技术领域
本发明涉及用于容纳需要避光产品的容器如瓶、烧瓶、罐等的改进,这些容器由热塑性塑料制得,并通过吹塑或这拉坯塑预制件制成。
背景技术
光的作用对某些产品会产生不利的影响。
这在牛奶的情况下尤其如此,在光的影响下,不论是自然光还是人造光,其味道会有些变化。
这种受影响的已知为“轻微(light)味道”的味道由以下两种形式表现:
·“活化”味道(甘蓝的味道、经烹饪的味道或者蘑菇的味道),它能很快的出现;
·氧化的味道(纸板、纸张、金属的味道或者油腻的味道),它较慢出现。
这些不良的味道是由几种现象引起的:
·氨基酸和蛋白质分解,尤其是甲硫氨酸的分解,这是“活化”味道产生的主要原因;
·维生素转化,尤其是水溶性维生素如核黄素的明显损失,这是“活化”味道产生的一个原因,以及脂溶性维生素分解,例如视黄基;
·波长小于450nm下的棕榈酸酯(维生素A);
·不饱和脂肪酸的氧化,这是导致氧化味道的主要原因。
光的影响随牛奶已经进行的处理而变化。
最后,牛奶中所述不良的轻微味道的产生取决于几个因素:
·牛奶接受的光量(光强和曝光时间),
·辐射的波长,
·产品本身的敏感性,
·温度。
尤其是,看来所述轻微味道的产生基本上是由可见和紫外光谱几个范围内波长小于550nm的辐射引起的。因此,国际牛奶联合会(The International MilkFederation)推荐使用仅能透射2%波长为400nm光和8%波长为500nm光的包装。
最后,所述包装材料的厚度以及体积/表面积之比也会影响异味的产生。
从上述解释容易理解,若可以更加有效地避光,则牛奶或乳制品的保存时间就可以延长。
已经使用着色瓶子进行了试验。其结果是它相比透明或半透明的瓶子,能更好地保存牛奶,但是这并不能证明可以为牛奶在所需条件下提供良好的储存时间。
销售保存期长的牛奶所广泛使用的解决办法是制造由至少三薄层粘结在一起的热塑性材料(例如HDPE)形成的多层容器,其中,至少一内层填充有颜料,使它不能透光(在保存期长的瓶子中,内层为黑色)。这样,保存时间就可以满足市场所需的条件。相同的加法也可以用在PET上,但是在这种情况下,原始预制件的制造明显复杂且昂贵,而且常常会出现分层。
通常,目前所用或可想到的已知解决办法很难实施,而且在PET的情况下还很昂贵和复杂。
发明内容
因此,使用者(容器和包装的制造商)迫切需要由热塑性塑料(如聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯PET、聚萘二羧酸乙二酯PEN、高密度聚乙烯HDPE)制得的容器为产品提供有效的避光效果,相比目前可得到的相应容器来说,这容器制造更简单且不那么昂贵。
为此,本发明提出了一种容器,如引言中所述的,所述容器通过吹塑或拉坯吹塑预制件来制得,其特征在于,它包括一层均匀填充了2-4重量%云母薄片并加入2-4重量%氧化钛粉末的热塑性塑料,其中,所述热塑性塑料选自聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚萘二羧酸乙二酯、高密度聚乙烯。
具体实施方式
根据发明优选的实例,所述容器由形成上述层的填充塑料的单层制成,这使得制造容器的方法更加简单且不那么昂贵。但是,至少在某些应用中,本发明并没有忽视所述容器外面加有外壳(紧附其)的实例式,所述容器由构成上述层的填充热塑性材料制成。
根据本发明的安排,单独使用云母颜料可使之具有一定的遮光效果,单独使用氧化钛粉末则效果较差。相比较,组合使用所述云母颜料和氧化钛粉末可以提供特别有效的效果。这种遮光效果对于波长小于约550nm的光来说,即对于牛奶降解过程中其最重要作用的辐射来说尤其明显。
因为所有云母小薄片分散在热塑性材料中,形成光传播的物理阻挡层,由此提供了遮光效果,所以其中存在的云母小薄片的量必须足够到能形成连续阻挡层,提供所需的效果。
但是另一方面,云母小薄片(隔热体)的存在会妨碍制造所述层时大部分热塑性材料的加热。而且,当所述容器由单层形成时,所述预制件在吹塑或拉坯吹塑步骤前被正确地加热是完全必需的,在制造所述容器过程中,按比例填充的云母薄片也必须不妨碍吹塑拉坯吹塑工艺的正确进行。
而且,因为在制造容器过程中加热的塑料糊剂变稠,结果妨碍所述工艺,因此要求避免氧化钛粉末过量。
对于混合的两种添加剂来说,不超过约8重量%看来可以很好满足这些矛盾因素的要求。
最后,最好加入到热塑性塑料材料中的云母颜料和氧化钛的量为最少,为的是不改变用于所述容器制造和应用所需的机械性能。为了满足这些要求,在遵照上述不会干扰容器制造工艺的限制条件的同时,较好是在各比例中云母约占2-4重量%,氧化钛占约2-4重量%,使混合物限制在约4重量%。通常,通过使云母约为2重量%且氧化钛约2重量%可以获得所需的效果。
更具体的是,若云母微小薄片相互平行排列,部分重叠且平行于所述容器壁表面(像屋瓦一样排列),就可以使遮光效果最佳,因此,这就可以确保没有光可以穿透容器壁厚达到容器所含产品的直线路径。
尤其在单层容器的情况下,在热塑性塑料预制件进行的吹塑或拉坯吹塑工艺中自然可以使所述云母小薄片按所需的进行定位,使最终容器具有双取向分子:导致双取向的双重拉伸(轴向和径向),同时使所述云母小薄片以所需的屋瓦排列进行取向,同时不需要为此预先考虑其它处理步骤。
在制造容器过程中,本发明的排列找到一种优选的应用,其中,所述遮光层由选自聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯PET、聚萘二羧酸乙二酯PEN和高密度聚乙烯的热塑性塑料材料制得。
由上述解释已看出,虽然并不是排他性和限制性的,但是本发明针对的特别有利的应用的牛奶瓶,所述瓶由填充云母薄片和氧化钛粉末(用于形成遮光阻挡层)的PET单层制得,使得牛奶可以保存足够时间,而不会使牛奶味道变差。通常,由PET单层制得的瓶子填充了2重量%的云母和2重量%氧化钛,使保存期长的牛奶保存更长的时间,超过平均储存条件下法律要求的三个月。
还由上述解释可看出,本发明不限于保存牛奶或乳制品的领域,也可以用于保存其它对光敏感的产品如油,例如尤其是橄榄油或者啤酒。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于容纳需要避光产品的容器,所述容器通过吹塑或拉坯吹塑预制件来制得,其特征在于,所述容器包括一层均匀填充了2-4重量%的云母薄片并加入了2-4重量%的氧化钛粉末的热塑性塑料,其中,所述热塑性塑料选自聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚萘二羧酸乙二酯、高密度聚乙烯。
2.如权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述云母占2重量%,且氧化钛占2重量%。
3.如权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述容器由所述填充热塑性塑料单层组成。
4.如权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述容器包含所述填充热塑性塑料单层作为其外壳,该外壳包涂在所述容器外面并紧附该容器。
5.如权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述容器是瓶子、长颈瓶或罐子。
6.一种牛奶瓶,其特征在于,它按权利要求1所述来形成。
