Abstract
为了提高燃油供应的稳定性,本发明提供了其中的燃油箱系统,其中存储燃油的第一和第二燃油箱通过连接管相互连接起来,同时单向阀位于该连接管上。
Description
发明领域
概括而言,本发明涉及机动车的燃油箱系统。具体而言,本发明涉及这样的机动车燃油箱系统,其中在该系统中供应到发动机上燃油具有增强的稳定性。
发明背景
在机动车中采用各种类型的燃油,因此存储这些燃油的燃油箱系统设计成各种样式。例如,采用彼此连接的两个燃油箱来存储燃油,而该燃油从其中一个燃油箱中抽出并供应到发动机上。这样的双燃油箱系统频繁地用在液化石油气(LPG)发动机的液化石油气(LPG)燃油箱系统中。
在双燃油箱系统中,把燃油泵安装到两个燃油箱中之一上,并从其中抽出。当该燃油泵设计成抽取例如液态下的燃油时,即抽取位于燃油箱底部的燃油时,可能出现下述问题。
当配有这种双燃油箱系统的机动车行驶时,两个燃油箱相对于地面的位置在行驶时可能发生变化。也就是说,即使双燃油箱设计成当机动车在水平表面上静止的情况下水平放置的话,当机动车急剧减速或者在下坡行驶时,前面的燃油箱也会变得比后面的低。相反,当机动车急剧加速或在上坡行驶时,前燃油箱变得比后面的高。
因此,在这样情况下,存储在安装有燃油泵燃油箱内的燃油可能返回到另外的燃油箱,从而燃油泵不能稳定地抽取燃油,导致供应到发动机的燃油变得不稳定。
在发明背景部分披露的信息只作为加强对发明背景的理解,而不应当看成是一种对如下的确认和任何形式的建议,即该信息构成了在本国对于本领域普通技术人员来说是已经公知的现有技术。
发明概述
本发明的目的是提供一种机动车燃油箱系统,其中该系统具有这样的非限制性优点,即提高了把燃油供应到发动机上的稳定性。
本发明一个实施例的机动车燃油箱系统包括:一个存储燃油的第一燃油箱、一个存储燃油的第二燃油箱、一个把第一和第二燃油箱连接起来的连接管以及一个位于连接管上的单向阀。
另一个实施例的机动车燃油箱系统,还包括一个用于从第一燃油箱抽取燃油的燃油泵,其中该单向阀阻止燃油从第一燃油箱中返回到第二燃油箱中。
在又一个实施例中,该第二燃油箱带有把燃油供给到其中的供油器。
在另一个实施例中,该第二燃油箱带有用于把燃油供给到其中的供油器,而且该单向阀阻止燃油从第一燃油箱中返回到第二燃油箱。

下面参照附图详细描述本发明的一个实施例。
图1为本发明一个实施例的机动车燃油箱系统设计图,而图2为图1沿着II-II线的剖面图。
如图1所示,根据本发明一个实施例的机动车燃油箱系统,液态或气态的燃油105存储在第一和第二燃油箱110和120中每一个中,而第一和第二燃油箱110和120通过连接管130而相互连接。一个单向阀150位于该连接管130内。
第一和第二燃油箱110和120中任何一个的外部均可具有任意形状。
连接管130可具有任意的横截面形状,并可由任意传统材料制成。
图1示出了用于连接燃油箱110和120的两个连接管130,然而,本发明的范围不应当理解成是对上述的限制。
当第一和第二燃油箱110和120通过多个连接管130连接时,每个连接管130均带有一个单向阀150。
第二燃油箱120带有把燃油供给到其中的供油器140。
把燃油150从第一燃油箱110中抽取的燃油泵170安装在该燃油箱中。该燃油泵170把燃油105经过燃油引导管175抽出,其中的燃油引导管175从安装位置延伸到第一燃油箱110的底部,然后经过供油管177把燃油供应到发动机上。
单向阀150阻止燃油105从带有燃油泵170的第一燃油箱110返回到第二燃油箱120。
图3中示出了单向阀150的一个实例。
图3为图1中A部的局部放大剖面图。
如图3所示,连接管130分成前后连接管132和131,而单向阀150插入在它们之间。
如图3所示,该单向阀150可通过一个主体152和由弹簧154支撑的一个板156来形成。
因此,参见图3,燃油105可克服弹簧154的弹性力而从连接管132移动到后连接管131中,但由于板156封闭,燃油105不能从后连接管131移动到前连接管132中。
由于存储在第二燃油箱120内的燃油105可经过单向阀150移动到第一燃油箱110,则第一燃油箱110可存储至少比存储在第二燃油箱120内燃油105多的燃油105。然而,与机动车运动相反,单向阀150阻止第一燃油箱110的燃油105移动到第二燃油箱120。
这样,即使当第二燃油箱120在下坡时变低时,存储在第一燃油箱110内的燃油量也可保持,并因此,燃油泵170可稳定地抽取燃油并把其供应到发动机中。
根据本发明的一个实施例,单向阀把两个燃油箱分开,因此,可减少由于燃油偏移导致的负效应。
由于单向阀阻止了燃油从带有燃油泵的燃油箱中返回到另外的燃油箱中,于是提高了对发动机的燃油供应的稳定性。
此外,由于单向阀阻止了燃油返回到充满燃油的燃油箱中,因此,避免了燃油箱的过度填充(或者从燃油箱中溢出)。
虽然结合目前认为是最实际和优选的实施例描述了本发明,但可以理解的是,本发明不限于披露的实施例,相反,本发明意在覆盖各种改型和等同设计,这些改型和等同设计均包括在附加权利要求的精神和范围内。
Claims (4)
1.一种机动车燃油箱系统,包括:
一个存储燃油的第一燃油箱;
一个存储燃油的第二燃油箱;
一个把第一和第二燃油箱连接起来的连接管;以及
一个位于连接管上的单向阀。
2.如权利要求1的燃油箱系统,还包括一个用于从第一燃油箱抽取燃油的燃油泵,其中该单向阀阻止燃油从第一燃油箱中返回到第二燃油箱中。
3.如权利要求2的燃油箱系统,其中该第二燃油箱带有把燃油供给到其中的供油器。
4.如权利要求1的燃油箱系统,其中:
该第二燃油箱带有用于把燃油供给到其中的供油器;以及
该单向阀阻止燃油从第一燃油箱中返回到第二燃油箱。
