Abstract
一种低温展示柜,在隔热箱体的底部设置底部送风路,在隔热箱体的背部设置和底部送风路连通的双重构造的外侧与内侧送风路,在底部送风路上位于大致同一平面内般地设置数个外侧与内侧送风路用风扇,在这些风扇的出口侧设置壁部,经由设于壁部的外侧送风路用开口将外侧送风路用风扇的送风引至外侧送风路,经由设于壁部的内侧送风路用开口将内侧送风路用风扇的送风引至内侧送风路,在壁部的整个长度方向上形成外侧送风路用开口。
Description
本发明涉及一种在隔热箱体背部具有外侧送风路与内侧送风路的低温展示柜。
在图3中,符号61表示现有的低温展示柜。在该低温展示柜61中,设置隔热箱体62、隔热壁63以及贮藏室间隔壁64,在隔热箱体62和隔热壁63之间形成外侧送风路65,在隔热壁63和贮藏室间隔壁64之间形成内侧送风路66,将这些外侧送风路65与内侧送风路66完全隔开,形成完全双重结构的送风路65、66。在外侧送风路65设置外侧送风路用风扇67,在内侧送风路66设置内侧送风路用风扇68。各风扇67、68运转时,冷气在外侧送风路65内朝箭号A2方向移动,与此同时,冷气在内侧送风路66内朝箭号B2方向移动。符号69表示盖盘,将盖盘69朝白色箭号方向拉起,进行流入外侧与内侧送风路65、66之排水的清扫或维修。
该低温展示柜61因在外侧送风路65与内侧送风路66的送风静压小,故具有可令通过送风路65、66的送风量增大的优点。
在图4中,符号81表示另外一种现有的低温展示柜。在该低温展示柜81中,在隔热箱体82的底部形成底部送风路83,在隔热箱体82的背部形成和该底部送风路83连通的双重结构的外侧送风路84与内侧送风路85。用间隔壁86将外侧送风路84与内侧送风路85隔开。符号92表示盖盘,将盖盘92朝白色箭号方向拉起,进行流入底部送风路83的排水的清扫或维修。在底部送风路83,如图5所示,一个外侧送风路用风扇87和位于该外侧送风路用风扇87之两侧的两个内侧送风路用风扇88在低温展示柜81的宽度方向配置成一列(位于大致呈同一平面内),在这些外侧送风路用风扇87与内侧送风路用风扇88的风扇外壳93的出口侧设置间隔构件89,在该间隔构件89上形成外侧送风路用开口90与内侧送风路用开口91。外侧送风路用风扇87与内侧送风路用风扇88运转时,朝箭号方向导引送风。即,来自底部送风路83的送风通过外侧送风路用开口90和在间隔壁86上形成的间隔壁开口94,外侧送风路用风扇87的送风被引至外侧送风路84。另一方面,来自底部送风路83的送风通过设于间隔构件89上的内侧送风路用开口91,内侧送风路用风扇88的送风被引至内侧送风路85。
在该低温展示柜81,在拉起盖盘92进行流入底部送风路83的排水清扫或维修时,因妨碍少,故具有易清扫或维修之优点。
可是,现有的完全双重结构的低温展示柜61,在进行流入外侧与内侧送风路65、66的排水清扫或维修时,因外侧送风路65被隔热壁63覆盖而且内侧送风路66受到内侧送风路用风扇118等妨碍,故具有作业性极低的问题。
又,在现有的将外侧与内侧送风路用风扇87、88在宽度方向配置成一列的低温展示柜81中,因外侧送风路用开口90(间隔壁开口91)小,则在该外侧送风路用开口90,送风静压增大,故具有通过外侧送风路84的送风量减少之问题。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种低温展示柜,解决上述现有技术所具有的课题,使展示柜本体之底部的作业性良好,而且可令外侧送风路的送风量增大。
根据本发明的第一种技术方案的低温展示柜,其结构为在隔热箱体的底部设置底部送风路,在所述隔热箱体的背部设置和该底部送风路连通的双重构造的外侧送风路与内侧送风路,在上述底部送风路上位于大致同一平面内般地设置复数个外侧送风路用风扇与内侧送风路用风扇,在这些复数个风扇的出口侧设置间隔构件,经由设于该间隔构件的外侧送风路用开口将外侧送风路用风扇的送风引至外侧送风路,与此同时,经由设于间隔构件的内侧送风路用开口将内侧送风路用风扇之送风引至内侧送风路,另外,至少在所述间隔构件的几乎整个长度方向上形成所述外侧送风路用开口。
根据本发明第二种技术方案的低温展示柜,在上述第一种技术方案的基础上,还设有安装所述风扇的风扇外壳,该风扇外壳设置间隔安装外侧送风路用风扇的风扇室与安装内侧送风路用风扇的风扇室的间隔板,该间隔构件用风扇外壳的壁部构成,在该壁部设置外侧送风路用开口和内侧送风路用开口。
根据上述发明,因至少在间隔构件的几乎整个长度方向上形成有外侧送风路用开口,故外侧送风路用开口变大,送风静压减少,故可令外侧送风路之送风量增大。又,因底部送风路未被分割,故易清扫或维修底部送风路,可令作业性提高。

下面结合附图来说明本发明一实施例。
在图1中,符号1表示本实施例涉及的低温展示柜。该低温展示柜1具有隔热箱体2、和该隔热箱体2间隔地设置的隔热间隔壁3以及和该隔热间隔壁3间隔地设置的贮藏室间隔壁4,在隔热箱体2的背部和隔热间隔壁3之间形成外侧送风路5,与此同时,在隔热间隔壁3和贮藏室间隔壁4之间形成内侧送风路6。在内侧送风路6设置省略图示的冷却器。在隔热箱体2的底部形成和外侧送风路5与内侧送风路6连通的底部送风路7。在该底部送风路7上设置盖盘8,在该盖盘8之上方形成阵列商品的贮藏室9。此外,将盖盘8朝白色箭号方向拉起,便可进行流入底部送风路7的排水清扫或维修。
在底部送风路7,如图2所示,设置一个外侧送风路用风扇11和位于该外侧送风路用风扇11两侧的两个内侧送风路用风扇12,这些风扇在低温展示柜1的宽度方向排成一列(位于大致呈同一平面内)。外侧与内侧送风路用风扇11、12装在风扇外壳13上,在该风扇外壳13内形成安装外侧送风路用风扇11的风扇室14和安装内侧送风路用风扇12的风扇室15,并设置间隔这些风扇室14、15的间隔板16。在风扇外壳13的隔热间隔壁3侧具有壁部(间隔构件)17,在该壁部17的下部,在低温展示柜1的宽度方向(长度方向)的整个区域形成外侧送风路用开口18,同时,在隔热间隔壁3在低温展示柜1的宽度方向(长度方向)的整个区域形成外侧送风路入口20。又,在壁部17内,在面临内侧送风路用风扇12的风扇室15的面上形成内侧送风路用开口19。此外,在图中,风扇外壳13的壁部17和隔热间隔壁3的外侧送风路入口20的周围实际上是连接着的。
图中箭号A1表示流入外侧送风路5的冷气流向,箭号B1表示流入内侧送风路6的冷气之流向。将外侧与内侧送风路用风扇11、12运转时,如图1所示,经由设于低温展示柜1之前面下部的吸入口21吸入贮藏室9的冷气,所吸入的冷气通过底部送风路7,被吸入风扇外壳13内。被吸入外侧送风路用风扇11的风扇室14的冷气在风扇外壳13内的下部朝低温展示柜1的宽度方向扩散,经由外侧送风路用开口18和外侧送风路入口20被引至外侧送风路5后上升,自外侧通风路用吹出口(图上未示)向贮藏室9吹出。另一方面,被吸入内侧送风路用风扇12之风扇室15的冷气经由内侧送风路用开口19,被引至内侧送风路6后上升,经该冷却器冷却后,自内侧送风路用吹出口(图上未示)向贮藏室9吹出。
在本实施例中,因在壁部17的整个长度方向形成外侧送风路用开口18,故外侧送风路用开口18变大,送风静压减少,可使外侧送风路5的送风量增大。又,因底部送风路7完全没有被分割,故易清扫或维修底部送风路7,可令作业性提高。
以上依照一实施例说明了本发明,但是本发明未限定于此。在本实施例中,在外侧送风路5与内侧送风路6之设置隔热间隔壁3,但是该隔热间隔壁3系间隔壁也可。
根据上述发明,因至少在间隔构件的几乎整个长度方向形成有外侧送风路用开口,故外侧送风路用开口变大,送风静压减少,可令外侧送风路的送风量增大。又,因底部送风路未被分割,故易清扫或维修底部送风路,可令作业性提高。
Claims (2)
1.一种低温展示柜,所述低温展示柜其结构为在隔热箱体的底部设置底部送风路,在所述隔热箱体的背部设置和该底部送风路连通的双重构造的外侧送风路与内侧送风路,在所述底部送风路上位于大致同一平面内般地设置复数个外侧送风路用与内侧送风路用风扇,在这些复数个风扇的出口侧设置间隔构件,经由设于该间隔构件的外侧送风路用开口将外侧送风路用风扇的送风引至外侧送风路,同时,经由设于间隔构件的内侧送风路用开口将内侧送风路用风扇的送风引至内侧送风路,
其特征在于:
至少在上述间隔构件的几乎整个长度方向上形成所述外侧送风路用开口。
2.如权利要求1所述的低温展示柜,其特征在于:设置安装所述风扇的风扇外壳,该风扇外壳设置间隔安装外侧送风路用风扇的风扇室与安装内侧送风路用风扇的风扇室的间隔板,该间隔构件用风扇外壳的壁部构成,在该壁部设置外侧送风路用开口和内侧送风路用开口。
