Abstract

Description

袋管及一种可变形容器的生产方法
本发明涉及一种具有薄片材料的袋管,薄片材料形成管的一个端壁和两个侧壁,其中,两个侧壁沿着两个侧边缘区而彼此相连,该袋管还具有一个肩形部件,此部件有一个可以封闭的排出接管和一个固定在端壁上同端壁一样弯曲的法兰。
通常要求这样一种袋管以封闭肩形部件形口的密封盖朝下的方式竖立。但在这种情况下有袋管翻倒的危险,因为薄膜材料在袋管内容物重量的影响下会变形的。当薄膜材料也按照合乎要求的做法使用又薄又轻又柔软的材质,则上述危险就尤其突出。
本发明的一个任务是如此设计出开头述及的那样一种袋管,使得如上述将袋管倒立时能够减小前面所说的翻倒危险。
按照本发明,上述任务是通过采取下述措施加以解决的:法兰从排出接管出发,沿着端壁向外延伸直到每个侧壁的一个居中部位,并沿着端壁朝侧壁的两侧边缘段延伸。
最好设置两个从法兰出发贴靠在侧壁居中部位上的接片。当为了拧下或拧上密封盖而用手握着袋管端壁部位内的侧壁时,上述接片还附带地起着保扩薄片料不致被扭坏或损坏的作用。为了能保证排空袋管内的余留内容物,上述接片最好做成柔性的。
本发明还涉及一种用来生产一种可变形容器的方法,这种容器是规定用于容纳一种浆状制品的,即涉及权利要求7的前序中所述的一种方法。
为了包装浆状制品,例如芥子油、蛋黄酱、牙膏以及那些膏状化妆品和药品,当前主要使用铝制袋管、层压塑料袋管和塑料袋管。
已知的铝制袋管一般是圆筒形的,在其一个端头上有一个圆锥形的端壁,其上带有一个排出接管,该接管可用一个螺旋盖加以封闭。生产铝袋管的方法在工作和成本上都是不合算的。之所以这么说,因为铝袋采用挤压法从一种铝坯预制出来,在一个第一涂漆机上在其内侧涂漆,利用一印刷机在外面加以印刷,并在一个第二涂漆机上在外面加以覆盖性涂漆。然后利用另一个装置将封闭盖贮在预制好的袋管上。
在生产这种已知的袋管时,使袋管的背向密封盖的端部保持开着。在充填袋管时,将浆状制品通过上述开着的端充填进去,然后将袋管完全封闭起来。
由于袋管和被灌装的浆状制品一般都是经过不同的生产企业生产出来的,所以预制的空袋管必须加以包装,并由袋管生产者运送到浆状制品生产者,在这里将相应在的制品灌入袋管中并加以封闭。因此,无论在袋管生产者那里还是在制品生产者那里,都需要储存室来中间储存待灌装的备用空袋管。这种中间储存以及从袋管生产者至制品生产者的灌装设备之间的运输,对袋管生产的经济效益是相当不利的。此外还有一个不利之点是,在空的端部开着的袋管的储存和运输过程中难以防止脏物进入空的袋管中,从而使得在制品生产者的生产车间在很多情况下必须对袋管进行附加的清洁和消毒处理。
与此相类似地生产了已知的塑料袋管。于此,生产出软管段,在相继的机器上进行印刷、涂漆,然后配装密封体。这种软的袋管一端也是开着的,而且在袋管生产者那里和制品生产者那里都是进行中间储存。
欧洲专利说明书0041924中公开了一种软的容器,这种容器是按一种连续方法生产和灌装的,也就是说只在一个厂家便可制成待销售的产品。上述已知的管状容器具有一个用一块薄膜做成的管体,该管体在其折拢的端面配有一个排出口,并且具有两个侧壁,这两个侧壁具有一种基本上呈矩形的轮廓,彼此在三个侧面焊接起来,并处于一个通过袋管纵轴线伸延的对称平面的不同侧上。
根据一个既包含容器的制造又包含容器的灌装作为其主题的方法,容器的灌装特别是对全生产过程节奏具有决定的意义。制品被灌装的速度是多快,容器制造的速度就必须是多快。所以专门必须进行以下工序:焊、裁切、焊上排出接管、放置密封盖,而且要与预制的容器的灌装同步。如果由于工艺原因只能从一侧焊接排出接管,如图已在EPB 0 041 924中所公开的方法的情况那样,在保持工艺参数及节奏频率中的滞后方面就会出现困难。因此,按这一方法将排出接管从内侧插入到预制好的管体的一个孔中,然后从外侧将之同薄膜焊接起来。但是,这一焊接过程减慢了灌装速度,从而降低了生产和灌装能力。
现在本发明还提出了另一项任务,就是提供一种新方法,用来生产一种可变形的容器,该方法不但使容器的生产而且使连续供给的容器的同时灌装成为可能,并且没有上面述及的生产方法的那些缺点。
上述任务从EPB 0041924出发,是通过权利要求7中所述各项特征加以解决的。
此外,本发明还涉及一种新型的可变形容器,可按权利要求7中所述方法生产出来,即具有权利要求14中所述特征的一种容器。
本方法和容器的一些有利的结构形式是从属权利要求8至13及15和16的内容。
本发明提出的新方法,其特征根本上在于:仅在一道工序中即可从高值的薄膜材料制成一种容器,向容器中灌装浆状制品,加以密封,随后加以包装。
本发明提出的方法具有一些大的优点:在费用上是合算的,在后勤和生产准备方面很简单,可毫无问题地在任何一家灌装企业使用。此外,生产成本比较低,因为容器是按简单的步骤成形的,而且作为容器不是预制的,不必中间储存。这种容器也可以直接在浆状制品生产厂家或承包灌装户进行生产。
采用本发明生产的容器是一种柔性单层薄膜材料做的,但也可用柔性多层复合材料做成,如塑料、铝和/或纸构成的复合材料。为此例如可用一种三层薄膜状复合材料,这种复合材料由聚酯、铝和聚丙烯或者由聚酯、铝和聚乙烯组成,于此,用聚酯作容器外层,用铝作中间层,用聚丙烯或聚乙烯作内层。
下面将根据附图中所示的实施例对本发明的内容做更详细的介绍。附图表示:

图1和2中所示并作为整体用1表示的可变形容器具有一个带有一端面3的软管体2,该端面配有一个通过密封体4可加以封闭的(下面还会加以详细描述的)排出孔。
软管体2本身具有两个壁5和6,这两个壁基上具有矩形轮廓,它们处于一个通过纵轴线7延伸的平面8的不同侧面,并相对于该平面8而彼此镜象地对称。两个壁5和6在彼此相背的侧面各自有一个条带状边缘区段5a及6a,在它们背向排出孔的一端同样各自有一个条带状的横向区段(从其中只绘示出壁5的区段5b)。两个壁5和6的边缘区段成对地彼此相靠,并彼此被焊接起来。如还将加以更详细说明的,两个壁5和6与一个连接它们的中间区段9一起,由一整块薄膜状复合材料构成,该复合材料包含三个彼此相连的由聚酯、铝及聚丙烯做成的层。
软管体2的具有排出孔的端面3,基本上是由所述的中间区段9构成的。在其上配置了一个下面还将更详细绘出的用塑料做的排出接管,该排出接管作为密封体4的一部分还配有覆盖着壁5和6的保护片10以保护端面棱边9a,并配有侧向的肩部11以加固端面3。
中间区段9在图2所示与轴线7相平行地投影的视图中基本上具有凸透镜的形状,于此,在端面部位3中向外延伸的侧边缘5a和6a的锐角呈翼状超出图3中所示和设置在中间区段9中的容器1的排出孔12。在图1所示的前视图中,中间区段9也是凹进的,而且在对称平面8的两侧经过端棱边9a而与两个壁5及6中的某一个相连。在边缘5a和6a的范围内,两个端棱边9a汇合成一个处于对称平面8中的折叠棱边。
为了生产出图1和2所示的容器,在第一工艺步骤中,将一块薄膜或一块复合材料(其宽度相当于软管体2的长度两倍那么长)经过一个楔子拉动,并沿着工件纵轴线折成两个相等的半部,由两个这种半部然后形成软管体2的两个壁5和6。薄膜工件或复合材料工件于此例如可由一个带卷退卷,然后如下面还要加以说明的,已在先行的工艺阶段中预成形的软管体从带材或从薄膜工件或复合材料工件分离下来。
在第二工艺步骤中,将折叠的和最好从一个带卷退卷的薄膜工件或复合材料工件分成确定用于生产单个容器的薄膜段。为此,利用一个输送装置将工件带按软管体2的宽度步进式地往前输送,通过折叠形成的双层工件的纵棱边按不变距离垂直于输送方向加以切开,在每两个这样的切口之间分别冲出一个排出孔12。随后将通过切口形成的待生产的容器的端面角向里反折过去,将通过切裁而准备出来的薄膜段的两个彼此贴靠的半部垂直于纵向地加以焊接,将如此形成的软管体2利用一个切割工具从带材的剩余部分加以分离,从而产生出具有图3中所示形状的一种薄膜坯。
两个端面角折叠成5°至90°比如45°的角α(见图4),这不仅具有增强这一范围中容器边界的效果,而且通过折边的形成可以避免出现锐棱性的角部,这种角部在不注意操作时可能伤害使用者,或者损坏用于接受容器1的支承槽。
在下一个工艺步骤中,例如该工艺步骤可以与上述第二工艺步骤平行地进行,初步准备出图7中所示的密封体4。该密封体在现在这种情况下是由前述的排出接管14(图6)和一个封闭盖15(图5)构成,于此,封闭盖利用它的内螺纹16拧在排出接管14的螺纹部分13上。如特别从图6中可以看出的,排出接管14还配有前述的保护接片10和肩撑部11,而且是这样确定尺寸并可利用具有平的端面的封闭盖15加以密封,即使得所生产出来的容器有足够高的稳定性,并可作为立式容器竖立。
与前述工艺步骤相衔接,将一个固定接管17依箭头方向引过图8中所示并已展开的软管体2的坯体,并将其焊接、粘接和/或压合在中间区段9上,为此固定接管17特别配有一个环形卡图18,该卡圈同中间区段9可实现所要求的连接。如从图9可看出的,固定接管17的用于接受密封体4的颈部19于固定状态中穿过软管体坯的排出孔12,并从软管体坯伸出。为了最佳地连接固定接管17和中间区段9,卡圈了8还附加配置了依环形布置的呈尖峰状收拢的肋条20。
在将密封体4压合在固定接管17上之后,借此特别是形成中间区段9的薄膜片被固紧在固定接管17和排出接管14之间,于是将浆状制品通过与端面3相对峙的、在生产流程中最好朝上的所述坯体孔口而灌入软管体2中。然后将仍然保留着的软管体2的孔口加以封闭和焊接,并将如此完成和灌注好的容器直接送往为最终包装所配的包装带。
为了从本发明提出的容器1中取出浆状制品,先除去封闭盖15,然后从宽边一端开始,挤压软管体2。形成软管体2的材料最好是可以弹性变形的,尤其是可以塑性变形的,以便该软管体在挤压出一部分浆状制品之后,借助所谓的“恢复效应”仍能基本上保持它的被压缩过的形状,而且不会通过排出接管14吸入空气。
最后还要指出一点:可用上述方法生产的容器可设计成不同形状,并与图中所示实施例是有区别的。因此,容器也可以有另一种外形以代替一种矩形外形。此外,容器的各尺寸和比例可在较大限度内变化。最好,封闭盖也可按不同形状加以成形,例如可具有球形或多角形。
图11至13中所示袋管具有两个侧壁111和112以及一个端壁113,所有的壁是用一块薄膜材料做成的。薄膜材料最好又薄又轻,而且是柔性的。它可以是单层的塑料薄膜,或者也可以是层压薄膜。但至少薄膜材料的朝向袋管内部的一侧是由可焊接的塑料构成的。两个侧壁111和112是沿着两个侧边缘区段114和115及沿着一个端边缘区段116而彼此紧密连接的,尤其是焊接的。
在端壁113上固定着一个肩形件,它具有一个可封闭的呈排出接管117形式的孔口。该肩形件最好用一种可焊接的塑料做成。从排出接管117出发有一个法兰118,它是同端壁113一样加以弯曲的。法兰118在里面与端壁113相连,而且密封性地固定在该端壁上,最好是固焊在其上。
法兰118从排出接管117出发向外延伸,直到每个侧壁111、112的某个居中部位。如图13中所示,每个侧壁的上述居中部位具有一个宽度C,该宽度至少等于侧边缘区段114和115之间的每个侧壁111、112的整个宽度d的20%,最好至少30%。法兰118沿着端壁113向外延伸直到侧壁111和112的上端,它的作用在于加固端面113,从而减小下述危险:当袋管以一个用螺纹拧在排出接管117上的封闭盖(图中未示出)朝下放置时,它有可能翻倒。
为了上述同一目的,法兰118具有两个固定在侧壁113上的支撑119和120,这两个支撑向着侧壁111、112的两个侧边缘区段114和115延伸。两个支撑119和120最好延伸到离侧边缘区段114及115一个距离a(图13),该距离至多等于两个侧边缘区段之间在端壁113处测得的距离b的20%,最好至多10%。
法兰118但也可以在端壁113的边缘处有两个弯折的、平行于侧壁111和112延伸的接片121和122。接片121和122加固着毗连端壁113的侧壁111和112的居中部位。与此同时,该接片还保护塑料材料以防止扭转和/或损伤,当为了从排出接管117拧下封闭盖(图中未示出)而用手握住袋管侧壁的上述部位时,就会产生这种扭转和/或损伤现象。另一方面为了不妨碍对袋管的完全挤压,接片121和122最好比法兰118的其余部分更加柔软一些。例如,接片121、122的壁厚可小于法兰118的其余部分的壁厚。

Claims (16)

1.一种袋管,具有一薄膜材料,该薄膜材料形成管的一个端壁(113)和两个侧壁(111,112),其中,两个侧壁沿着两个侧边缘区段(114,115)彼此相连;还具有一个肩形件,该肩形件有一个可封闭的排出接管(117)和一个固定在端壁(113)上、如该端壁一样弯曲的法兰(118),其特征在于:法兰(118)从排出接管(117)出发,沿着端壁(113)向外一直延伸到每个侧壁(111,112)的一个居中部位,并沿着端壁(113)朝向两个侧壁(111,112)的两个侧边缘区段(114,115)延伸。
2.如权利要求1中所述的袋管,其特征在于:每个侧壁(111,112)的所称居中部位具有一宽度(C)、该宽度至少等于侧边缘区段(114,115)之间的侧壁的整个宽度(d)的20%。
3.如权利要求1或2中所述的袋管,其特征在于:法兰(118)至少具有两个相离的贴紧在薄膜材料上的接片(121,122)以增强薄膜材料。
4.如权利要求1中所述的袋管,其特征在于:法兰(118)一直延伸到离侧边缘区段(114,115)一个距离(a),该距离至多等于侧边缘区段(114,115)之间在端壁(113)处测得的距离(b)的20%,最好至多等于10%。
5.如权利要求3中所述的袋管,其特征在于:法兰(118)具有两个贴在侧壁(111,112)的居中部位上的接片(121,122)。
6.如权利要求5中所述的袋管,其特征在于:贴在侧壁(111,112)上的接片(121,122)是比法兰(118)的其余部分更加柔性的。
7.一种可变形容器(1)的生产方法,该容器用于容纳一种浆状制品,具有两个壁(5,6)和一个有一排出口的端面(3),于此:
-一块薄膜或一块压层材料沿着一轴线加以折叠。
-折叠后彼此贴靠的工件区段在边缘侧彼此连接起来,
-在折叠如此生产出来的软管体(2)时,由具有折痕的横区段形成两个端壁边(9a),这两个端棱边本身限界出一个平面状的形成端面(3)的中间区段(9),
-在端面(3)上插置一个密封体(4),通过一个与端面(3)相对的孔将浆状制品灌入折叠好的软管体(2)中,在浆状制品灌装完毕之后将上述的孔加以封闭。
其特征在于;从具有折痕并形成端面(3)所确定的被折叠工件的横区段冲压出一个排出孔(12),两个工件区段沿着两个相互对向的侧边缘(5a,6a)彼此加以焊接;在如此形成的软管体(2)的折叠状态中,通过与端面(3)相对峙的孔,将一个加固定接管(17)插入软管体(2)中,以接管颈(19)穿过排出孔(12),并将之固定在中间区段(9)的内侧上;然后将一个由一个排出接管(14)和一个封闭盖(15)构成的密封体(4)如此安置在从软管体(2)中伸出的加固接管(17)的颈部(19)上,使得中间区段(9)夹紧在排出接管(14)和加固接管(17)之间;以及将浆状制品通过所述及的在生产流程中最好朝上的孔口灌入软管体(2)中,并随后将该孔口加以封闭和焊接。
8.如权利要求7中所述的方法,其特征在于:制成的和灌装好的容器(1)被直接送往一个为实现最终包装而确定的包装带。
9.如图利要求7或8中所述的方法,于此,加固接管(17)配有一个环形卡圈(18),其特征在于:加固接管(17)连同其卡圈(18)被焊接在、粘合在和/或压合在中间区段(9)的内侧上。
10.如权利要求7至9的任一项中所述的方法,其特征在于:薄膜材料或压层材料工件,其宽度为软管体(2)的长度两倍那么长,是从一个带卷退卷出来的,被牵拉经过一个楔形件,并沿着带的纵轴向而被折叠成两个相等的半部,然后由这两个相等的半部形成欠管体(2)的两个壁(5,6)。
11.如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于:薄膜工件或压层材料工件为了生产单个容器而被分成一定的工件区段,并分别按待形成的软管体(2)的一个宽度而步进式地加以输送,将通过折叠所形成的双层工件的纵向棱边按恒定的距离垂直于运输方向加以切裁,并在每两个这样的切口之间分别冲压出一个排出孔(12)。
12.如权利要求10或11中所述的方法,其特征在于:软管体(2)在灌放浆状制品之前被从带的其余部分分离下来。
13.如权利要求7至12的任一项中所述的方法,软管体(2)的端侧部分的棱角是朝里翻转的。
14.根据权利要求7至13中的一项按本方法生产的容器,其特征在于:两个可压合的壁(5,6)和一个具有一排出口的端面(3),于此,两个壁(5,6)在两个彼此对峙的侧边缘(5a,6a)和一个与端面(3)相对峙的横边缘(5b)上彼此紧密地连接起来,并且由一单件的工件构成;在同样地由所述工件形成的端面(3)上安置了一个密封体(4),该密封体处于一个在端侧穿过该工件的加固接管(17)上。
15.如权利要求14中所述的容器,其特征在于:软管体(2)的端侧部分的棱角都是加以折叠的;每个棱角都翻转5°至90°。
16.如权利要求14或15中所述的容器,其特征在于:密封体(4)为了保护端棱边(9a)而配备有覆盖着壁(5,6)的保护接片(10)。
