Abstract

本发明涉及将泵叶轮(5)固定在圆锥形转轴端部(7)上的装置。具有槽口的套筒(8)装在该转轴端部(7)上,上述套筒的外直径对应于叶轮(5)的轴孔直径。套筒(8)具有啮合调节螺栓(10)的螺纹孔(9),可利用工具拧动该调节螺栓,由此可在转轴上沿轴向移动叶轮(5)。

Description

将部件固定在转动轴上的装置
本发明涉及将部件固定在转动轴上的装置,即将泵叶轮固定在驱动轴上的装置,使得叶轮可以沿转动轴滑动,以达到相对于周围泵座的合适的位置。
在具有旋转泵叶轮的泵例如离心泵或轴流泵中,叶轮必须用适当方法牢固地固定,不能相对于驱动轴转动。普通采用的装置是楔形接头,该接头由分别装入轴上和叶轮上相对凹槽的楔形件构成。这种通常是很适用的,但它缺乏某些特性,这种缺乏有时是一种缺点。例如,通常很难从轴上松开叶轮,将其换下来,而且还很难调节叶轮在轴上的轴向位置。
下面涉及潜水泵的技术领域,具体涉及抽吸重度污脏流体的离心泵和其中经常出现的特殊问题。
潜水离心泵包括驱动单元例如电动机和液压单元,该液压单元包括泵座以及经驱动轴连接于电动机的转动的泵叶轮。密封装置配置在电动机和泵座之间,以防止液体进入电动机。
为获得良好的泵浦效果,周围泵座相对于泵叶轮的位置当然是最重要的。对于轴向位置和径向位置都是如此。当泵浦含有强磨蚀性粒子的液体时,叶轮以及其它元件将会磨损,这意味着每隔一定时间便需要调节开初已正确设定的缝隙。因为泵叶轮牢固地固定在转轴上,所以只能借助于可调泵座来进行轴向调节。为调节叶轮前沿和泵座底部之间缝隙,后者必须适合于在轴方向移动。这样便可以相对于磨损的表面控制径向缝隙。然而借助于许多轴向排列的螺栓进行的这种调整有时准确度不够,因此很希望能够进行叶轮的轴向调节。
按照本发明,可以借助于在权利要求书中说明的和附图中示出的装置解决上述问题。
图1示出现在常用的潜水离心泵的截面图,而图2-5示出本发明的装置、示出各个不同的安装步骤。
图中,1代表驱动单元,2代表驱动轴,3是密封单元,4是泵座,5是泵叶轮,而6是调节螺栓。7是转轴2的端部分,8是套筒,9是套筒中的螺纹孔,10是调节螺栓,11是固定螺栓。12是泵叶轮的前缘,13是泵座的底部。
示于图1的潜水离心泵包括驱动单元1、驱动轴2、密封单元3、泵座4和泵叶轮5。利用调节螺栓6可以相对于叶轮调节泵座的底部。
下面参照图2~5说明本发明。按照优选实施例,驱动轴2具有圆锥形端部7。在上述端部上配置套筒8。上述套筒内部是圆锥形,外部是圆筒形。套筒8背向圆锥形端部7的端部具有啮合中心调节螺栓10的螺纹孔,而螺栓又具有通孔,该通孔可穿过固定螺栓11,用于固定叶轮。
如图2所示,按下述方法安装叶轮。将套筒8套在端部7上,并将调节螺栓10拧入到螺纹孔9中,直至该螺栓与套筒的下端表面对齐。此后将泵叶轮5装在套筒8上,并将紧固螺栓11拧入转轴端部7的未示出的孔中。上述螺栓11只拧到这样的程度,使得套筒8压着圆锥形端部7时发生膨胀,膨胀到足以使泵叶轮暂时地就位。
随后,安装泵座4,用常规方法将其固定在驱动单元上,如图3所示。这样,在叶轮的前缘12和泵座4的底部13之间形成缝隙。然后退出紧固螺栓11,腾出插入工具的空间,该工具通过叶轮上的轴孔插入并和调节螺栓10相配合。利用此工具可将调节螺栓拧出到一定程度,由此可将泵叶轮向下压到与泵座底部13相接触。
随后,见图4,用紧固螺栓11替代工具,用规定的转矩拧紧螺栓11。叶轮的前缘因而将脱离与泵座底部的接触,形成很窄的和界限清晰的缝隙。这样便完成安装,随时可以操作该泵。
如果叶轮前边缘或泵座底部的磨蚀使得其间的缝隙宽度变得太大,则可以拧出固定螺栓11,用上述工具转动调节螺栓10,使叶轮沿轴向向下移动,由此使缝隙变窄。然后再拧紧紧固螺栓,泵又可以重新工作在其优化状态。这种操作可以重复若干次。
如图5所示,在进行拆卸时,可以采用同样的操作过程。首先取下泵座,然后拧出螺栓11。装上工具,将调节螺栓10拧紧在轴端部上,由此使叶轮向下压,直到该叶轮松开。
本发明提供了一种将泵叶轮固定在和轮廓分明地装在转轴上的装置。该装置在需要时还可以重复调节叶轮,使各种部件的拆卸变得简便和安全。这种调节可能性还降低了制造成本,因为可以稍许降低公差要求而又不危害泵的操作性能。
上述说明涉及将泵叶轮固定在驱动轴上的问题。然而,本发明还可以应用于其它的进行这种调节是特别有利的技术领域,例如应用于电风扇。

Claims (5)

1.一种将部件固定于旋转轴即将离心泵或轴流泵叶轮(5)固定于驱动轴端部(7)的装置,其特征在于,具有槽口的套筒(8)装在转轴端部(7)上,上述套筒的直径等于叶轮(5)的轴孔直径;套筒(8)的离开转轴端部(7)的端部具有调节螺栓(10)的螺纹孔(9);泵叶轮(5)具有中央肩部,上述调节螺栓(10)当其回拧时可以接触该肩部,因而可使叶轮相对于上述轴端部移动。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,该轴端部(7)为圆锥形;套筒(8)的内表面为圆锥形,而其外表面为圆筒形。
3.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,该轴端部(7)具有螺纹孔,紧固螺栓(11)可以拧入该孔,以固定叶轮(5)。
4.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,调节螺栓(10)具有啮合紧固螺栓(11)的通孔。
5.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,转轴端部(7)具有表面,当调节螺栓拧入套筒(8)时,该调节螺栓(10)可与该表面接触,由此可使套筒和叶轮与上述转轴端部松开。
