本发明涉及一种强制循环泵叶轮锁紧机构,包括主轴和叶轮,所述主轴的前段设有台阶面,主轴的前端设有有螺纹段,所述叶轮由键连接主轴前端,叶轮背部与台阶面抵紧限位,所述主轴螺纹段上旋接有法兰螺母,所述法兰螺母抵紧于叶轮的前端面,所述法兰螺母的法兰面上均不有多个螺钉孔,所述法兰面与叶轮的前端面经螺钉紧固连接。

技术领域
本发明涉及面一种强制循环泵,具体涉及一种强制循环泵叶轮锁紧机构。
背景技术
强制循环泵的进料方式分为上进侧出或者侧进上出两种,因此叶轮的旋向也存在两种方式(即顺时针或逆时针)旋转。为了保证叶轮在任何一种方式旋转时,叶轮均能保持较好紧固状态,一般情况下叶轮螺母锁紧设计有双螺母设计、止推垫圈设计等。但是,由于强制循环泵的在运行时有较大轴向力,在使用一阶段存在后叶轮均易发生松动,容易导致设备故障。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中的不足,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种强制循环泵叶轮锁紧机构,包括主轴和叶轮,所述主轴的前段设有台阶面,主轴的前端设有有螺纹段,所述叶轮由键连接主轴前端,叶轮背部与台阶面抵紧限位,所述主轴螺纹段上旋接有法兰螺母,所述法兰螺母抵紧于叶轮的前端面,所述法兰螺母的法兰面上均不有多个螺钉孔,所述法兰面与叶轮的前端面经螺钉紧固连接。
进一步地,所述法兰螺母的外侧罩有叶轮帽,法兰螺母密封于叶轮与叶轮帽形成的密闭腔内。
采取以上技术方案后,本发明的有益效果为:在法兰螺母的外圆法兰面上,设计有若干个(至少1个以上)的螺纹通孔,并在均布的螺纹孔中拧入锁紧螺钉(或螺栓),在叶轮螺母按照规定预紧后,对该锁紧螺栓再按照预紧力进行拧紧即可达到防松功效。在法兰螺母的外侧罩上叶轮罩,对其进行密封防护。

如图所示,一种强制循环泵叶轮锁紧机构,包括主轴1和叶轮2,所述主轴1的前段设有台阶面11,主轴1的前端设有有螺纹段12,所述叶轮2由键连接于主轴1,叶轮2背部与台阶面11抵紧限位,所述主轴1螺纹段12上旋接有法兰螺母3,所述法兰螺母3抵紧于叶轮2的前端面,所述法兰螺母3的法兰面上均不有多个螺钉孔,所述法兰面与叶轮2的前端面经螺钉4紧固连接。所述法兰螺母3的外侧罩有叶轮帽5,法兰螺母3密封于叶轮2与叶轮帽5形成的密闭腔内。

1.一种强制循环泵叶轮锁紧机构,包括主轴和叶轮,所述主轴的前段设有台阶面,主轴的前端设有有螺纹段,所述叶轮由键连接主轴前端,叶轮背部与台阶面抵紧限位,所述主轴螺纹段上旋接有法兰螺母,所述法兰螺母抵紧于叶轮的前端面,所述法兰螺母的法兰面上均不有多个螺钉孔,所述法兰面与叶轮的前端面经螺钉紧固连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种强制循环泵叶轮锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述法兰螺母的外侧罩有叶轮帽,法兰螺母密封于叶轮与叶轮帽形成的密闭腔内。
