Abstract

本发明所述一种同步循环的双温区酒柜或冷柜,包括左缓冲区、右缓冲区、制冷区、第一温区和第二温区,第一温区内设有上出风口和上进风口,第二温区内设有下出风口和下进风口;第一温区的上出风口与右缓冲区和制冷区连通,制冷区通过上层风盒和上层通道与第一温区的上进风口连通;第二温区的下出风口通过下层风盒和下层通道与左缓冲区和制冷区连通,且制冷区与第二温区的下进风口连通;当第一温区的第一风扇或/和第二温区的第二风扇处于工作状态时,第一风扇或第二风扇互不干扰,实现蒸发器同步控制双温区酒柜或冷柜,降低了酒柜或冷柜电子电路的控制难度,节约冷柜或酒柜的成本,解决了采用双蒸发器时能耗大和制冷效果差的问题。

Description

一种同步循环的双温区酒柜或冷柜
技术领域
本发明涉及酒柜或冷柜,特别涉及一种同步循环的双温区酒柜或冷柜。
背景技术
市面上的双温区酒柜或冷柜大部分采用一台压缩机和电磁阀来控制两个蒸发器实现的,结构复杂;且此种结构的双温区酒柜或冷柜的两个温区的风扇同时工作后,当其中某一温区处于控制温度,而另一温区的温度不处于控制温度时,电磁阀控制某一温区中的冷媒流入另一温区,使另一温区的蒸发器中冷媒的数量突然增大,过多的冷媒在另一蒸发器中难以蒸发而导致蒸发效果差,降低制冷效果,从而导致酒柜或冷柜的能耗增加。
当双温区酒柜或冷柜中的温度处于控制温度时,酒柜或冷柜通过压缩机和两个蒸发器控制双温区酒柜或冷柜的温度处于控制温度,需要控制压缩机和两个蒸发器,使酒柜或冷柜的能耗大。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述的技术问题,提供一种用一台压缩机和一个蒸发器的循环来同步控制双温区酒柜或冷柜,采用的技术方案为:
所述冷柜或酒柜包括外壳、压缩机、冷凝器、蒸发器、内胆、前风道板、后风道板、第一风扇、第二风扇、门体组件和中隔层;
所述前风道板的下端与中隔层固定连接,且前风道板、后风道板构成缓冲区,后风道板和内胆的后板构成制冷区,所述蒸发器设置于所述制冷区内;
还包括隔风板,隔风板设置在缓冲区中并将缓冲区分隔为右缓冲区和左缓冲区,所述第一风扇和第二风扇分别设置在右缓冲区和左缓冲区中,且第一风扇连通右缓冲区和制冷区,所述第二风扇连通左缓冲区和制冷区;
所述内胆的侧板、前风道板和中隔层的上端面构成第一温区,第一温区内还设有上出风口,上出风口连通右缓冲区和第一温区;内胆、后风道板和中隔层下端面构成第二温区,第二温区内设有下进风口,下进风口连通制冷区和第二温区。
所述中隔层包括底板组件、左风盒、右风盒和后风盒;左风盒和右风盒为中空体,且左风盒和右风盒的腔体内均设有挡板,所述挡板将左风盒和右风盒的盒体分隔为上层风盒和下层风盒;
所述后风盒包括上层通道和下层通道,所述上层通道连通制冷区和上层风盒,下层通道连通左缓冲区和下层风盒;中隔层上设有上进风口和下出风口,所述上进风口连通上层通道和第一温区,所述下出风口连通下层通道和第二温区。
本发明所述一种同步循环的双温区酒柜或冷柜中包括缓冲区、制冷区、第一温区和第二温区,且缓冲区被隔风板分为左缓冲区和右缓冲区,右缓冲区中设有第一风扇,左缓冲区中设有第二风扇。
第一温区热空气经过上出风口、右缓冲区、第一风扇后与蒸发器进行热交换并形成冷空气,冷空气经过上层通道、上层风盒和上进风口流入第一温区;第二温区的风道由下出风口、下层风盒、下层风道、左缓冲区、第二风扇后与蒸发器进行热交换并形成冷空气,冷空气经过下进风口进入第二温区。
当第一温区或/和第二温区和中任一温区的温度不处于控制温度时,酒柜或冷柜控制与该温区相对的第一风扇或/和第二风扇工作,且第一风扇或第二风扇互不干扰,避免采用双蒸发器和电磁阀来控制冷媒的流通,结构简单,降低了酒柜或冷柜的成本;当第一风扇或第二风扇处于工作状态时,蒸发器和压缩机也处于工作状态,只有当第一风扇和第二风扇均停止工作时,压缩机和蒸发器才停止工作,一个蒸发器实现同时控制双温区酒柜或冷柜,结构简单,降低了酒柜或冷柜电子电路以及压缩机的控制难度,降低了酒柜或冷柜的成本,解决了采用双蒸发器和电磁阀时能耗大、制冷性能差、制冷不同步和控制系统复杂等问题。

应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参照图1、图2、图3、图4和图5,所述一种同步循环的双温区酒柜或冷柜包括外壳1、压缩机2、冷凝器3、蒸发器4、内胆5、前风道板6、后风道板7、门体组件8、中隔层9、第一风扇10和第二风扇11。
所述冷凝器3设置在外壳1的背面,压缩机1设置于外壳1和内胆5构成的腔室内,所述后风道板7位于前风道板6和内胆5之间,前风道板6和后风道板7构成缓冲区14,后风道板7和内胆5构成制冷区15,蒸发器4设置于制冷区15内。
所述缓冲区14内设有隔风板16,所述隔风板16将缓冲区14分为左缓冲区141和右缓冲区142,所述第一风扇10设置于右缓冲区142内,第二风扇设置于左缓冲区141内。
所述内胆5的侧板、前风道板6和中隔层9的上端面构成第一温区12,中隔层9的下端面、后风道板7和内胆5的侧板构成第二温区13;
前风道板6的下端与中隔层9连接,所述后风道板7与内胆5的底板设有间隙为下进风口132,制冷区15内的冷空气通过下进风口132进入第二温区;所述内胆5的底板和后风道板7的下端面呈波浪形使下进风口132呈波浪形,使冷空气均匀地流入第二温区13。
所述中隔层9包括底板组件91、左风盒92、右风盒93和后风盒94,所述左风盒92、右风盒93和后风盒94固定在底板组件91上,且左风盒92和右风盒93分别位于底板组件91和后风盒94的左右两侧。
所述左风盒92和右风盒93的形状为均为中空罩盒,且左风盒92和右风盒93的盒体内均设有挡板95,所述挡板95将左风盒92和右风盒93的盒体分隔为上层风盒951和下层风盒952。
后风盒94中设有上层通道941和下层通道942,上层通道941与左风盒92和右风盒93的上层风盒951连通,下层通道942与左风盒92和右风盒93的下层风盒952连通;所述上层通道941与制冷区15连通,下层通道942与左缓冲区连通。
如图8所示,上层风盒951的盒体上设有上进风口122,所述上进风口122与第一温区12连通;所述左风盒92和右风盒93的形状为罩盒,所述左风盒92和右风盒93固定在底板组件91上,底板组件91上设有连通下层风盒952和第二温区13的下出风口131。
所述第一温区12内还设有集风罩17,且集风罩17设置于第一温区12的上部;所述集风罩17上设有上出风口121,且集风罩17与右缓冲区142连通。
如图4所示,当第一温区12内的温度不处于控制温度时,蒸发器4和第一风扇10工作,第一温区12内的热空气经过上出风口121和集风罩17后进入右缓冲区142,第一风扇10吸入右缓冲区142和第一温区12内的热空气到制冷区15内,使第一温区12内形成负压,进入制冷区15的热空气经过热交换形成冷空气后,冷空气则经过上层通道941、上层风盒951和上进风口122构成进入第一温区12,直至第一温区12内的温度达到控制温度。
如图3所示,当第二温区13内的温度不处于控制温度时,蒸发器4和第二风扇11处于工作状态,第二风扇11吸入空气,使左缓冲区141处于负压状态,使第二温区13内的热空气经过下出风口131、下层风盒952、下层通道942进入左缓冲区141,热空气经过第二风扇11后进入制冷区15,冷空气与蒸发器4进行热交换后形成的冷空气则经过下进风口132进入第二温区13,直至第二温区13内的温度达到控制温度后第二风扇11停止工作。
第一风扇10和第一温区12与第二风扇11和第二温区13分别具有独立的风道,使第一风扇10和第二风扇11工作时互不干扰;且第一温区12和第二温区13共用相同的蒸发器4和压缩机2,节约了酒柜或冷柜的成本,避免使用电磁阀,简化了酒柜或冷柜的电子电路的控制程序;也解决了因电磁阀控制全部冷媒流向同一蒸发器而导致的蒸发效果和制冷效果差的问题;采用一个蒸发器的循环同步控制双温区酒柜或冷柜,降低了酒柜或冷柜的能耗。

Claims (5)

1.一种同步循环的双温区酒柜或冷柜,其特征在于,所述冷柜或酒柜包括外壳、压缩机、冷凝器、蒸发器、内胆、前风道板、后风道板、第一风扇、第二风扇、门体组件和中隔层;
所述前风道板的下端与中隔层固定连接,且前风道板、后风道板构成缓冲区,后风道板和内胆的后板构成制冷区,所述蒸发器设置于所述制冷区内;
还包括隔风板,隔风板设置在缓冲区中并将缓冲区分隔为右缓冲区和左缓冲区,所述第一风扇和第二风扇分别设置在右缓冲区和左缓冲区中,且第一风扇连通右缓冲区和制冷区,所述第二风扇连通左缓冲区和制冷区;
所述内胆的侧板、前风道板和中隔层的上端面构成第一温区,第一温区内还设有上出风口,上出风口连通右缓冲区和第一温区;内胆、后风道板的下端和中隔层下端面构成第二温区,第二温区内设有下进风口,下进风口连通制冷区和第二温区;
所述中隔层包括底板组件、左风盒、右风盒和后风盒,所述左风盒、右风盒和后风盒固定在底板组件上;左风盒和右风盒中空,且左风盒和右风盒的腔体内均设有挡板,所述挡板将左风盒和右风盒的盒体分隔为上层风盒和下层风盒;
所述后风盒包括上层通道和下层通道,所述上层通道连通制冷区和上层风盒,下层通道连通左缓冲区和下层风盒;
中隔层上设有上进风口和下出风口,所述上进风口连通上层通道和第一温区,所述下出风口连通下层通道和第二温区。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种同步循环的双温区酒柜或冷柜,其特征在于,第一温区的上方设有集风罩,所述上出风口设置在集风罩上,且集风罩与右缓冲区连通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种同步循环的双温区酒柜或冷柜,其特征在于,所述上层风盒的盒体上设有上进风口,所述上进风口与第一温区连通;所述左风盒和右风盒的形状为罩盒,所述左风盒和右风盒固定在底板组件上,底板组件上设有连通下层风盒和第二温区的下出风口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种同步循环的双温区酒柜或冷柜,其特征在于,所述后风道板的下端与内胆的底板之间留有间隙,所述后风道板的下端与内胆的底板之间的间隙即为下进风口。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种同步循环的双温区酒柜或冷柜,其特征在于,所述内胆的底板和后风道板的下端面均呈波浪形。
