Abstract

压垫
本发明涉及一种用于薄板压力机的压垫,包括两个外层和一个布置在它们之间沿厚度方向弹性的垫层。
生产层状材料例如装饰性涂层的刨花板在薄板压力机中进行,它们可设计为低压多层压力机或高压多层压力机或设计为短行程压力机。为了使压制板的压力全面和均匀地传给挤压件,在挤压件与压制板之间插入压垫。压垫必须能承受高压力,也能承受在这些压力机内产生的温度,以及压垫必须有能力将来自压制板的热量迅速和无大的损失地传导给挤压件。此外还希望用一种压垫先后加工不同尺寸的挤压件。
前言所述类型的压垫涉及层状结构。例如在DE-A-2627442中介绍了一种压垫,其中无定向纤维网两面用硅酮弹性体涂层。在同类的EP-A-0235582中公开了一种压垫,其中,硅酮弹性体薄片两面用分离薄膜敷层。US-A-3723220同样公开了一种硅酮薄片构成的垫层,它可以附加地敷有分离薄膜。
此外已知一些由织物构成或含有织物的压垫。例如DE-B-2319593公开了一种压垫,压垫的基础是金属筛布,它被包围在硅酮弹性体制的母体内。按DE-A-2338749的压垫有一种玻璃纤维织物,其中单根线或全部线用塑料例如硅酮弹性体浸渍或涂层,所以这些线构成衬垫。由DE-A-2650642可知类似的压垫。在EP-A-0493630中建议了一种纺织物制的压垫,其中,织物由芳香族的聚酰胺线和金属线组成。在DE-U-29718204中公开了一种压垫,其中,线的一部分有硅酮弹性体以及另一部分可由金属丝构成。DE-U-9418984.6介绍了一种压垫,其中,线可由不同材料制成,尤其由橡胶、硅酮弹性体或金属以及它们的组合制成。最后,在DE-U-29721495和DE-U-29721494中介绍了用织物制的压垫,其中,各线按特殊的方式构成。
层状压垫的缺点是不能达到足够的导热率。在其中使用织物的压垫中必须在导热率和尺寸稳定性两者之间进行妥协,所以在这些特性方面不能始终得到最佳的结果。
因此本发明的目的是设计一种压垫,其特征在于尺寸稳定性,并可在大的范围内调整导热率,以及在衬垫方面也应提供大范围的变化可能性以满足压垫的设计要求。
按本发明为达到此目的采取的措施是,外层由间隔纺织物,例如间隔织物、针织物或编织物的两层构成,此间隔纺织物有连接这两层的隔距线,其中至少部分隔距线设计为导热线,它们提高压垫沿厚度方向的导热率。这种间隔纺织物(也称双壁纺织物)构成一种有两个纺织层的复合织物,它们基本上设计为完全的织物、针织物或编织物,并附加地在其中夹入线系统,线系统在纺织层之间交替,在这种情况下在纺织层之间延伸的段构成隔距线。这些隔距线规定了两个纺织层之间的最大距离。此距离可根据具体要求在大的范围内调整,在这种情况下通过隔距线保证沿整个表面间距均匀。这些间隔纺织物迄今使用于其他一些技术领域,例如地下水保护领域中(参见Girmes有限公司G.Schwarz博士在Techtextil-Symposium 1990上的报告Nr.344;EP-B-0450154)。
这样一种压垫的特征在于高的尺寸稳定性。由于有大量接触点的平的和非常均匀的表面,形成与加热的压制板良好的接触。由此并通过许多隔距线,可通过压垫达到良好热传导和快速热输送,在这里导热率可通过隔距线的数量及其材料在大范围内按具体要求调整。并不一定要所有的隔距线都设计为导热线。确切地说,它们可以与例如用芳族聚酰胺、聚酰亚胺或它们的组合制的机械和热强度高的隔距线交替。
在本发明的设计中规定,存在一些至少部分是金属的导热线,例如用铝、青铜、优质钢、铜或黄铜制造或除其他材料外含有一种这类金属。此外规定,间隔纺织物除隔距线外还有其他导热线,它们由一种这类材料制造或含有这种材料,由此提高导热率,从而同样保证在压垫表面良好的热传导。这些其他的线至少部分可以是金属的。
为了构成弹性的垫层可考虑不同的实施形式。例如垫层至少有一个沿厚度方向弹性的垫线层,这些垫线在由织物构成的压垫中是已知的。垫层可完全用橡胶弹性的材料制成,例如硅酮弹性体,也就是设计为硅酮单丝或充填金属粉末的硅酮单丝。但垫线也可以各有一芯线,例如用芳族聚酰胺、聚酰亚胺等制的复丝或例如铜制的金属丝,芯线被橡胶弹性的线表层围绕,在这里线表层最好仍由硅酮弹性体构成。芯线可设计为丝、单丝、复丝、细纱、股线、绳、滚带、综丝、辫线、带等以及它们的组合。为了提高导热率,垫线可至少部分被金属丝围绕,金属丝绕线的表层卷绕、绞合或编结。为了其高的导热率作为金属尤其考虑用铜,但也可以使用铝、青铜、优质钢和黄铜。
在间隔纺织物中,垫线布置为并列地沿相同的方向延伸,在这种情况下它们便作为衬纱(Gelege)存在并因而保证尺寸稳定性。但垫层也可以有例如由硅酮弹性体或氟硅酮弹性体组成的聚合填料,此填料可添加形式上为粉末或短纤维的金属微粒。
聚合填料首先以液态加入间隔纺织物的层之间。在到达所要求的位置后,通过交联或通过固化造成最终弹性的机械性能。在填料内还可以加入金属粉末或金属短纤维。
还可以考虑用泡沫塑料。在这里不排除这种可能性,即,垫层设计为多层的以及每一层都设计为不同的,也就是将不同设计的层组合起来。
最后,按本发明规定,压垫有边缘增厚区,以保证沿整个面有均匀的压制力。
下面借助于附图表示的实施例进一步说明本发明。其中:

图1表示的压垫1有一间隔织物2,它由两个面层3、4和连接它们的隔距线(例中用5标示)组成。由图2可见,面层3由经线6(用黑实线表示)和纬线7按平纹组织织造,其中经线6构成隔距线5并在两个面层3、4之间交替,从而形成由图1可见的隔距线5的列。
在隔距线5列之间置入垫线(例中用8标示),在这里面层3、4的间距与垫线8的厚度相配。垫线8有绞合的综丝(例中用9标示),它们被硅酮弹性体制的线表层(例中用10标示)包围。垫线8保证压垫1沿厚度方向的橡胶弹性。
图3和4表示了一种特殊的垫线11。它也有铜制的综丝12作为芯线,芯线被硅酮弹性体的线表层13围绕。在线表层13的外面还附加编结有铜丝(例中用14标示)。因此与垫线8相比提高了导热率。
图5表示压垫15,它与压垫1的区别在于不是设有间隔织物,而是间隔针织物16。此间隔针织物16也有两个面层17、18,它们通过排成列的隔距线19按确定的间距互相连接。如由图的详图可见,间隔针织物16的面层17、18分别构成有线圈(例中用20标示)的经编织物,在这里还加入附加的绒头线(Polfaeden)(例中用21标示),它们在面层17、18之间交替并因而构成隔距线19。
在隔距线19列之间在这里也置入垫线(例中用22标示),它们与压垫1中的垫线8一致,故可参见那里的说明。垫线22保证沿压垫1厚度方向的橡胶弹性。
图7至9表示压垫23、24、25的横截面概况,它们有边缘增厚区26、27、28、29、30、31。边缘增厚区26、27、28、29、30、31可通过使用附加的垫线、增加线圈密度、加上带或通过成管状造成。在按图9的实施例中,边缘增厚区30、31通过边缘处的折叠构成。
边缘增厚区26、27、28、29、30、31保证沿整个面直至边缘区内都有均匀的压制力。

Claims (14)

1.用于薄板压力机内的压垫(1、15),包括两个外层(3、4、17、18)和一个布置在它们之间沿厚度方向弹性的垫层(8、22),其特征为:外层由间隔纺织物(2、16)的两层(3、4、17、18)构成,间隔纺织物有连接这两层(3、4、17、18)的隔距线(5、19),其中至少部分隔距线(5、19)设计为导热线。
2.按照权利要求1所述的压垫,其特征为:间隔纺织物设计为间隔织物(2)、针织物(16)或编织物。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的压垫,其特征为:存在至少部分金属的导热线(5、19)。
4.按照权利要求1至3之一所述的压垫,其特征为:间隔纺织物(2、16)在两层(3、4、17、18)的至少一层中除隔距线(5、19)外还有其它导热线。
5.按照权利要求4所述的压垫,其特征为:其它导热线至少部分是金属的。
6.按照权利要求1至5之一所述的压垫,其特征为:垫层至少有一层是沿厚度方向弹性的垫线(8、11、22)。
7.按照权利要求6所述的压垫,其特征为:垫线(8、11、22)各有一芯线(12),芯线被橡胶弹性的线表层(13)包围。
8.按照权利要求7所述的压垫,其特征为:线表层(13)由硅酮弹性体构成。
9.按照权利要求7或8所述的压垫,其特征为:垫线(11)至少局部被金属丝围绕。
10.按照权利要求7至9之一所述的压垫,其特征为:垫线(8、22)并列地沿同一个方向延伸。
11.按照权利要求7至9之一所述的压垫,其特征为:垫线(8、22)作为衬纱(Gelege)存在。
12.按照权利要求1至11之一所述的压垫,其特征为:垫层有例如由硅酮弹性体或氟硅酮组成的聚合填料。
