Abstract
一种推进器推力轴承组合件,包括在轴(1)上与肩部(2)对接的球面滚柱轴承(4),和球面推力轴承(6),该轴承(6)包括内圈(6b)和外圈(6c),两轴承之间的间隔套筒(8),和壳体(3)上的盖件(9),安装后两个轴承(4、6)的受力线(4a、4b;6a)会合在轴(1)中心线的一点(7)上,轴承(4)有一锥形孔并装在与间隔套筒螺纹连接的可拆套筒(5)上,管件(12)将轴承内圈(6b)抵压在间隔套筒(8)的后端,并被锁紧螺帽(13)固定。
Description
本发明涉及一种特别适用于船用推进器的推力轴承组合件,可参阅附图,该图以部分剖视图概略地示出按照本发明的轴承组合件。
早先这种型式的轴承组合件常采用一根具有数个凸起圆柱部的轴,这些凸起圆柱部用作一个双排球面滚柱轴承和一个球面滚柱推力轴承的轴承内圈的轴承座。从而以紧配合将球面滚柱轴承直接装在这样一个凸起的圆柱轴上,而将球面滚柱推力轴承的轴承内圈通常以比第一轴承较松的配合装在另一个这样的凸起部上,并设有装置可从外侧推动轴承外圈和一组滚柱抵压在轴承内圈上。为了在两个轴承之间得到正确的距离,曾采用一个间隔环,该环被定位在两个轴承座之间的轴上的较深部分内,并且为此原因间隔环被制成分裂的。这样除了在事实上,设有数个这种凸起部的轴在制造时要进行费时而又费钱的机械加工外,在安装特别是在拆卸这种轴承组合件时问题也不小。复杂的结构设计意味着拆卸需用许多不同的工具和辅助设施,同时在船上的苛刻工作条件下轴承又必须经常更换和拆修。
本发明的目的是要提供这样一种推进器推力轴承和一种拆卸它的方法,可以不受上述缺点的影响,其中轴承组合件的特征见所附权利要求1的特征部分,而拆卸方法的特征见所附权利要求5的特征部分。
如图所示,组合件采用一根圆柱形而有一肩部2的轴1。有一套筒状壳体部3架起在轴1上,壳体部内有一布置在可拆套筒5上的带锥形孔的双排球面滚柱轴承4在轴1上被驱动。从而可通过一个未被示出的管状工具的中介将可拆套筒5推向内侧。在轴1上还装有一个球面滚柱推力轴承6。这两个轴承4和6将这样互相配合,使从双排球面轴承内的两排滚柱来的受力线4a、4b与从球面滚柱推力轴承内的滚柱来的受力线6a相会于轴线上的一点7。由于不同轴承的尺寸能够从标准的轴承目录上找到,因此在要正确地安装组合件时,容易确定在两轴承之间应当维持的正确距离。
为了得到这个正确的距离,可将一个具有正确的轴向长度的间隔套筒8装入到壳体3内。间隔套筒8设有内螺纹,可用手工啮合在可拆套筒5的螺纹上并旋入,一直到间隔套筒8的前边与首先安装的双排球面滚柱轴承4的后侧对接为止。然后在轴上推入轴承内圈6b和推力轴承6的滚柱组,一直到轴承内圈与间隔套筒8的后端对接为止。在这位置轴承内圈处在正确位置上,于是可以配装轴承外圈6c并将盖件9装到壳体3上,这样来封闭壳体的末端。设有装置可用来使轴承外圈保持抵压在球面滚柱推力轴承内的滚柱组上,并且该装置最好为一弹簧10,其弹簧力可通过调整螺钉11予以调节。设置有一个管状件12用来使轴承内圈6b保持在抵压间隔套筒8的位置上,并且这个管状件12和整个组合件通过旋紧在轴1的螺纹上的锁紧螺帽13被夹持有一起。
轴承组合件最好用油润滑,在附图中为此目的它被装有合适的密封件14。在壳体3及其盖件9之间也安排有密封件15。
球面滚柱推力轴承的轴承内圈6b最好以松配合配装在轴1上。
当要拆卸上述轴承组合件时,可容易地松开锁紧螺帽13,然后松开调整螺钉11,这样便可容易地将盖件9拿掉,于是球面滚柱推力轴承6的轴承外圈6c便可容易地被拿掉。这样便容易用一传统的拆卸工具伸入到轴承内圈6b的内侧面的后面将它从壳体内抽出,于是间隔套筒8的外侧面便被暴露出来。这个外侧面上设有多个缺口16,其内可插入未示出的工具使间隔套筒在可拆套筒5上旋转。缺口16最好为在套筒侧面上的至少两个位于径向上隔开的凹槽,该工具最好为一能越过轴插入的管状件,其上设有与凹槽对应的凸部,并且所说管状工具件被对准中心并在轴上导行,因而能正确而容易地插入到凹槽内。
采用这样一个工具,间隔套筒8便能容易地用螺纹向内旋入,从而双排球面滚柱轴承的内滚道环由于被夹紧在肩部2和间隔套筒8之间将阻止继续向内旋入的运动,结果夹在圆柱形轴1和轴承4的锥形孔之间的可拆套筒5反而从原来的位置被拉出,从而逐渐使这个轴承与轴之间的握持终止,于是间隔套筒8、可拆套筒5和双排球面滚柱轴承便能容易地从壳体3内被取出。
Claims (6)
1.一种推进器推力轴承组合件,其型式为,装有一个设在一根轴(1)上并与一个肩部(2)对接的球面滚柱轴承(4),和一个球面推力轴承(6),一个配装在轴上的轴承内圈(6b),一个设在壳体(3)内、包围着该轴和一组设在轴承内圈和轴承外圈之间的滚动体的轴承外圈(6c),一个设在球面滚柱轴承(4)和球面推力轴承之间的间隔套筒(8),和一个装在壳体(3)上,可推动轴承外圈(6c)抵压在一组滚动体上、从而再抵压在轴承内圈(6b)上的盖件(9),其时两个轴承(4、6)之间的轴向距离正好使它们的受力线(4a、4b;6a)会合在轴的中心轴线的一个点(7)上,其特征为,球面滚柱轴承(4)有一锥形孔并被装在一个可拆套筒(5)上,间隔套筒(8)设有内螺纹,并被螺纹连接在可拆套筒(5)的外螺纹上,另外有一管件(12)被布置在轴(1)的周围,可将轴承内圈(6b)抵压在背离球面滚柱轴承(4)的间隔套筒(8)的后端,该管件(12)用锁紧螺帽(13)旋紧在轴的螺纹上来固定在位。
2.按照权利要求1的推进器推力轴承,其特征为,间隔套筒(8)在其最后端面上设有凹槽(16),形成工具的插口,利用该装置可使间隔套筒(8)旋转以其螺纹与可拆套筒的螺纹啮合而沿着可拆套筒向前或向后移动。
3.按照权利要求1或2的推进器推力轴承,其特征为,球面推力轴承(6)的轴承内圈(6b)以松配合装在轴(1)上。
4.按照权利要求1或2的推进器推动轴承,其特征为,轴(1)在肩部(2)和轴上所设轴螺纹之间完全光滑。
5.一种按照以上权利要求中任一项的推进器推力轴承组合件的拆卸方法,该推力轴承组合件装有:一个设在一根轴(1)上并与一个肩部(2)对接的球面滚柱轴承(4),和一个球面推力轴承(6),一个配装在轴上的轴承内圈(6b),一个设在壳体(3)内、包围着该轴和一组设在轴承内圈和轴承外圈之间的滚动体的轴承外圈(6c),一个设在球面滚柱轴承(4)和球面推力轴承之间的间隔套筒(8),和一个装在壳体(3)上、可推动轴承外圈(6c)抵压在一组滚动体上、从而再抵压在轴承内圈(6b)上的盖件(9),其时两个轴承(4、6)之间的轴向距离正好使它们的受力线(4a、4b;6a)会合在轴的中心轴线的一个点(7)上,球面滚柱轴承(4)有一锥形孔并被装在一个可拆套筒(5)上,间隔套筒(8)设有内螺纹,并被拧在可拆套筒(5)的外螺纹上,另外有一管件(12)被布置在轴(1)的周围,可将轴承内圈(6b)抵压在背离球面滚柱轴承(4)的间隔套筒(8)的后端,该管件(12)用锁紧螺帽(13)旋紧在轴的螺纹上来固定在位,该方法的特征为,
首先松开锁紧螺帽(13),沿轴向拉出盖件(9)和轴承外圈(6c),然后沿轴向拿掉轴承内圈(6b)和滚动体组,这样间隔套筒(8)的向外的表面就暴露出来,将与可拆套筒(5)螺纹啮合的间隔套筒(8)向内旋入,结果可将可拆套筒(5)从其原在球面滚柱轴承(4)的内滚道环内的位置沿轴向拉出,从而该轴承的内滚道环的夹紧功能便告终止,此时间隔套筒(8)连同可拆套筒(5)和球面滚柱轴承(4)便能被拉出。
6.按照权利要求5的方法,其特征为,
在轴承外圈(6c)被拿掉后,可用传统的拆卸工具将轴承内圈(6b)沿轴向拉出,工具的卡爪可容易地插入到轴承内圈的内侧面的内侧。
