本发明涉及一种带有自动离合器的汽车的设置方式(Rangiermodus),即,一种用于确定汽车的一定慢行过程的方法,所述汽车具有:一个带有一控制装置的自动离合器、一个加速踏板、一个刹车踏板,并且具有一个控制元件,触发该控制元件而起动慢行过程。
背景技术
对于未设置离合器踏板的汽车变速器,在有些设置过程中要求:通常用于给油、并从而输出扭矩额定指标信号的右脚停留在刹车踏板上,以便能在需要时在出现危险的瞬间迅速地刹车。
由EP 0 731 294 A2已得知一种带有自动离合器的汽车的设置方式。其中建议,依据汽车司机所选择的慢行方式,加速踏板偏转要这样适配,即,对相应的喷油量允许比其他行驶方式有较大的操作角度。在这种方式中,汽车能在加速踏板的调节角度相同的情况下以缓慢的速度移动。这种方法的缺点是,汽车司机为了确定设置速度,必须将他的右脚停留在加速踏板上。在危险瞬间,他必须交换踏板,才能刹车。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提出一种能快速作用到汽车减速装置的方法。

在一种实施形式中,将慢行过程的起动限定在置入的自动前进档(Vorwrtfahrbereich)的档位(Fahrstufen),或者限定在倒车档(Rückwrtsfahrbereich)。因此,可以防止在驾驶控制器的“驻车”和“空档”位置上起动慢行过程,尤其是为了避免出现意外地触发汽车移动的情况。本发明的一种设计中,只允许在置入的倒车档的档位起动慢行过程。在一种实施形式中,控制元件用手工操作,即汽车司机用手抓住在操作单元处的控制元件,所述操作单元设置在他的手的抓取范围内。不过,在另一种实施形式中,用不操作刹车踏板的那只脚操纵控制元件。另一种实施形式规定,采用汽车上一个功能部件的操作单元作为控制元件,该功能部件在慢行过程中是不需要的,从而,可以省去一个附加的控制元件。为此,例如可以考虑采用一附加制动装置的、如一减速器(Retarder)的附加制动装置的操纵手柄作为操作单元,或者是一个可用手或脚来操作的发动机制动开关。也可以采用多个控制器的组合操作来起动慢行过程。
在一种有利的实施形式中,在控制装置上预先给定能通过控制元件调出的各种不同的固定的设置速度。在本发明的一种设计形式中,设置速度的选择通过确定控制元件不间断操作的时间、以及将一定的设置速度与一定的已过去的时间匹配来实现,而在另一种设计形式中,设置速度的选择通过确定控制元件的操作过程数量、以及将一定的设置速度与一定的操作过程数量匹配来实现。在一种有利的设计形式中,例如,通过将一汽车主导计算机接到怠速调节器上,而能够依据所接入的附加负载(Nebenverbraucher)对怠速转速进行校正,否则,附加负载会降低怠速转速,所期望的设置速度就可能无法保证了。
在设定可能的设置速度以及这个速度能持续的期限时,必须根据与设置速度相关联而确定的离合器转速差,注意考虑离合器的承载能力。为此,可以设有对离合器最大力矩的限定,或者设有对离合器长时间运行中发生超载时的保护功能。如果在汽车上使用转速传感器,其可识别的最小转速低于在设置过程中所达到的转速,那么,也可以通过由喷油量可读出的有关发动机力矩的、通过接入的附加负载识别的、以及离合器转速差的信号来控制设置过程。

附图1示出一部装有一台发动机4、一个变速器6和一个设在两者之间的离合器8的汽车2。所述变速器6具有一个主变速器部分10、一个分速部分变速器(Splitgruppengetriebe)12和一个范围部分变速器(Bereichsgruppengetriebe)14。变速器6通过一条连接导线18与一个电子控制装置20相连接。有一个驾驶控制器16用于给出汽车司机的手动接合,并与控制装置20相连接。有一定位装置22根据其从控制装置20获取的信号自动地控制变速器6。同样,离合器调节器从控制装置20获取信号,并操作离合器8。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于确定汽车(2)的一定慢行过程的方法,所述汽车具有:一个带有一控制装置(20)的自动离合器(8)、一个加速踏板、一个刹车踏板,并且具有一个控制元件(28、30、32),触发该控制元件而起动慢行过程,其特征在于:慢行过程通过所述控制元件(28、30、32)起动后,对起动后的时间进行测量,当这个时间超过一个基准值之后,慢行过程开始以一个可预先确定的速度进行,并一直持续,直至启动刹车踏板或者启动加速踏板。
