Abstract
一种车辆灯具用车灯玻璃,其目的在于使车辆灯具用车灯玻璃的外观及触感即用手指触摸时的感觉良好。用熔敷方法将多个单体车灯玻璃2、3接合成一体的车辆灯具用车灯玻璃1,使相互熔敷的单体车灯玻璃2、3中的至少一方的边界一侧之表面3b、4a越向边界接近越向后方位移。
Description
本发明涉及新型的车辆灯具用车灯玻璃。具体地说,是涉及使车灯玻璃的外观及触摸感良好的技术。
车辆灯具用车灯玻璃,有通过熔敷方法将多个单体车灯玻璃接合成一体的车灯玻璃。例如,有所谓的组合灯用的车灯玻璃。
例如,如图2所示,在用熔敷方法将单体车灯玻璃a和单体车灯玻璃b接合成一体的场合,从两方突出设置熔敷脚c、d,在使这些熔敷脚c、d与对方的单体车灯玻璃a或b相接触的状态下进行熔敷。
可是,由于熔敷时夹具的精度及定位精度问题等种种原因,往往使单体车灯玻璃a和b如图2所示,错位熔敷在一起。于是,在边界e上产生台阶f,存在着外观不美,而且触摸时感觉不良的问题。
这里,本发明的课题是使车灯玻璃外观及触摸感即用手指触摸时的感觉良好。
本发明车辆灯具用车灯玻璃,为了解决上述课题,使相互熔敷的单体车灯玻璃中的至少一方的车灯玻璃之边界部侧的表面越向边界靠近越向后方位移。
因此,本发明车辆灯具用车灯玻璃,即使相互熔敷的单体车灯玻璃之间产生错位现象,由于从正面看是在原来就有凹陷的部分错位,故在视觉上不明显,即使用手指触摸,原来凹陷的一方给人较强的感觉,几乎感觉不到上述错位现象。

图1是表示本发明车辆灯具用车灯玻璃的实施例之重要部分的放大剖面图;
图2是表示以往的车辆灯具用车灯玻璃之一例的重要部分的放大断面图。
下面参照附图对本发明车辆灯具用车灯玻璃的实施例做说明。图示的实施例是用于车辆灯具用车灯玻璃1的制品,它是通过熔敷方法将2个单体车灯玻璃接合成一体的。
车辆灯具用车灯玻璃1,是用熔敷方法将2个单体车灯玻璃2和3接合成一体而形成的。熔敷的手段没什么问题。
在单体车灯玻璃2的接合端部、即与单体车灯玻璃3熔敷的一侧的端部上,突设有熔敷脚4,该熔敷脚与表面2a相连接,并向单体车灯玻璃一方突出。而且,该熔敷脚4的与单体车灯玻璃3的边界部5一侧端部的表面4a是倾斜面,该倾斜面越向边界部5靠近越向后方位移。
另外,在单体车灯玻璃2的接合端部形成有向后方突出的接合脚6。在另1个单体车灯玻璃3的接合端部上形成有向后方突出的接合脚7。从该接合脚7的靠后端的部分形成有向单体车灯玻璃2突出的熔敷脚8。该熔敷脚8的突出量P8(熔敷前的熔敷脚8的形状以双点划线示于图1),比位于表面侧的单体车灯玻璃2的熔敷脚4的突出量P4大得多。
单体车灯玻璃3的表面3a中的边界部5侧的端部3b,形成随着向边界部5靠近而向后方位移的斜面。
上述2个单体车灯玻璃2、3,用熔敷方法例如振动熔敷方法接合,为此,首先使相互接合的端部相接触,也就是说使单体车灯玻璃3的熔敷脚8的前端面与单体车灯玻璃2的接合脚6相接触。
然后,使一方或双方的单体车灯玻璃2、3振动,使单体车灯玻璃3的熔敷脚8与单体车灯玻璃2的接合脚6相互接触的部分熔融而接合成一体。然后,在单体车灯玻璃2的熔敷脚4与单体车灯玻璃3的接合端面相接触后,立即停止振动,熔敷脚4及单体车灯玻璃3中与该熔敷脚4相接触的部分成为稍微熔融的状态。
如上述,在熔敷后的单体车灯玻璃2与3的边界部5上,由2个倾斜面3b、4a形成凹部,即形成断面为V字状的槽9。
在上述车辆灯具用车灯玻璃1上,由于在用熔敷方法接合起来的2个单体车灯玻璃2与3之间形成有V字状的槽9,因此,即使在单体车灯玻璃2与3之间在前后方向上有所错位,由于有上述V字状槽9,故在视觉上不明显,而且用手指在边界部5上横向触摸单体车灯玻璃2和3,给于手指的感觉也是V字状槽9的触感大得多,单体车灯玻璃2与3之间的微小的错位等几乎感觉不出来。
另外,在上述车辆灯具用车灯玻璃1上,虽在单体车灯玻璃2、3的接合端部形成有斜面4a、3b,但该部分也可为圆弧(R)面。
又,斜面或圆弧(R)面不必要在单体车灯玻璃2、3两方上都形成,只要至少在单体车灯玻璃2、3中的任一方形成,便可达到上述目的。不过,在单体车灯玻璃2、3两方上形成斜面或圆弧(R)面,外观更漂亮,而且触摸感也更好。
在上述实施例中,是以通过熔敷方法将2个单体车灯玻璃接合成一体的车辆灯具用车灯玻璃1为例进行说明的,但,当然本发明也适用于通过熔敷方法将3个以上的单体车灯玻璃接合成一体的车辆灯具用车灯玻璃。
上述实施例中所表示的各部分的形状及构造,都只不过是表示在实施本发明时的一个具体例子,不能用这些形状、构造来限制本发明的技术范围。
根据上述说明可知,本发明车辆灯具用车灯玻璃是用熔敷方法将多个单体车灯玻璃接合成一体的车辆灯具用车灯玻璃,其特征在于,相互熔敷的单体车灯玻璃中的至少一方的边界部一侧的表面越向边界靠近越向后方位移。
因此,在本发明车辆灯具用车灯玻璃上,即使相互熔敷的单体车灯玻璃之间产生错位现象,由于从正面看是在原来具有凹陷的部分产生错位,在视觉上不明显,而且,即使用手指触摸,原来的凹陷给人的感觉更强,几乎感觉不到上述错位现象。
Claims (1)
1.一种车辆灯具用车灯玻璃,它是通过熔敷方法将多个单体车灯玻璃接合成一体而形成的,
其特征在于,相互熔敷的单体车灯玻璃中的至少一方车灯玻璃的边界部一侧的表面越向边界靠近越向后方位移。
