。
授予Bosch的欧洲专利公告410 137公开了所谓“点触发”的方法,当车辆的现下位置对应于街道图中的一个触发点时,即触发“特殊的信息”。
利用“全球定位卫星”(GPS)的系统公开于授予Pioneer的欧洲专利公报511 447中。在此系统中,汽车的位置由GPS计算,而当此汽车进入预定的区域内时,即触发涉及此区域的音像事件,即“区域触发”。
已知的另一种先有技术系统是授予Aisin的欧洲专利公报672890。Aisin所公开的方法中利用一种隐喻的“光束”来捕获“利益点”(POI)。这种火焰束可以有选择地在“高”与“低”火焰束之间开关,而所有的落入这种束中的POI即按照优先秩序被捕获和播放(图2),这就是“火焰束触发”。
上述这些工艺太原始了,难以有效地应用于例如附近存在有多个POI的环境、设备是以无固定路线方式巡回的环境或是GPS数据漫游的环境。
发明内容
本发明的一个方面涉及到在巡回设备中引发一个事件(作用)的方法,此方法包括:
使一或多个事件与地区关联;
对每个事件明确至少一个触发前提;
在下述条件下触发事件:(a)巡回设备处于上述地区的预定邻域内,(b)满足对于此事件明确的至少一个触发前提。
上述触发前提例如可以是巡回设备的行进方向、巡回设备相对于上述地区的位置、离上述地区距离的增加、时间、日子、日期、温度、口令或任何其它标准。
本发明的另一个方面涉及到触发巡回设备中音频和/或视频存储器播放的方法,它包括:
使一批音频和/或视频存储器与地区关联;
对每个音频和/或视频存储器明确至少一个触发前提;
在下述条件下触发音频和/或视频存储器:(a)巡回设备处于上述地区的预定邻域内,(b)对于所遇到的事件明确至少一个触发前提,
且其中的音频和/或视频存储器的内容乃是对音频和/或视频存储器所明确的前提的反映。

具体实施方式
现在参看图3,其中例示了本发明的触发系统。在此情形中,当巡回设备进到有关地区的邻域后,计算的距POI的距离增加时,事件即被触发。这种触发系统特别适用于不能依循固定的路线时,例如设巡回设备安装于渡船中而情况表明此渡船在到达POI之前必须偏离开POI时,则在渡船上最接近的点趋近POI后立即触发此事件。
参看图4,其中例示了具有两个相对于一地区的邻域的触发系统。此第二邻域是在第一个邻域之中。在这一情形中,要是计算出的离POI的距离增加而同时是在主区域之内或要是巡回设备进入了内部的较小区域,则触发事件。
在另一个实施例中,事件是在此设备离开该地区时被触发。这一情形例如可用在当渡船离开其码头而它所离开的确切码头以及它所离开码头的方向可以变化时。
参看图5,行进方向可以用作另一种标准。此时,事件仅仅是在设备沿预定方向或沿一系列方向行进时才被触发。这种情形特别适用于用户可以在巡回的同时沿多个方向通过POI时,在不固定路线的应用中减少错误的触发。行进方向还特别适用于增添相对位置的说明词,如“在你的左方你将看到...”或“在你的右方你将看到...”。这种说明词还可以通过明确将看到的相对方位而进一步定型,例如“...你将看到...的北边”。
参看图6,在其示明的系统中用到了所谓的“步幅比”。在此系统中,当计算出的距离增加,事件并不立即被触发,因为这种增加可能是由于GPS位置数据的漫游和由于设备本身漫游。因此,这一系统在触发事件之前犹豫。只当距POI的距离增加的数量超过容限时才会触发事件。此容限量正比于计算出的离POI的距离。也就是说,当此计算的距离较小时,此容限也较小。
图7中示明了相对位置触发的例子。在此特定情形中,通过POI的路径分成四个90度部分,当然也可采用任意多个不同尺寸的部分。因此,要是行人从北面趋近而要调研的地形是位于POI的西面时,他就会收到“在你的右边你将看到...”这样的信息,而当他从南面趋近时,他将听到“在你的左边你将看到...”,而要是他从东边趋近,他将听到“在你的正前方...”。
或者,要是上述地形与POI相重,则从北面趋近的行人将收到这样的信息:“现在你能看到某某大楼的前方入口”,而要是他从南边来则他将听到“现在你能看到某某大楼的后方入口”。
在本发明的上述最佳实施形式中,所述设备包括便携式的汽车音/像系统。在便携式设备中,旅行者例如可以到达Pompeii(意大利西南部-古城-译者),在此废墟各处漫游同时自动地接收到有关POI的信息。这位旅游者不必按任何固定路线行走,也不必用手来起动信息。
另外,这种系统也可设在渡船、公共汽车或火车上,来提供有关例如POT、下一个到达位置、到达时间等信息。这种系统也可用来将地点、平均速度等数据发送回中央基地。于是,本发明也提供了一种有效的车队管理工具。
渡船、公共汽车或火车通常遵循设定的路线,在沿着此路线的某些点上需要音频/视频通知,例如“在你们的右边你们将看到...”或是“本列车现在到达总站”等。此系统保证这类通知自动地在正确地点给出而不需对司机提任何要求。自然司机能操控这一系统或在必要时增加进一步的说明。此系统可包括一倒数定时器或距离测量装置,告诉司机何时作出下一个地点的触发通知。因此司机可添加自己的说明而不干扰下一个地点的触发通知。
最好是各个存储器包括着在有关通知之后连续补白音乐。当到达继后的地点时,此补白音乐便自动减弱而进行下一个通知。
在某些情况下最好是“等待后播放”。例如在隧道等不能从GPS接收的地点可能需要有一种能在该处播放的特殊存储器。在这样的环境下,此种存储器可以在车辆进入隧道后被触发,但在触发与播放之间会有30秒延迟。
此系统最好能对任何业已播放的任何存储器作出标志,以使这些存储器可在一段时间内播放一次。这些标志可以根据离地点的预定增加距离、离触发的预定消逝时间或重新设立所有标志的预定地点而重新设定。
在渡船、公共汽车、火车或飞机上的每个人可有个人的音频/视频系统,而音频/视频存储器可以有多种语言。旅途中的人可以选择自己需要的语言。类似地,这些存储器也可以是许多人物或具有不同的推荐者来适合不同的嗜好。
这种系统可以用来保证在旅途的正确地点举行文娱活动如放电影。
这种系统包括时钟或时间源和来自卫星的信息,使得能进行有时间特征的通知,例如在离堪培拉还有15分钟时,有关的通知可以是:“从现在起15分钟后我们将到达堪培拉”。类似的,此系统可以包括其它的数据、时间、日子、气象的专门信息。例如通知可以是“早晨好(时间),欢迎在寒冷(气象)的冬(日期)天来堪培拉”。同样,与某些日子相关的涉及到旅游者感兴趣的一些存储信息也可以压缩在这些日子中,此系统也可包括说明速度的通知,例如“你正以90公里/小时的速度行驶,应提醒你这一地段的速度限制为80公里/小时。
这类信息可以存储于任何适当的媒体中并可以定期更新,例如通过RF链路。这样,包括新闻或当前时势的存储信息可以定期地更新,并可以根据需要更换以其它编程序的材料。
如上所述,此种系统可以用作车队管理工具。例如,可以选择具有良好的汽车声接收能力的地点,通过的公共汽车或卡车可经调制解调向基地返回位置、平均速度、油耗等信息。这样就避免了需要基地来查询可能在查询时已越出通信范围的车辆。
可以看到,本发明的工艺的细致完善水平是先有技术中所不存在的。本发明的工艺涉及到超出一般地点前提的决策过程,即在触发之前考虑了其它参数。
自然应该认识到,虽然在上面已给出了本发明的说明性例子,但内行的人易知的所有这类或其它的改型应认为属于在此陈述的本发明的宽广范围之内。
Claims (12)
1.在巡回设备中触发一个事件的方法,该方法包括:
(a)确定一个或多个预定区域,该区域根据预定的利益点(POI)分布;
(b)使一或多个事件与各预定区域相联系;
(c)对每个事件确定至少一个触发标准;
(d)计算巡回设备的位置;
(e)在下述标准下触发事件:(1)计算出的巡回设备的位置落入预定区域内;(2)至少满足对事件确定的一个触发标准。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:当巡回设备在预定区域内相对于以前确定的最小距离离预定利益点的距离增加时,至少一个触发标准被满足。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:当巡回设备的方位相对于预定利益点落入一预定方位范围内时,至少一个触发标准被满足。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:当预定利益点的方位相对于巡回设备的方向落入一预定方位范围内时,至少一个触发标准被满足。
5.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:当巡回设备在一预定方向或一方向范围前进时,至少一个触发标准被满足。
6.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:当巡回设备的计算位置落入预定区域中一更小的重合预定区域中时,至少一个触发标准被满足。
7.用于触发一个事件的巡回设备,所述设备包括:
(a)用于确定一或多个预定区域的装置,该区域根据预定的利益点分布;
(b)用于使事件与各预定区域相联系的装置;
(c)用于对各事件确定至少一个触发标准的装置;
(d)用于计算巡回设备的位置的装置;
(e)用于在下述条件下触发事件的装置:(1)计算出的巡回设备的位置落入预定区域内;(2)至少满足对事件确定的一个触发标准。
8.如权利要求7所述的巡回设备,其特征在于:至少一个触发标准是巡回设备在预定区域内相对于以前确定的最小距离离预定的利益点的距离的增加。
9.如权利要求7所述的巡回设备,其特征在于:至少一个触发标准是巡回设备的方位相对于预定的利益点落入预定的方位范围内。
10.如权利要求7所述的巡回设备,其特征在于:至少一个触发标准是预定利益点的方位相对于巡回设备前进方向落入预定的方位范围。
11.如权利要求7所述的巡回设备,其特征在于:至少一个触发标准是巡回设备以预定方向或方向范围前进。
12.如权利要求7所述的巡回设备,其特征在于:至少一个触发标准是巡回设备的计算位置落入所述预定区域中一更小的重合预定区域中。
