Claims (18)
- 第1面から、前記第1面と対向する第2面へと延伸する複数の穿孔を備えるプレートと、
前記プレートの前記第1面と物理的に接触する液体と、
前記プレートと並置され、それぞれがベース端部から先端部まで長手方向に延伸し、前記複数の穿孔の1つと合致するようにされた複数のマイクロプラグと、
前記プレートと前記複数のマイクロプラグのうち一方と接続され、前記複数のマイクロプラグのそれぞれが前記複数の穿孔のそれぞれ1つに位置する第1位置から、前記複数のマイクロプラグのそれぞれが前記複数の穿孔の一の穿孔の壁から少なくとも部分的に取り外される第2位置まで前記プレートに関係する前記複数のマイクロプラグを移動させるようにされる移動機構と、
前記プレートと前記複数のマイクロプラグのうち少なくとも一方と接続される振動体と、
を含む超音波マイクロプラグベースの噴霧機。 - 前記液体は、揮発性芳香液体であり、前記超音波マイクロプラグベースの噴霧機が芳香生成する、請求項1に記載の超音波マイクロプラグベースの噴霧機。
- 前記第1位置に位置する前記複数のマイクロプラグは、前記複数の穿孔内にそれぞれ当接することで、前記プレートの前記第1面から前記プレートの前記第2面への前記液体の流れを阻止する請求項1に記載の超音波マイクロプラグベースの噴霧機。
- 前記複数のマイクロプラグのそれぞれは、前記先端部に向かう略円錐形のテーパ状であり、
前記複数の穿孔のそれぞれは略円錐形状であり、前記略円錐形状の複数の穿孔のベースは前記複数のマイクロプラグの前記ベース端部に面する請求項1に記載の超音波マイクロプラグベースの噴霧機。 - 前記プレートに関係する前記複数のマイクロプラグが前記第2位置にあるとき、前記複数のマイクロプラグは、前記マイクロプラグと前記穿孔の間に前記先端部に向かって環状の小滴を形成するようにされた形状である請求項1に記載の超音波マイクロプラグベースの噴霧機。
- 前記移動機構及び前記振動体は単一の圧電素子で構成される請求項1に記載の超音波マイクロプラグベースの噴霧機。
- 前記振動体は前記複数のマイクロプラグとのみ接続されている請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の超音波マイクロプラグベースの噴霧機。
- 前記移動機構及び前記振動体と接続されるドライバをさらに含み、前記ドライバは、前記移動機構を介して前記複数のマイクロプラグを前記第1位置に移動させ、前記複数のマイクロプラグが前記第1位置にあるときに前記振動体を振動させるようにされており、これにより前記プレートの前記第2面及び前記複数のマイクロプラグの前記先端部を超音波クリーニングする請求項7に記載の超音波マイクロプラグベースの噴霧機。
- 前記移動機構及び前記振動体と接続されるドライバをさらに含み、前記ドライバは、前記移動機構を介して前記複数のマイクロプラグを前記第2位置に移動させ、前記複数のマイクロプラグが前記第2位置にあるときに前記振動体を振動させるようにされており、これにより前記液体を霧化する請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の超音波マイクロプラグベースの噴霧機。
- 前記ドライバはさらに、前記振動体の電気特性を検出するようにされており、前記電気特性が所定値に達した場合に、前記液体の欠如を表示する信号を出力する請求項9に記載の超音波マイクロプラグベースの噴霧機。
- 電子制御式芳香生成の方法であって、
第1面から、前記第1面と対向する第2面へと延伸する複数の穿孔を備えるプレートを設け、
前記設けられたプレートの前記第1面と物理的に接触する揮発性芳香液体を設け、
前記設けられたプレートと並置され、それぞれがベース端部から先端部まで長手方向に延伸し、前記複数の穿孔の1つと合致するように設けられた複数のマイクロプラグを設け、
前記設けられた複数のマイクロプラグのそれぞれが前記複数の前記穿孔のそれぞれ1つに位置する第1位置から、前記設けられた複数のマイクロプラグのそれぞれが前記複数の穿孔の一の穿孔の壁から少なくとも部分的に取り外される第2位置まで前記設けられたプレートに関係するように前記設けられた複数のマイクロプラグを移動させ、
前記設けられたプレートと前記設けられた複数のマイクロプラグのうち少なくとも一方を超音波エネルギーで振動させて芳香を生成する、
ことを含む方法。 - 前記第1位置に位置する前記設けられた複数のマイクロプラグは、前記複数の穿孔内にそれぞれ当接することで、前記設けられたプレートの前記第1面から前記設けられたプレートの前記第2面への前記設けられた揮発性芳香液体の流れを阻止する請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記設けられた複数のマイクロプラグのそれぞれは、前記先端部に向かう略円錐形のテーパ状であり、
前記複数の穿孔のそれぞれは略円錐形状であり、前記略円錐形状の複数の穿孔のベースは前記設けられた複数のマイクロプラグの前記ベース端部に面する請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記移動及び前記振動は、単一の圧電素子によって行われる請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記振動は、前記設けられた複数のマイクロプラグによるもののみの方法であり、
前記設けられた複数のマイクロプラグを前記第1位置に移動させ、前記第1位置において前記設けられた複数のマイクロプラグを振動させることによって、前記プレートの前記第2面及び前記設けられた複数のマイクロプラグの前記先端部を超音波クリーニングすることをさらに含む、請求項11〜14のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記振動は振動体によって行われ、
前記振動体の電気特性を自動的に検出することと、
前記電気特性が所定値に合致する場合に、前記設けられた揮発性芳香液体の欠如を表示する信号を出力すること
とをさらに含む請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記振動は振動体によって行われ、
前記振動は、前記振動体、及び前記設けられたプレートと前記設けられた複数のマイクロプラグのうち前記振動した少なくとも一方の自然共鳴周波数である請求項11に記載の方法。 - さらに、前記設けられたプレートに関係する前記設けられた複数のマイクロプラグは、前記第2位置に移動されるとき、前記マイクロプラグと前記穿孔の間に環状の小滴を前記先端部に向かって形成される請求項11に記載の方法。
