Abstract
本发明提供一种电子香烟。电子香烟(1)包括:具有吸烟口(4)的壳体(2),整体大致呈棒状;喷出装置(第1喷出装置(14)),设置在上述壳体(2)内,具有至少1个通过驱动致动器以改变充填有液态香味生成介质的腔内的压力,来把上述香味生成介质以液滴的状态从与上述腔连通的喷嘴喷出的喷头;以及控制装置(27),设置在上述壳体(2)内,控制上述喷出装置的驱动。由此可达到使吸烟者在进行模拟吸烟时,从吸烟开始时便可获得足够量的香味成分,并获得与吸香烟时相同的感觉。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电子香烟。
背景技术
近年,作为无须使香烟燃烧,便可满足嗜好香烟味道的人群的模拟烟具,提出了各种类型的烟具的方案。
例如,提出有一种在绝热管内设置加热元件和固体香味发生介质,通过把该绝热管和加热元件的电源用包装纸包装而形成香烟状的模拟烟具的提案(例如,参照专利文献1)。
这种结构的模拟烟具,通过由电源把电能供给加热元件,使香味发生介质加热并生成香味成分,并通过吸入该香味成分和被吸入到模拟烟具内的空气的混合气,从而可达到满足香烟味道嗜好者的嗜好的效果。
然而,对于这种结构的模拟烟具,由于使香味发生介质升温要花时间,因而在香味发生介质生成足够量的香味成分之前需要等待一段时间,在模拟吸烟开始时得不到足够量的香味成分,模拟吸烟开始时得不到与吸真正的香烟相同的感觉。
并且,由于不能对香味发生介质生成的香味成分的量进行高精度控制,因而不能根据吸入量来调整香味成分的量,得不到与吸真正的香烟相同的感觉。
而且,由于不具备发生与香烟相同的烟的功能和发生与香烟相同的火种的功能,因而总是觉得不像是在吸烟。

发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种使吸烟者在进行模拟吸烟时,从吸烟开始时就可获得足够量的香味成分,从而得到与吸香烟相同的感觉的电子香烟。
这种目的通过下述的本发明来实现。
本发明的电子香烟,其特征在于,具有:壳体,具有吸烟口,整体形状形成大致棒状;喷出装置,设置在上述壳体内,具有至少1个通过驱动致动器以改变充填有液态香味生成介质的腔内的压力,来把上述香味生成介质以液滴的状态从与上述腔连通的喷嘴喷出的喷头;以及控制装置,设置在上述壳体内,控制上述喷出装置的驱动;检测装置,用于检测上述壳体内流通的风量;以及烟发生装置,从上述壳体的前端部发生模拟烟;上述控制装置根据上述检测装置的检测结果控制上述烟发生装置的驱动。
这样,通过使用控制装置驱动喷出装置,把香味生成介质的液滴喷出到壳体内,并把香味成分供给到壳体内。然后,通过在该状态下把壳体的吸烟口侧衔在口中吸气,使流入到壳体内的空气和壳体内的香味成分的混合气流入到口内,香味成分在口内扩散,从而能够达到满足香烟味道嗜好者的嗜好的效果。
在该情况下,由于从喷出装置的驱动开始时把足够量的香味生成介质的液滴喷出到壳体内,因而从吸烟开始时便可得到足够量的香味成分,从而可获得与吸香烟时相同的感觉。
还可通过检测装置对流通在壳体内的空气或者空气和香味成分的混合气的风量进行检测,根据该检测装置的检测结果(根据来自检测装置的信号),由控制装置进行各种控制。另外通过检测装置对流通在壳体内的空气或者空气和香味成分的混合气的风量进行检测,根据该检测装置的检测结果(根据来自检测装置的信号),使用控制装置控制烟发生装置的驱动,从而使烟发生装置的接通/断开以及光量得到控制。因此,由于可根据吸烟者的吸入力从烟发生装置发生模拟烟、停止烟的发生,并能够调整烟的发生量,因而获得在吸入香烟的烟时的感觉。
并且,由于使用不包含有害物质、不适气味、味道等的香味生成介质,因而可防止在吸烟时对周围的人群和吸烟者自身带来危害和不适感。
在本发明的电子香烟中,理想的是,具有:雾化装置,设置在上述壳体内,使从上述喷出装置喷出的香味生成介质的液滴雾化。
这样,依靠喷出装置的驱动而喷出到壳体内的香味生成介质的液滴由雾化装置来雾化(细微化)。然后,通过在该状态下把壳体的吸烟口侧衔在口中吸气,使流入到壳体内的空气和壳体内的雾状香味成分的混合气流入到口内,香味成分在口内扩散,从而能够达到满足香烟味道嗜好者的嗜好的效果。
在该情况下,由于可把由雾化装置形成雾状的香味成分吸入到口内,因而获得在吸入香烟的烟时的感觉。
在本发明的电子香烟中,理想的是,上述雾化装置是通过对从上述喷出装置喷出的香味生成介质的液滴进行加热而使其雾化的加热装置。
这样,由于可把由雾化装置的加热装置加热而形成的雾状香味成分的粒子吸入到口内,因而可有效地使香味成分在口内扩散,获得在吸入香烟的烟时的感觉。
在本发明的电子香烟中,理想的是,上述雾化装置是通过对从上述喷出装置喷出的香味生成介质的液滴实施振动而使其雾化的振动装置。
这样,由于可把由雾化装置的振动装置振动并形成雾状的香味成分吸入到口内,因而可有效地使香味成分在口内扩散,获得在吸入香烟的烟时的感觉。
在本发明的电子香烟中,理想的是,使上述雾化装置在上述壳体上拆装自如。
这样,根据必要,可容易把雾化装置装配到壳体上。
在本发明的电子香烟中,理想的是,具有安装部,在该安装部内能够拆装自如地安装具有收纳液状香味生成介质的收纳部的香料盒。
这样,通过把香料盒装配到壳体的安装部上,从该收纳部向喷出装置供给香味生成介质,并通过从壳体的安装部上取下香料盒,停止从该收纳部向喷出装置供给香味生成介质。
在本发明的电子香烟中,理想的是,在上述香料盒上设置有上述喷出装置。
这样,通过在壳体的安装部上拆装香料盒,而实现了在壳体上与香料盒一体地拆装喷出装置。
在本发明的电子香烟中,理想的是,具有电源开关,通过上述香料盒在上述安装部上拆装来使电源接通/断开。
这样,通过把香料盒装配在壳体的安装部上,经电源开关使电源接通,并通过把香料盒从壳体的安装部上拆下,经电源开关使电源断开。
在本发明的电子香烟中,理想的是,在上述壳体内设置电源。
在本发明的电子香烟中,理想的是,上述控制装置根据上述检测装置的检测结果控制上述喷出装置的驱动。
这样,由检测装置对流通在壳体内的空气或者空气和香味成分的混合气的风量进行检测,并根据该检测装置的检测结果(根据来自检测装置的信号),使用控制装置控制喷出装置的驱动,从而使喷出装置的接通/断开,以及从喷出装置喷出的香味生成介质的液滴的喷出量得到控制。
因此,由于可把与吸烟者的吸入力对应的量的香味成分吸入到口内,因而获得在吸入香烟的烟时的感觉。
在本发明的电子香烟中,理想的是,在上述壳体的前端部设置发光装置,上述控制装置根据上述检测装置的检测结果控制上述发光装置的驱动。
这样,通过检测装置对流通在壳体内的空气或者空气和香味成分的混合气的风量进行检测,根据该检测装置的检测结果(根据来自检测装置的信号),由控制装置控制发光装置的驱动,从而使发光装置的接通/断开以及光量得到控制。
因此,由于可根据吸烟者的吸入力增加和减少发光装置的光量,因而获得在吸入香烟的烟时的感觉。
在本发明的电子香烟中,理想的是,具有加热装置,对流通在上述壳体内的空气或者包含空气和香味成分的混合气进行加热。
这样,由于流通在壳体内的空气或者包含空气和香味成分的混合气由加热装置加热,因而获得在吸入香烟的烟时的感觉。

具体实施方式
以下,根据附图所示的优选实施方式对本发明的电子香烟(模拟烟具)进行详细说明。
图1~图5表示本发明的电子香烟的第1实施方式,图1是表示电子香烟整体的俯视图,图2是图1的剖面图,图3是图2的局部剖面图,图4是表示喷出装置的构成例的剖面图,图5是电子香烟的方框图。
另外,由于说明原因,在图1和图2中,以左侧为“前端”,以右侧为“基端”进行说明。
如图1和图2所示,电子香烟1具有:香烟主体100,整体形状形成圆棒状(棒状),即大致圆柱状;以及香料盒21,具有收纳有液状香味生成介质的收纳部。
香烟主体100具有:壳体2;第1喷出装置(喷出装置)14和第2喷出装置(烟发生装置)17,把香味生成介质的液滴喷出到壳体2内;以及控制装置27,控制第1喷出装置14和第2喷出装置17的驱动等。
壳体2的整体形状形成圆棒状(棒状),即大致呈圆柱状。在该壳体2的相当于香烟的过滤嘴的基端部(长度方向的一端部)设置有衔部7,在该衔部7的中心部,沿着长度方向设置有使空气、包含空气和香味成分的混合气等流通的规定长度的流路3。
流路3在本实施方式中横截面形成圆形状,其基端在衔部7的基端侧的端面中央部开口(开放),该开口部形成为用于把香味成分(包含空气和香味成分的混合气)吸入到口内的吸烟口4。
流路3的前端部形成为朝向前端逐渐扩大直径的锥形面5,在该锥形面5的最大径部,在圆圆周方向上每隔规定间隔设置径向贯通壳体2的多个吸入口(侧口)6,通过该吸入口6,使流路3内在壳体2的外面侧开放。吸入口6的形状,例如,可做成截面为方形、截面为圆形等(在本实施方式中做成截面为方形)。如果把衔部7衔在口中吸气,空气就通过吸入口6被吸入到流路3内,该空气在流路3内向吸烟口4流通,从吸烟口4进入到口内。
在与流路3的长度方向的中央部对应的壳体2的部分,把作为喷出装置的第1喷出装置14设置成面向流路3,依靠该第1喷出装置14的驱动,把香味生成介质的细微液滴喷出到流路3内。由第1喷出装置14喷出到流路3内的香味生成介质的液滴与流通在流路3内的空气混合并流通流路3内,形成混合气并从吸烟口4进入到口内。
上述壳体2的构成材料,不作特别限定,例如,列举出各种树脂、各种金属、各种陶瓷、木、纸等。
香味生成介质是不通过燃烧,而是可通过将其作为液滴喷出来生成香味的介质,根据用途等来合适选择。该香味生成介质,例如,含有来自各种天然物的提取物质和这些构成成分等中的规定成分。作为香味生成介质含有的香味物质,例如,可使用:薄荷醇,咖啡因,通过热分解而生成香味的配糖体等的前驱体,香烟提取成分和香烟烟凝缩物成分等的香烟成分等。在该情况下,最好使香味生成介质无害化并且消除有害成分。
并且,香味生成介质,为了在香味中添加烟雾,例如,可包含在加热时生成气溶胶的物质。作为生成气溶胶的物质,例如,可使用甘油、丙二醇等的多元醇类、低级乙醇类、糖类和它们的混合物等。
第1喷出装置14采用流体喷射方式(例如,喷墨方式)。流体喷射方式是通过驱动致动器并改变充填有液体等的流体的腔(压力室)内的压力来从与该腔连通的喷嘴喷出液滴状态的上述流体的方式。作为该流体喷射方式,例如,可列举出:热喷射方式(气泡喷射方式(“Bubble Jet”是注册商标))等的膜沸腾流体喷射方式,压电方式,静电方式等。然而,不限于这些方式,也可以是具有相同功能的其它方式。
热喷射方式(气泡喷射方式(“Bubble Jet”是注册商标))等的膜沸腾流体喷射方式的喷头具备具有通电发热的发热体(加热器)的膜沸腾式致动器。在该膜沸腾流体喷射方式中,例如,依靠通电使发热体发热,从而发生气泡,依靠该气泡的压力(气泡的液压变化)喷出液滴。
另外,压电方式的喷头具有压电元件,并具有利用该压电元件的压电效果的压电式致动器。在该压电方式中,例如,向压电元件施加电压,使压电元件位移(变形)并改变腔(压力室)的容积,从而通过改变腔51内的压力来喷出液滴。
另外,静电方式的喷头具有静电式致动器。在该静电方式中,例如,给静电式致动器的对置电极间施加电压并发生库仑力,使振动板位移(变形)并改变腔(压力室)的容积,从而通过改变腔51内的压力来喷出液滴。
在本实施方式中,第1喷出装置14,如图3所示,具备具有喷出香味生成介质的液滴的喷嘴16的流体喷射方式的多个喷头15(图示例中为4个)。即,第1喷出装置14具备具有流体喷射方式的多个喷头15的头装置。另外,喷头15的数量不限于4个,可以是1个、2个、3个或者5个或者更多。
各喷头15使喷嘴16的直径按照各自不同的尺寸形成,例如,通过将这些喷头15的接通/断开进行组合,可把香味生成介质的喷出量调整成规定量。
以下,根据图4,对采用静电方式的情况的喷头15的构成例进行代表性说明。另外,图4仅表示多个喷头15中的1个。
如图4所示,喷头15形成一种在硅基板42的上侧使硅制喷嘴板41叠层,并在下侧使玻璃基板43叠层的3层结构。
在硅基板42和喷嘴板41之间设置有:填充有香味生成介质的腔(压力室)51,贮存器53,使贮存器53和腔51相互连通的阻尼孔(供给口)52。在喷嘴板41的与腔51对应的部分设置有使腔51内外连通的喷嘴(出口)16。面向腔51的硅基板42的部分形成为比其他部分薄的振动板(底壁)45。
振动板45构成为可在其面外方向(厚度方向),即上下方向发生弹性变形(弹性位移)。
静电式致动器(致动器)44的主要部分由该振动板45和配置在玻璃基板43的上部的分段电极46以及它们之间的绝缘层47和空隙(凹部)54构成。
包含用于给分段电极46和与该分段电极46对置的共用电极48之间(对置电极间)施加驱动电压的驱动电路的喷头驱动电路(电压施加装置)29根据从下述CPU28输入的信号(喷出用数据),进行各对置电极间的充放电。喷头驱动电路29的一个输出端子与各个分段电极46连接,另一输出端子与形成在硅基板42上的共用电极48的输入端子49连接。另外,在硅基板42内注入有杂质,由于其自身具有导电性,因而可从输入端子49向振动板45(共用电极48整体)施加(供给)电压。
一旦从喷头驱动电路29向对置电极间施加驱动电压,在对置电极间就发生库仑力,振动板45,从图4所示的初始状态,向分段电极46侧挠曲,腔51的容积增大(扩大)。在该状态下,通过喷头驱动电路29的控制,一旦使对置电极间的电荷急剧放电,振动板45就依靠其弹性复原力在上方复原,越过图4所示的初始状态下的振动板45的位置并移动到上部,腔51的容积急剧减少(收缩)。这样,腔51内的压力增大,依靠该腔51内发生的压缩压力,充满腔51的香味生成介质的一部分从与该腔51连通的喷嘴16以细微液滴的状态喷出。
并且,在与贮存器53对应的玻璃基板43的部分设置有与贮存器53连通的吸入口55。该吸入口55与下述第1供给管33的基端侧连接,通过该第1供给管33和吸入口55从下述香料盒21向贮存器53内供给香味生成介质。
如图2所示,在第1喷出装置14的基端侧(图中左侧)的流路3的途中(流路3的锥形面5的底部)设置有作为检测装置的风量传感器19,使用该风量传感器19检测流通在流路3内的流体(空气或者空气和香味成分的混合气)的流量。
在第1喷出装置14的前端侧(图中右侧)的流路3的途中设置有加热装置20,依靠该加热装置20的驱动使流通流路3内的流体(空气或者空气和香味成分的混合气)加热,加热到规定温度的流体从吸烟口4流出。作为加热装置20,只要具有可使流体加热的功能,就不作特别限定,例如,列举出微波加热器等。微波加热器是把电能变换成热能,其形状和方式可任意选择。通常,形成加热器薄膜,通过使电流流经其电阻来产生热。
另外,也可以使加热装置20在衔部7上拆装自如,根据必要将其装配在衔部7上。
并且,也可以构成为,把加热装置20设置在第1喷出装置14的上游侧,即前端侧(图2中左侧),依靠加热装置20的驱动,使流通流路3内,并到达第1喷出装置14前的空气(与香味生成介质的液滴混合前的空气)加热。
在壳体2的长度方向的中央部(流路3的图中左侧部分)设置有其上面在壳体2的外面侧开口的具有规定的深度的香料盒室(安装部)8,在该香料盒室8内,拆装自如地安装有收纳(充填)了液态香味生成介质的香料盒21。在香料盒室8的轴方向的一个(图2中左侧)端面设置有香料盒检测兼电源开关9。
当把香料盒21安装(装配)在香料盒室8内后,香料盒检测兼电源开关9接通,由此检测出香料盒21的安装状态,同时电源26接通,在把香料盒21从香料盒室8中取出(拆下)后,香料盒检测兼电源开关9断开,由此检测出香料盒21的未安装状态,同时电源26断开。
香料盒21具有整体形状形成箱状的香料盒主体(壳体)210。香料盒主体210的内部被划分成第1室22和第2室23的2室,在该第1室22和第2室23内各自收纳(充填)规定量的液状香味生成介质。在第1室22内收纳的香味生成介质和在第2室23内收纳的香味生成介质可以是相同的,并且也可以是不同的。
香料盒主体(壳体)210的构成材料不作特别限定,例如,可列举出各种树脂等。
另外,也可以把香料盒主体210的内部做成1室。并且,在香料盒21上设置上述第1喷出装置14(使香料盒21和第1喷出装置14一体化),它们可以构成为以一体形式拆装自如地安装在壳体2(香烟主体100)的香料盒室(安装部)8上。
在香料盒主体210的第1室22的下面侧形成有下述第1供给管33的前端侧的锐利端部331被刺穿的被刺穿部221。同样,在第2室23的下面侧形成有下述第2供给管34的基端侧的锐利端部341被刺穿的被刺穿部231。当把香料盒21安装在香料盒室8内后,第1供给管33的锐利端部331和第2供给管34的锐利端部341就各自刺穿和贯通香料盒主体210的被刺穿部221和被刺穿部231。这样,使第1室22内和第1供给管33连通,第2室23内和第2供给管34连通。
在壳体2的外周缘部上分别埋设有:使与香料盒室8的第1室22对应的部位和上述第1喷出装置14之间在轴线方向相互连通的第1供给管33,和使与香料盒室8的第2室23对应的部位和下述第2喷出装置17之间在轴线方向相互连通的第2供给管34。在第1供给管33的前端部形成有锐利端部(刺穿针)331,在第2供给管34的基端部形成有锐利端部(刺穿针)341。通过该第1供给管33和第2供给管34,从香料盒21的第1室22向第1喷出装置14供给香味生成介质,从第2室23向第2喷出装置17供给香味生成介质。
在壳体2的长度方向上的中央部(香料盒室8的图中左侧部分),在基端侧内装有电源(电源部)26,在其前端侧分别内装有:第1喷出装置14,第2喷出装置17,风量传感器19,加热装置20,电源26,以及控制下述发光装置32等的驱动的控制装置27。另外,电源26可以构成为可拆装自如地安装在壳体2内。
作为电源26,例如,可使用一次电池、二次电池等的电池等。在该情况下,通过使用能量密度高的燃料电池,可实现小型化和轻量化。也可以把燃料电池做成香料盒形状以便可简单地进行更换。
在壳体2的前端部(长度方向的另一端部)设置有规定的空间10,在与该空间10面临的壳体2的部分,在圆周方向上每隔规定间隔设置有在径方向贯通壳体2的多个吸入放出口(侧口)11,通过这些吸入放出口11,空间10在壳体2的外面侧开放。吸入放出口11的形状,例如,可做成截面为方形、截面为圆形等(在本实施方式中做成截面为方形)。
在与空间10邻接的壳体2的图中右侧部分设置有与空间10面对的作为烟发生装置的第2喷出装置17,依靠该第2喷出装置17的驱动把香味生成介质的细微液滴喷出到空间10内。在该情况下,例如,通过香味生成介质的选择和组合等,可发生近似于香烟的烟(副流烟)的模拟烟(副流烟)。
第2喷出装置17的构成,由于与上述第1喷出装置14相同,因而图示及其说明省略。
依靠第2喷出装置17的驱动把香味生成介质的液滴喷出到空间10内,这样,在空间10内发生近似于香烟的烟(副流烟)的模拟烟(副流烟),该模拟烟从吸入放出口11被放出到外部。在该情况下,最好是,所发生(放出的)的模拟烟是无害烟。另外,所发生的模拟烟可以无味,也可以有气味。另外,在发生有气味的模拟烟时,该气味例如不是香烟的副流烟的气味,最好是人们喜欢的气味。
在壳体2的前端部(与空间10邻接的部分)设置有在壳体2的前端面开口的规定深度的凹部12,该凹部12的开口部由弯曲形状的散射透镜13闭塞。
在凹部12的底面侧设置有发光装置32,通过驱动该发光装置32发光,可发生近似于香烟的火种的模拟安全火种,这样,可获得与香烟的火种相同的视觉效果。
发光装置32根据来自风量传感器19的信号(根据风量传感器19的检测结果)调整发光量。作为发光装置32,例如,列举出红色LED(发光二极管)、有机EL(场致发光:Electro Luminescence)等,然而不限于此,可以是具有同样功能的发光装置。
控制装置27,如图5所示,具有:控制第1喷出装置14、第2喷出装置17、加热装置20、风量传感器19、发光装置32和电源26等的驱动的CPU(中央处理装置:Central Processing Unit)28,以及装入有使第1喷出装置14和第2喷出装置17驱动的电路的喷头驱动电路29。
根据本实施方式的电子香烟1,由于具有上述控制装置27,因而可进行各种控制。
例如,通过控制第2喷出装置17的接通/断开,可对近似于香烟的烟(副流烟)的模拟烟的发生的接通/断开进行控制,可对发光装置32的发光的接通/断开进行控制等。因此,在禁止吸烟的场所(例如,公共场所,车站,餐馆等),可使模拟烟的发生断开,并可使发光装置的发光断开。
并且,使用加热装置20给空气或者包含空气和香味成分的混合气进行的加热,可控制成在夏季断开,在冬季由于希望暖和而接通。
并且,为了与香烟接近,可进行以下控制:在吸烟的最初,可再现近似于通过香烟的长流路的弱香和低温度的状态,在吸烟的最后阶段,再现近似于用于通过短流路的强香和高温度的状态。
并且,这些控制也可以通过给电子香烟1附加铭牌,并切换与铭牌对应的模拟吸烟编程数据,以铭牌为进行改变。或者,也能根据个人的嗜好实施个性化控制。例如,可再现使用长过滤嘴使香气成为柔和的状态,并可设定假想一根的吸入次数的多少。
并且,可以把这些模拟吸烟程序写入到ROM内并把该ROM装配到香料盒21或别的香料盒(未作图示)上,可以通过香料盒21或别的香料盒把该ROM拆装自如地安装在壳体2(香烟主体100)上。并且,可以采用以下方式:在能拆装自如地安装在壳体2(香烟主体100)上的香料盒21或别的香料盒(未作图示)上设置RAM,可以把上述模拟吸烟程序例如通过被称为蓝牙的无线接口下载或者通过红外线传送到该RAM。
并且,可以在壳体2(香烟主体100)内装入写入有规定模拟吸烟程序的存储器,可以通过拨号等选择该嗜好模式中的任一种。在该情况下,使用成对的如打火机那样的别的装置,可以进行该模拟吸烟程序的存储和嗜好模式的选择。
并且,例如,可以把RFID(无线标记)之类的标记装配在壳体2(香烟主体100)、香料盒21或别的香料盒(未作图示)和别的装置上,可以切换模拟吸烟程序,也可以切换模拟吸烟程序中的参数。
当把上述构成的本实施方式的电子香烟1的衔部7夹在唇上吸气,空气就从吸入口6流入到流路3内,流通在流路3内的风量由风量传感器19检测,根据来自风量传感器19的信号(根据风量传感器19的检测结果),使用控制装置27驱动第1喷出装置14,从喷头15的喷嘴16把规定量的香味生成介质的液滴喷出到流路3内,流通在流路3内的空气和香味成分被混合,这些混合气从吸烟口4流入到口内,香味成分在口内扩散,可达到满足香烟味道嗜好者的嗜好的效果。
在该情况下,由于从第1喷出装置14的驱动开始时足够量的香味生成介质的液滴被喷出到壳体2内,因而从模拟吸烟开始时(吸烟开始时)能够获得足够量的香味成分,并可获得与香烟相同的感觉。
并且,根据来自风量传感器19的信号(根据风量传感器19的检测结果),使用控制装置27驱动第2喷出装置17,从第2喷出装置17的喷头的喷嘴把规定量的香味生成介质的液滴喷出到空间10内,这样,在空间10内发生近似于香烟的烟(副流烟)的模拟烟,该烟从吸入放出口11流出到空间10外,如该香烟的副流烟那样的烟在周围扩散。
而且,根据来自风量传感器19的信号(根据风量传感器19的检测结果),发光装置32发光,提供与香烟的火种同样的视觉效果。
下面,对第2实施方式进行说明。
图6和图7表示本发明的电子香烟的第2实施方式,图6是局部放大说明图,图7是电子香烟的方框图。
以下,对第2实施方式的电子香烟1,以与上述第1实施方式的不同点为中心进行说明,对于同样事项,省略其说明。
如图6所示,在第2实施方式的电子香烟1中,设置有与第1喷出装置14的各喷头15的喷嘴16对置,并使从各喷嘴16喷出的香味生成介质的液滴雾化(细微化)的雾化装置18。尽管未作图示,然而同样,设置有与第2喷出装置17的各喷头15的喷嘴16对置,并使从各喷嘴16喷出的香味生成介质的液滴雾化(细微化)的雾化装置18。并且,如图7所示,控制装置27具有装入有使雾化装置18驱动的电路的雾化装置驱动电路30。其他构成与上述第1实施方式所示相同。
在该情况下,作为雾化装置18,例如,列举出;通过接收从喷头15的喷嘴16喷出的香味生成介质的液滴并给其加热来使其雾化的加热装置,以及通过接收香味生成介质的液滴并使其振动来使其雾化的振动装置等。作为加热装置,例如,列举出微波加热器等,作为振动装置,例如,列举出超声波振动发生装置等。
另外,可以省略第1喷出装置14侧的雾化装置18和第2喷出装置17侧的雾化装置18中的一方。
并且,雾化装置18可以构成为拆装自如地安装在壳体2(香烟主体100)上。
并且,可以构成为,在香料盒21上设置雾化装置18(使香料盒21和雾化装置18一体化),把它们以一体形式拆装自如地安装在壳体2(香烟主体100)的香料盒室(安装部)8上。
在本实施方式中,从第1喷出装置14和第2喷出装置17的喷嘴16喷出的香味生成介质的液滴各自由对应的雾化装置18雾化。
即,由于从第1喷出装置14的喷嘴16喷出的香味生成介质的液滴由对应的雾化装置18雾化,因而当把壳体2的衔部7衔在口中吸气时,从吸入口6流入到壳体2内的空气和壳体2内的雾状香味成分的混合气流入到口内,香味成分在口内扩散,可达到满足香烟味道嗜好者的嗜好的效果。在该情况下,由于可把由雾化装置18形成雾状的香味成分吸入到口内,因而获得在吸入香烟的烟时的感觉。
当用微波加热器构成雾化装置18时,由于被加热并形成雾状的香味生成介质的粒子流入到口内,因而可有效地使香味成分在口内扩散,并获得在吸入香烟的烟时的感觉。
当用超声波振动发生装置构成雾化装置18时,由于被振动并形成雾状的香味生成介质的粒子流入到口内,因而可有效地使香味成分在口内扩散,获得在吸入香烟的烟时的感觉。
同样,当把壳体2的衔部7衔在口中吸气时,从第2喷出装置17的喷嘴16喷出的香味生成介质的液滴由对应的雾化装置18雾化,这样,在空间10内发生近似于香烟的烟(副流烟)的模拟烟,该模拟烟从吸入放出口11流出到外部,如该香烟的副流烟那样的烟在周围扩散。在该情况下,由于从第2喷出装置17喷出的香味生成介质的液滴由雾化装置18形成雾状,因而可发生非常近似于香烟的副流烟的模拟烟。
并且,根据该电子香烟1,也获得与上述第1实施方式同样的效果。
以上,尽管根据图示的实施方式对本发明作了说明,然而本发明不限于此,各部的构成可置换成具有同样功能的任意构成。并且,本发明可以附加其他任意构成物。
Claims (12)
1.一种电子香烟,其特征在于,具有:
壳体,具有吸烟口,整体形状大致呈棒状;
喷出装置,设置在上述壳体内,具有至少1个通过驱动致动器以改变充填有液态香味生成介质的腔内的压力,来把上述香味生成介质以液滴的状态从与上述腔连通的喷嘴喷出的喷头;
控制装置,设置在上述壳体内,控制上述喷出装置的驱动;
检测装置,用于检测上述壳体内流通的风量;以及
烟发生装置,从上述壳体的前端部发生模拟烟;
上述控制装置根据上述检测装置的检测结果控制上述烟发生装置的驱动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电子香烟,其特征在于,具有:雾化装置,设置在上述壳体内,使从上述喷出装置喷出的香味生成介质的液滴雾化。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电子香烟,其特征在于,上述雾化装置是通过对从上述喷出装置喷出的香味生成介质的液滴进行加热而使其雾化的加热装置。
4.根据权利要求2所述的电子香烟,其特征在于,上述雾化装置是通过对从上述喷出装置喷出的香味生成介质的液滴实施振动而使其雾化的振动装置。
5.根据权利要求2至4中任意一项所述的电子香烟,其特征在于,使上述雾化装置在上述壳体上拆装自如。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电子香烟,其特征在于,具有安装部,即在该安装部内能够拆装自如地安装具有收纳液状香味生成介质的收纳部的香料盒。
7.根据权利要求6所述的电子香烟,其特征在于,在上述香料盒上设置有上述喷出装置。
8.根据权利要求7所述的电子香烟,其特征在于,具有电源开关,通过上述香料盒在上述安装部上的拆装来使电源接通/断开。
9.根据权利要求1所述的电子香烟,其特征在于,在上述壳体内设置电源。
10.根据权利要求1所述的电子香烟,其特征在于,上述控制装置根据上述检测装置的检测结果控制上述喷出装置的驱动。
11.根据权利要求10所述的电子香烟,其特征在于,在上述壳体的前端部设置发光装置,上述控制装置根据上述检测装置的检测结果,控制上述发光装置的驱动。
12.根据权利要求1所述的电子香烟,其特征在于,具有加热装置,对流通在上述壳体内的空气或者包含空气和香味成分的混合气进行加热。
