Abstract

796,271. Cartons. STEVENSON & SONS, Ltd., H., and BROADBENT, W. Nov. 9,1956, No. 34370/56. Class 18. A tubular carton has two convex sides joined directly to each other and arcuate closure flaps 6, 9 foldable about curved lines 8, 10 to close the ends, the consequent deformation of the flaps causing them to remain in their closed position. The innermost flaps 9 have apertures 11 to assist opening. The longitudinal seam may either be along an edge or midway of a side.
