805,631. Collapsible containers. RADO, L. Dec. 20, 1954 [Sept. 18, 1953], No. 25840/53. Class 66. A process for the production of a collapsible container from thermoplastic sheets or from non-thermoplastic sheets coated with thermoplastic substances, or laminated to thermoplastic sheets, comprises forming a cut-out shape 1, Fig. 1, having two symmetrical wings that can be folded about a narrow part 6, Fig. 2, to cover each other, inserting a flanged thermoplastic screw nozzle 5 through a hole in the narrow part 6, welding the flange of the nozzle 5 to the cut-out shape, and then folding the cutout shape about its narrowest part 6 and welding the resulting adjacent faces together along their edges. The non-thermoplastic part of the sheets may be paper, fabric or metal foil.
