发明背景
一般,常规洗涤剂组合物含有各种表面活性剂的混合物,以便从洗涤的物品表面除去各种污垢和污渍。通常,用于冷水洗涤操作的洗涤剂组合物的配方师一般向其洗涤剂产品中掺入高含量的直链烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂,这是因为它们在冷水和热水洗涤条件下都非常有效。

Conner等的美国专利US5512699公开了含有多种去污表面活性剂的各种洗涤剂组合物。
发明概述

优选实施方案的详细描述
该颗粒洗涤剂组合物主要含有一种表面活性剂体系和洗涤剂助洗剂,所述表面活性剂体系中含有直链烷基苯磺酸盐(“LAS”)、无环季铵盐(“AQAS”)、烷基硫酸盐(“AS”)和烷基乙氧基硫酸盐(“AES”)表面活性剂。在该洗涤剂组合物中还可包括一般的辅助洗涤剂组分。本发明主要涉及特别选择的表面活性剂体系,其意想不到地在LAS表面活性剂和包括AES、AS和AQAS的辅助表面活性剂之间取得了一种平衡。
虽然不打算受理论的限制,但相信本发明选择按与LAS摩尔比表示的数量的AES、AS和AQAS,得到了一种颗粒组合物,其意想不到地改善了水溶解性和由此提高了清洗性能的。在过去,包括辅助表面活性剂例如AES、AS和AQAS与LAS单独各组分或其组合都会导致对所有的典型污渍和污垢差的溶解性或差的清洗性能。然而,本发明意想不到地发现,通过使选定的辅助表面活性剂(即AES、AS和AQAS)与LAS表面活性剂以选定的摩尔比使用,可制得对各种污渍和污垢具有全面改善的清洗性能和溶解性的组合物。
为此,AQAS与LAS的摩尔比优选为约1∶8-1∶72,更优选约1∶10-1∶63,最优选约1∶15-1∶42。AS与LAS的摩尔比优选为约1∶3-1∶20,更优选约1∶5-1∶15,最优选约1∶8-1∶12。AES与LAS的摩尔比优选为约1∶15-1∶42,更优选约1∶20-1∶35,最优选约1∶24-1∶30。优选的LAS是C10-18直链烷基苯磺酸盐,优选的AQAS是C12-14二甲基羟乙基季铵氯化物(或在上述化学式中,R4是无环脂族C12-C14烃基,R5是甲基,R6是羟乙基,A是氯阴离子),但如下文详述的其它季铵盐也可使用。甚至更优选,LAS表面活性剂与AS表面活性剂、AES表面活性剂和AQAS表面活性剂总和的摩尔比大于约1∶1。

在上述含氮的阳离子盐中,阴离子A-提供电中性。最通常用于给这些盐提供电中性的阴离子是卤化物,例如氯化物或溴化物。然而,也可使用其它的阴离子,例如甲硫酸根、乙硫酸根、氢氧根、乙酸根、甲酸根、柠檬酸根、硫酸根、碳酸根等。本发明中优选氯化物和甲硫酸根作为阴离子A。其它适用的阳离子表面活性剂还包括在1980年9月16日授权的Cockrell的美国专利US4222905和1980年12月16日授权的Murphy的美国专利US4239659中描述的那些,这两篇专利在本文引用作参考。表面活性剂中,阴离子和非离子表面活性剂是优选的,阴离子表面活性剂是最优选的。
本发明中有用的优选的阴离子表面活性剂的非限定性实例包括常规的C11-C18烷基苯磺酸盐,伯支链和无规C10-C20烷基硫酸盐,式为CH3(CH2)x(CHOSO3 -M+)CH3和CH3(CH2)y(CHOSO3 -M+)CH2CH3的C10-C18仲(2,3)烷基硫酸盐,其中x和(y+1)是至少约7的整数,优选至少约9,和M是一种水溶性阳离子,特别是钠,不饱和硫酸盐如油基硫酸盐,及C10-C18烷基烷氧基硫酸盐(“AExS”;特别是EO 1-7乙氧基硫酸盐)。
任选地,有用的其它示例性的表面活性剂包括C10-C18烷基烷氧基羧酸盐(特别是EO 1-5乙氧基羧酸盐)、C10-C18甘油醚、C10-C18烷基多苷及其相应的硫酸化多苷,以及C12-C18α-磺化脂肪酸酯。如果需要,在总组合物中也可包含常规的非离子和两性表面活性剂,例如包括所谓的窄峰分布的烷基乙氧基化物的C12-C18烷基乙氧基化物和C6-C12烷基酚烷氧基化物(特别是乙氧基化物和混合的乙氧基/丙氧基)、C12-C18甜菜碱和磺基甜菜碱、C10-C18氧化胺等等。也可使用C10-C18N-烷基多羟基脂肪酸酰胺。典型实例包括C12-C18N-甲基葡糖酰胺。参阅WO9,206,154。其它糖衍生的表面活性剂包括N-烷氧基多羟基脂肪酸酰胺,如C10-C18N-(3-甲氧基丙基)葡糖酰胺。N-丙基到N-己基C12-C18葡糖酰胺可用于需要低起泡时。也可使用C10-C20常规皂。如果需要高起泡,可使用支链C10-C16皂。阴离子和非离子表面活性剂的混合物特别有用。其它常规有用的表面活性剂列于标准教科书中。
辅助助洗剂
可使用一种或多种助洗剂来改善本发明所述组合物的性能。例如,助洗剂可选自硅铝酸盐、结晶层状硅酸盐、MAP沸石、柠檬酸盐、无定形硅酸盐、多羧酸盐、碳酸钠和它们的混合物。另一种特别适合的任选组分包括在助洗剂材料中偶合结晶微结构的无定形材料。以这种方式,该助洗剂材料包括结晶微结构和无定形材料或微结构的“混合体”,以得到改善的助洗剂性能。其它适合的助洗剂在下文描述。
优选的助洗剂包括硅铝酸盐离子交换材料和碳酸钠。本发明使用的作为洗涤剂助洗剂的硅铝酸盐离子交换材料优选具有高钙离子交换能力和高交换速率。不打算受理论的限制,相信这种高钙离子交换速率和能力是由制备硅铝酸盐离子交换材料的方法产生的几种互关因素的函数。关于这一点,本文使用的硅铝酸盐离子交换材料优选是按Corkill等的美国专利US4605509(Procter & Gamble)制备,其公开的内容在本文引用作参考。
硅铝酸盐离子交换材料优选是“钠”形式,因为此硅铝酸盐的钾和氢形式不具有如钠形式提供的高交换速率和能力。此外,硅铝酸盐离子交换材料优选是过干燥的形式,以便于生产如本文所述的松脆的洗涤剂附聚物。本发明使用的硅铝酸盐离子交换材料优选具有使其作为洗涤剂助洗剂最有效的粒径。这里使用的术语“粒径”表示按常规分析技术测定的所给硅铝酸盐离子交换材料的平均粒径,例如用显微镜测定技术和扫描电镜(SEM)。硅铝酸盐优选的粒径为约0.1-10微米,更优选约0.5-9微米。最优选,该粒径为约1-8微米。
硅铝酸盐离子交换材料优选具有下式:
Naz[(AlO2)z.(SiO2)y]xH2O其中z和y是至少6的整数,z与y的摩尔比是约1-5,x为约10-264。更优选硅铝酸盐具有下式:
Na12[(AlO2)12(SiO2)12]xH2O其中x为约20至约30,尤其是约27。这些优选的硅铝酸盐是可商购的,例如按商品名沸石A、沸石B和沸石X商购。另外,适用于本发明的天然存在的或合成得到的硅铝酸盐离子交换材料可按Krummel等的美国专利US3985669中所述的方法制备,其公开内容在本文引用作参考。
本文使用的硅铝酸盐特征还在于它们的离子交换能力,按无水基计算,其至少为约200毫克当量CaCO3硬度/克,优选为约300-352毫克当量CaCO3硬度/克。此外,该硅铝酸盐离子交换材料特征还在于它们的钙离子交换速率,其至少约2格令Ca++/加仑/分钟/-克/加仑,更优选在约2格令Ca++/加仑/分钟/-克/加仑至约6格令Ca++/加仑/分钟/-克/加仑范围。
辅助洗涤剂组分
辅助组分包括其他的洗涤助洗剂、漂白剂、漂白活化剂、泡沫促进剂或抑泡剂、防晦暗剂和防腐蚀剂、污垢悬浮剂、污垢解脱剂、杀菌剂、pH调节剂、非助洗剂碱性源、螯合剂、绿土、酶、酶稳定剂和香料。参阅1976年2月3日授权给Baskerville,Jr.等人的美国专利3,936,537,本文引入作为参考。
其它助洗剂一般可选自各种水溶性的碱金属、铵或取代铵的磷酸盐、聚磷酸盐、膦酸盐、聚膦酸盐、碳酸盐、硼酸盐、多羟基磺酸盐、多乙酸盐、羧酸盐和多羧酸盐。优选上述物质的碱金属盐,特别是钠盐。优选用于本发明的是磷酸盐、碳酸盐、C10-18脂肪酸、多羧酸盐及其混合物。更优选三聚磷酸钠、焦磷酸四钠、柠檬酸盐、酒石酸单和二琥珀酸盐及其混合物(见下文)。
与无定形硅酸钠相比,晶体层状硅酸钠显示明显增强的钙和镁离子交换能力。另外,层状硅酸钠偏向镁离子的程度胜于钙离子,这种特性对确保从洗涤水中去除基本上全部“硬度”是必要的。但是,这些晶体层状硅酸钠一般比无定形硅酸盐及其它助洗剂更昂贵。因此,为了提供经济上可行的洗衣洗涤剂,所用晶体层状硅酸钠的比例必须适当确定。
本发明适用的晶体层状硅酸钠优选具有下式
NaMSixO2x+1·yH2O其中M为钠或氢,x为约1.9~约4,和y为约0~约20。更优选地,晶体层状硅酸钠具有下式
NaMSi2O5·yH2O其中M为钠或氢,和y为约0~约20。这些和其它的晶体层状硅酸钠描述于先前引入本文作为参考的Corkill等人的美国专利4605509中。
无机磷酸盐助洗剂的具体实例是钠和钾的三聚磷酸盐、焦磷酸盐、聚合度为约6~21的聚合偏磷酸盐、及正磷酸盐。聚膦酸盐助洗剂的实例为亚乙基二瞵酸的钠盐和钾盐、乙烷1-羟基-1,1-二膦酸的钠盐和钾盐、乙烷-1,1,2-三膦酸的钠盐和钾盐。其它磷助洗剂化合物公开于美国专利3,159,581;3,213,030;3,422,021;3,422,137;3,400,176和3,400,148中,其全部引入本文作为参考。
非磷的无机助洗剂的实例为十水合四硼酸盐和硅酸盐,该硅酸盐的SiO2与碱金属氧化物的重量比为约0.5~约4.0,优选约1.0~约2.4。本文适用的水溶性非磷的有机助洗剂包括各种碱金属、铵和取代铵的多乙酸盐、羧酸盐、多羧酸盐和多羟基磺酸盐。多乙酸盐和多羧酸盐助洗剂的实例为乙二胺四乙酸、次氮基三乙酸、氧联二琥珀酸、苯六甲酸、苯多羧酸和柠檬酸的钠、钾、锂、铵和取代铵盐。
聚合的多羧酸盐助洗剂陈述于1967年3月7日授权的Diehl的美国专利3,308,067中,本文引入其公开内容作为参考。这些物质包括脂族羧酸如马来酸、衣康酸、中康酸、富马酸、乌头酸、柠康酸和亚甲基丙二酸的均聚物和共聚物的水溶性盐。这些物质中的一些可用作下文所描述的水溶性阴离子聚合物,但只是用在与非皂阴离子表面活性剂的紧密掺合物中。
用于本发明的其它适宜的多羧酸盐为聚缩醛羧酸盐,它描述于1979年3月13日授权于Crutchfield等人的美国专利4144226及1979年3月27日授权于Crutchfield等人的美国专利4246495中,本文引入这二者作为参考。这些聚缩醛羧酸盐可通过在聚合条件下将一种二羟乙酸的酯和一种聚合引发剂放在一起来制备。然后,将所得的聚缩醛羧酸酯连接在化学稳定的端基上,使聚缩醛羧酸酯稳定,以免在碱性溶液中迅速解聚,将其转化为相应的盐,并加入到洗涤剂组合物中。特别优选的多羧酸盐助洗剂为含一种酒石酸单琥珀酸盐和酒石酸二琥珀酸盐混合物的醚羧酸盐助洗剂组合物,它描述于1987年5月5日授权的Bush等人的美国专利4,663,071中,本文引入其公开内容作为参考。
漂白剂和活化剂描述于1983年11月1日授权的Chung等人的美国专利4412934,和1984年11月20授权的Hartman的美国专利4483781中,本文引入这二者作为参考。螯合剂也描述于Bush等人的美国专利4663071的第17栏第54行到第18栏第68行中,本文引入作为参考。泡沫调节剂也是任选的组分,并且描述于1976年1月20日授权给Bartoletta等人的美国专利3933672,和1979年1月23日授权给Gault等人的美国专利4136045中,本文引入这二者作为参考。
本发明适用的绿土描述于1988年8月9日授权的Tucker等人的美国专利4,762,645的第6栏第3行到第7栏第24行中,本文引入作为参考。本发明适用的其它洗涤剂助洗剂列举于Baskerville专利第13栏第54行到第16栏第16行,和1987年5月5日授权的Bush等人的美国专利4663071中,本文引入这二者作为参考。

以上示例说明的组合物是通过将基本颗粒组分混合作为料浆,并喷雾干燥至低量残留水分制备的。其余的干燥组分以颗粒形式与该喷雾干燥的颗粒在旋转混合筒中混合,将液体组分喷到制得的颗粒上,制成最终的颗粒洗涤剂组合物。另外,各组分可在一个或多个混合器中附聚,形成洗涤剂基本附聚物,然后与其它组分,可包括喷雾干燥的颗粒例如上述的那些颗粒进行混合。所有示例的洗涤剂组合物意想不到地具有改善的清洗性能和洗涤水溶解性。
这样详细描述本发明后,对于本领域的技术人员来说,显然在不偏离本发明范围下可做各种变化,本发明不应认为被限于本说明书中的描述。
Claims (10)
1.一种颗粒洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于:(a)1%-90%重量表面活性剂体系,该体系中包含:(i)无环季铵盐表面活性剂和直链烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂,其摩尔比为1∶8-1∶72,其中所述季铵盐表面活性剂具有式:其中R4是无环脂族C10-C22烃基,R5是R4或C1-C4饱和烷基或羟烷基,R6是R4或R5,A-是阴离子;(ii)烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂,其与所述直链烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂的摩尔比为1∶3-1∶20;(iii)烷基乙氧基硫酸盐表面活性剂,其与所述直链烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂的摩尔比为1∶15-1∶42,其中所述烷基乙氧基硫酸盐表面活性剂的乙氧基化度为1-5;(b)至少1%重量的洗涤助洗剂;和(c)平衡量的辅助洗涤剂组分。
2.根据权利要求1的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述直链烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂是C10-18直链烷基苯磺酸盐。
3.根据权利要求1-2的洗涤剂组合物,其中R4是无环脂族C12-C14烃基,R5是甲基,R6是羟乙基,A-是氯阴离子。
4.根据权利要求1-3的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述表面活性剂体系还包括烷基乙氧基化物,其与所述直链烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂的摩尔比为1∶1-1∶24。
5.根据权利要求4的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述烷基乙氧基化物是乙氧基化度为2-9的C12-13烷基乙氧基化物。
6.根据权利要求1-5的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述辅助洗涤剂组分选自漂白剂、漂白活化剂、酶、聚合抗再沉积剂、聚合分散剂、聚合污垢解脱剂、螯合剂、香料、染料转移抑制剂和其混合物。
7.根据权利要求1-6的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述季铵盐表面活性剂与所述直链烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂的摩尔比为1∶10-1∶63。
8.根据权利要求1-7的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂与所述直链烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂的摩尔比为1∶5-1∶15。
9.根据权利要求1-8的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述直链烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂与所述烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂、所述烷基乙氧基硫酸盐表面活性剂和所述季铵盐表面活性剂总和的摩尔比为1∶1。
10.一种洗涤脏衣服的方法,其特征在于将所述衣服与水溶液中有效量的根据权利要求1-9的颗粒洗涤剂组合物接触的步骤。
