Abstract
一种填充包装机,可利用其纵向密封机构5,对连续输送的薄膜F进行纵向密封,形成纵向封口SV,并将薄膜F变成筒状;然后,利用横向密封机构8进行横向密封,形成横向封口SL,做成包装袋P的底部,再利用配置在有底的筒状薄膜F内的填充喷嘴6,填充要包装的物品W;再送进薄膜F,同时用横向密封机构8,在薄膜F的袋口部分进行横向密封,形成横向封口SL,连续包装物品W。该填充包装机设有与填充喷嘴6连接,供给物品W的物品供给装置7;检测横向密封机构8的横向密封时间的横向密封时间检测装置12;和以横向密封时间检测装置12输出的横向密封信号为基准,在规定时间后开始由物品供给装置7供给物品W;和在持续了一段规定的供给物品W的时间后,停止供给物品W;通过间歇方式供给物品的控制装置13。间歇供给的物品W,由于不夹在横向封口SL处,因此,可以连续地包装物品W。

技术领域
本发明涉及将卷成滚筒形的薄膜制成袋子,将物品装入包装袋内的填充包装机。
背景技术
以前,例如日本专利公开第153410/89号公报或日本专利公开第4626/90号公报,或日本专利公开第32929/90号公报等公布的那样,现有的填充包装机是将连续输送的薄膜折成两折,将薄膜边缘重叠起来,利用纵向密封机构进行纵向密封;再将要装入的物品,送至纵向密封成筒状的薄膜内,利用横向密封机构进行横向密封,从而将物品包装起来。
在填充物品为液体的填充包装机中,一般,使输送物品的泵连续运转,从而连续输送所要装的液体物品;与此同时,连续供给纵向密封成筒状的薄膜,并利用横向密封机构进行横向密封,连续进行包装。在这种情况下,筒状薄膜夹持在与横向密封机构相对配置的横向密封滚子之间输送,装有例如液体一样的内装物品放在该横向密封滚子之间,液体将被上述横向密封滚子上下挤压,而薄膜则通过加热密封形成横向封口。
但是,在内装物品的液体为含有粘性高的流动物质或固体的流动性物质的情况下,由于不能很好地进行上述挤压,至此使残留的内装物质不能从横向封口处挤出,而夹在横向封口内部,因此造成密封不好。所以,这种物品不适合使用这种填充包装机。
在包装这种物品的情况下,必须停止薄膜移动,进行横向密封,形成底部后,装入规定量的物品,然后再停止供给的物品,再移动薄膜,在当薄膜移送停止后,对袋口部分进行横向密封,这种包装形式的填充包装机,由于薄膜的输送和停止采用的是反复进行的间歇输送方式,因此,生产速度不能提高。
本发明的目的,是要提供一种即使在包装的物品为含有粘性高的流动物质或固体的流动性物质的情况下,也可以连续地输送薄膜,并间歇地供给要装的物品,这样,该物品不会夹在横向封口处,从而可以高速包装物品的填充包装机。
发明的说明
本发明是一种填充包装机,其可通过纵向密封机构对连续输送的薄膜进行纵向密封,将薄膜变成筒状;然后,用横向密封机构进行横向密封,从而形成包装袋的底部,再由配置在该有底的筒状薄膜内的填充喷嘴,填充要包装的物品,在输送上述薄膜时,上述横向密封机构,还可在上述薄膜袋口的地方进行横向密封,从而将上述物品连续地包装起来;其特征是该填充包装机由与上述填充喷嘴连接,供给上述物品的物品供给装置;检测上述横向密封机构的横向密封时间的横向密封时间检测装置;和以上述横向密封检测装置的输出信号为基准,在规定时间之后开始由上述物品供给装置供给上述物品,并在持续供给上述物品一段规定时间后,停止上述物品供给,这样间歇式地供给上述物品的控制装置构成。这样,可以连续地输送薄膜,并通过间歇地供给要包装的物品,从而使该物品不夹在横向封口处,因此,可以高速地包装该物品。
一种填充包装机,其纵向密封机构可对连续输送的薄膜进行纵向密封,将薄膜变成筒状;然后,用横向密封机构进行横向密封,形成包装袋的底部,再由配置在该有底的筒状薄膜内的填充喷嘴,对含有粘性高的流动物质或固体的流动性物质的物品进行填充,在输送上述薄膜时,上述横向密封机构,还可在上述薄膜袋口的地方进行横向密封,进而将上述物品连续地包装起来;其特征是该填充包装机由与上述填充喷嘴连接,供给上述物品的物品供给装置;检测上述横向密封机构的横向密封时间的横向密封时间检测装置;并根据从接收到上述横向密封时间检测装置发出的输出信号起至开始供给上述物品为止的供给开始时间;以及从开始供给上述物品起至停止供给为止的供给持续时间来控制上述物品的供给装置,和间歇地供给上述物品的控制装置构成。因此,在本发明中,以横向密封时间检测装置发出的输出信号为基准,可以设定物品供给装置开始供给的时间;同时,也可以设定从供给开始,至供给停止的时间(即供给持续时间)。
这样,由于横向密封机构,在对连续输送的薄膜进行横向密封时,停止供给要包装的物品;而在规定的横向密封时间之后,开始供给物品;通过设定供给物品的时间(即供给持续时间),可在下一次横向密封时间到来时,停止供给物品;因此,使该物品不会夹在横向封口处,从而可以高速地包装物品。
该填充包装机可根据每一个品种的包装条件,设定符合上述供给开始时间或供给持续时间中的至少一个时间的供给条件的设定装置。由于设有根据上述每一个品种的包装条件(即,不同品种的薄膜输送速度不同,如包装袋形成的间隔尺寸,和由物品供给装置填充该物品的量等包装条件),输入符合上述供给开始时间和供给持续时间的供给条件的设定装置;因此,可根据该设定值,或以该设定值为基础计算出的供给开始时间,和供给持续时间,来控制该物品供给装置的物品供给。
另外,通过该供给条件设定设置设定的符合设定条件的存储装置,可根据被包装的包装袋品种不同的包装条件,设定上述物品供给装置的开始供给,和停止供给时间,并存储在存储装置中;再根据需要从上述存储装置中,按照与各种包装条件相应的上述供给开始时间和供给持续时间,自动地设定该物品供给装置开始供给,和停止供给的时间。
上述横向密封机构由设有密封板的一对横向密封滚子组成;上述横向密封时间检测装置,由与上述横向密封滚子一起回转,与上述密封板的配置位置对应的被检测部分;和检测该被检测部分的检测装置构成。因此,根据上述检测装置送出的检测信号,可以利用控制装置,间歇地供给要包装的物品。

优选实施例
以下,根据附图说明本发明的实施例。图1表示本发明所用的一般的填充包装机。在填充包装机的机台1的侧面,安装着可以交换地安装和卸下卷成滚筒状的薄膜卷R的支承部分2;薄膜F则从支承在该支持部分2上的薄膜卷R中拉出。
在机台1的上部,安装着由防止薄膜松弛机构组成的薄膜导向装置3。该薄膜导向装置3的薄膜F将被引导至薄膜折返装置4;利用该薄膜折返装置4的导向杆4A,将该薄膜沿纵方向折成两折。
在该薄膜折返装置4稍微下方的位置上,安装着由一对纵向密封滚子5A组成的纵向密封机构5。通过该纵向密封机构5,使薄膜的开放端边缘(与折返端相反的一端的边缘)重叠,进而形成纵向封口SV,使薄膜F变成筒状。
另外,在折返装置4的导向杆4A,和纵向密封机构5的纵向密封滚子5A之间,设有一个填充喷嘴6。这个填充喷嘴6位于筒状的薄膜F内,通过该填充喷嘴6,可以充入由含有粘性高的流动物质或固体的流动性物质(例如,粒状的芥末,果子酱,粘土等)构成的内装物品W。
该填充喷嘴6与利用后述的控制装置控制供给/停止的物品供给装置7连接,可将所装物品W送入筒状的薄膜F内。该填充喷嘴6的突出口6A,尽可能配置在接近后述的第一个横向密封机构处。
在填充喷嘴6的下方,设有第一、第二个横向密封机构8,9和切断机构10。
第一个横向密封机构8,利用两个横向密封滚子8A,对形成筒状的薄膜F进行加热密封,从而形成横向封口SL,做成包装袋P的底部。在用填充喷嘴6,将要装入的物品W装入有底的筒状薄膜F内后,在送该薄膜F的同时利用上述横向密封机构8,对该薄膜F的袋口部分进行横向密封,形成横向封口SL,将物品W连续地包装起来。换句话说,袋口处的横向封口SL,就是后续的包装袋P的底部,这样依次进行下去,就可对物品W进行包装。
第二个横向密封机构9的结构,与第一个横向密封机构8大致相同。但一般情况下,第二个横向密封机构由不在内部装有加热器的两个横向密封滚子9A构成;它利用横向密封滚9A,再次夹压由第一个横向密封机构形成的横向封口SL处,从而提高薄膜F的密封性,进而起到对横向封口SL的表面形状进行整形的作用。
切断机构10,大致在中心位置,将由第一和第二个横向密封机构8,9形成的横向封口SL处切断,做成包装袋P。然后,通过输出机构11,将该包装袋P输出;或者,使切断机构10的动作停止,利用横向密封机构8,9进行横向密封,形成横向封口SL,制成包装袋P;然后不切断,在连续状态下,通过输出机构11将成带状的包装袋P输出。
在本发明中,利用纵向密封机构5,可对上述连续输送的薄膜F进行纵向密封,从而形成纵向封口SV,并将薄膜F做成筒状;再利用横向密封机构8进行横向密封,形成横向封口SL,制成包装袋P的底部。再利用设置在该有底的筒状的薄膜F内的填充喷嘴6,填充物品W;再输送该薄膜F,并用横向密封机构8,对薄膜F的袋口部分进行横向密封,从而形成横向封口SL,进而将物品W连续地包装起来。这种填充包装机的特点,是可以控制物品W的供给。该填充包装机具有与填充喷嘴6连接的,供给物品W的物品供给装置7;检测横向密封机构8的横向密封时间的横向密封时间检测装置12;和根据从接收到从横向密封时间检测装置12发出的输出信号起至开始供给物品W止的供给开始时间T1,和从供给物品W开始,至停止供给的供给持续时间T2,来控制该物品的供给装置7,并间歇式地供给物品W的控制装置13。
现在根据图2所示的方框图和图3,来说明本发明的填充包装机。
在上述横向密封机构8的横向密封滚子8A上,沿着回转方向,以规定间隔,设置多块密封板14。横向密封时间检测装置12,由与该横向密封滚子8A同轴配置,与该横向密封滚子8A一起回转,并与上述密封板14的配置位置对应的板状被检测部15;和由检测该被检测部15邻近的传感器组成的检测部分16构成。然后,将该横向密封时间检测装置12产生的检测信号,送往作为控制装置13的CPU;这样,就可以利用横向密封机构8的横向密封滚子8A,检测出在薄膜F上进行横向密封的时间。
物品供给装置7由泵17和驱动泵17的电机转动的驱动装置18构成,并与控制装置13连接。该物品供给装置7,利用让泵17的电机正转来供给物品W;并通过暂时的反转来停止供给物品W;这样,可间歇地供给要装入的物品W。利用这种方法,对流动性差的物品W的供给十分有利;从而可以可靠地停止物品W的供给,做到良好的间歇供给。
供给条件设定装置19,例如,可由触摸控制板组成。将根据每一个品种的包装条件(即,根据品种不同来确定薄膜移送速度,和包装袋P形成的间隔尺寸或用上述物品供给装置7填充的物品W的填充量等条件)确定的数值,或根据经验求出的数值,直接输入该装置中;然后,将设定值输送至控制装置13。
存储装置20,将上述供给条件设定装置19产生的设定值,不挥发地存储下来。该存储装置20可以存储与每个品种的包装条件相对应的上述供给开始时间T1,和供给持续时间T2。
这样,当安装在横向密封机构5上的横向密封时间检测装置12,检测横向密封时间时;控制装置13,可根据该横向密封检测装置12输出的信号,控制上述该物品供给装置7;根据从接到该输出信号起,至上述物品供给装置7开始供给物品W止的供给开始时间T1;和从开始供给物品W起,至停止供给的供给持续时间T2;对物品W的供给(参见图4)。
换句话说,横向密封机构8在连续输送的薄膜F上,做出横向封口SL时,停止对物品W的供给;在经过规定的做横向封口SL的时间后(供给开始时间T1),泵17的电机正转,开始供给物品W;通过设定物品供给的时间(供给持续时间T2),在经过该供给持续时间T2后,泵17的电机反转,在达到下一个做横向封口SL的时间时,停止对物品W的供给。
这样,可以连续地输送薄膜F,并间歇地供给要装的物品W,在横向封口SL外,不会夹着要装的物品W,因此,可以高速地包装物品W。
上述供给开始时间T1和上述供给持续时间T2,通过供给条件设定装置19,根据每个品种的包装条件(即,根据薄膜输送速度,和包装袋P形成的间隔尺寸,和物品供给装置7填充的物品W的量等条件)确定的数值,或根据经验求出的数值输入;然后控制物品供给装置7,根据设定值的供给开始时间T1和供给持续时间T2对物品W的供给。
该供给条件设定装置19设定的设定条件通过存储装置20对每个品种实施存储,同时再根据需要,可从存储装置20中读出与各种包装条件适应的供给开始时间T1和供给持续时间T2,因此,可以自动地设定该物品供给装置7的供给开始和供给停止时间。当品种变更时,可以在过去的包装条件数值上很快地设定这些时间。
有时,对于广泛使用的品种,可以一起输入包装的商品名,商品编号,出产地等数据,就可以调出和简单地设定供给开始时间T1和供给持续时间T2。
另外,在本实施例中,供给开始时间T1和供给持续时间T2两者,是根据每个品种的包装条件设定的;然后由存储装置20存储起来。但是,也可以将供给开始时间T1和供给持续时间T2中的一个时间,作为固定时间,根据各种包装条件,设定另一个时间。
另外,物品供给装置7是通过使泵17的电机正转/反转,来进行物品供给;也可以单纯地使泵17的电机做开/停运转来操纵物品的供给。
另外,物品供给装置7也不一定限于利用泵的回转来控制物品供给,例如采用电磁阀,通过电磁阀的开闭来间歇式地供给物品。
另外,在本实施例中,横向密封时间检测装置12的被检测部15,由凸条板状构件组成;相反,也可用凹形缺口构成;也可做成由检测装置16检测横向密封时间。
产业上利用的可能性
如上所述,本发明提供了一种即使在包装的物品为含有粘性高的流动物质,或固体的流动性物质的情况下,仍可以连续地输送薄膜,通过间歇地供给要包装的物品,使物品不夹在横向封口处,并能高速包装物品的填充包装机。
Claims (5)
1.一种填充包装机,其可通过纵向密封机构可对连续输送的薄膜进行纵向密封,将薄膜变成筒状;然后,用横向密封机构进行横向密封,从而形成包装袋的底部,再由配置在该有底的筒状薄膜内的填充喷嘴,填充要包装的物品,在输送上述薄膜时,上述横向密封机构,还可在上述薄膜袋口的地方进行横向密封,从而将上述物品连续地包装起来;其特征为,该填充包装机是由与上述填充喷嘴连接,供给上述物品的物品供给装置;检测上述横向密封机构的横向密封时间的横向密封时间检测装置;和以上述横向密封检测装置的输出信号为基准,在规定时间之后开始由上述物品供给装置供给上述物品,并在持续供给上述物品一段规定时间后,停止上述物品供给,这样间歇式地供给上述物品的控制装置构成。
2.一种填充包装机,其纵向密封机构可对连续输送的薄膜进行纵向密封,将薄膜变成筒状;然后,用横向密封机构进行横向密封,形成包装袋的底部,再由配置在该有底的筒状薄膜内的填充喷嘴,对含有粘性高的流动物质或固体的流动性物质的包装物品进行填充,在输送上述薄膜时,上述横向密封机构,还可在上述薄膜袋口的地方进行横向密封,进而将上述物品连续地包装起来;其特征为,该填充包装机是由与上述填充喷嘴连接,供给上述物品的物品供给装置;检测上述横向密封机构的横向密封时间的横向密封时间检测装置;和根据从接收到上述横向密封时间检测装置发出的输出信号起至开始供给上述物品为止的供给开始时间;以及从开始供给上述物品起,至停止供给为止的供给持续时间来控制上述物品的供给装置和间歇地供给上述物品的控制装置构成。
3.如权利要求2所述的填充包装机,其特征为,该填充包装机可根据每一个品种的包装条件,设定上述供给开始时间或供给持续时间中的至少一个时间的供给条件设定装置。
4.如权利要求3所述的填充包装机,其特征为,该填充包装机设有,可存储由上述供给条件设定装置设定的设定条件的存储装置。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的填充包装机,其特征为,上述横向密封机构由设有密封板的两个横向密封滚子组成;上述横向密封时间检测装置,由与上述横向密封滚子一起回转,与上述密封板的配置位置对应的被检测部分;和检测该被检测部分的检测装置构成。
