Abstract

Description

光学头致动器及卷绕其操作线圈的方法
本发明涉及一种光学头致动器,特别是一种提高灵敏度的光学头致动器和一种卷绕其操作线圈的方法,其中灵敏度为显示致动器的频率特性的数值。
通常,光学头用于将光束通过物镜扫描到一盘的表面并检测从盘反射的光束,其安装在采用光盘的光学记录和再现装置中,例如光盘播放机中。
光学头通过半导体激光器、光学透镜、将光信号转换为电信号的光学二极管及致动器相互结合在一起而形成。光学头首先是被用于装置的音频领域,如CD播放机,并成为采用光盘的产品中必不可少的部件,如光磁盘播放机和视频CD播放机。
近些年来,光学头变得非常小。因此,光学头有时被称为光头。主要有两种光头:分离型和整体型,在分离型中,半导体激光器、分束器和光检测器固定,而承载物镜致动器的部分被驱动;在整体型中,包括物镜致动器和光学元件在内的所有的元件都承载在一个基部上,并且所有的元件都一起运动。
为了采用这种光学头来再现高质量的信息,光束相对于光盘的焦点应该可以准确地调整并且发射的光束应该准确地跟踪在光盘上形成的轨迹。
通常,竖直地移动物镜以便控制焦距的操作称为聚焦。移动物镜而使光束被准确地扫描到轨迹上的操作称为跟踪。
因此,光学头包括致动器,支承物镜并进行聚焦和跟踪操作。

如图1和2所示,光学头的传统致动器包括基部1(参考图2),固定在基部1上的支架2,固定物镜3的线架4,将线架4和支架2相连的悬挂物5,在轨迹或焦点的方向上移动线架4的磁驱动装置。
磁驱动装置包括绕线架4卷绕的聚焦线圈6,分别绕线架4的四个侧壁卷绕而与聚焦线圈6无关的跟踪线圈7,及一对永久磁铁8a和8b。如图3和4所示,聚焦线圈6和跟踪线圈7a和7c分开卷绕。此处,跟踪线圈7卷绕而面对那对永久磁铁8a和8b。安装在基部1上的一对外磁轭9a和9b分别固定永久磁铁8a和8b(参考图1)。固定在基部1上的一对内磁轭10a和10b通过磁通量引导线架4。
在如上所述构成的致动器中,当电流通过卷绕在线架4上的聚焦线圈6和分别卷绕在侧面的跟踪线圈7a至7d时,根据Fleming左手定则由电流和永久磁铁8a和8b产生电磁力。根据电磁力作用的方向,通过悬挂物5与安装在基部1上的支架2相连的线架4由内磁轭10a和10b导引并竖直或水平运动。此处,永久磁铁8a和8b的力在朝向底面的方向上形成。因此,支承在线架4上的物镜3进行聚焦和跟踪操作。
根据传统工艺中卷绕线圈的方法,永久磁铁的尺寸应该较大,以便提高通过缩小聚焦线圈和永磁铁之间的距离而提高灵敏度。
此外,当永久磁头和线圈之间的距离较宽时,磁通量分布均匀的部分变得很窄。因此,当致动器的驱动部分向寻迹和聚焦的方向运动时,产生力不平衡。因而,致动器被卷曲。
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种光学头致动器,在致动器的驱动部分运动时不会发生卷曲。
因此,为实现第一目的,提供一种光学头的致动器,包括固定物镜的线架,将线架与支架相连的悬挂物,包括跟踪线圈和聚焦线圈而用于在轨迹和焦点的方向上移动线架的磁驱动装置,永久磁铁,其包括分别卷绕在线架四个侧面的跟踪线圈和卷绕在线架及跟踪线圈上的聚焦线圈,通过聚焦线圈的卷绕缩短永久磁铁和聚焦线圈之间的距离而产生强大的力。
为实现第二目的,提供一种在光学头的致动器上卷绕驱动线圈的方法,所述致动器包括固定物镜的线架,包括跟踪线圈和聚焦线圈而用于在轨迹和焦点的方向上移动线架的驱动线圈,以及永久磁铁,所述方法包括以下步骤:将跟踪线圈卷绕在线架的四个侧面上;将聚焦线圈卷绕在线架和跟踪线圈上。

如图5和6所示,本发明的光学头的致动器包括基部1(参考图2),固定在基部1上的支架2,固定物镜3的线架4,将线架4和支架2相连的悬挂物5,在聚焦或寻轨的方向上移动线架4的磁驱动装置。
磁驱动装置包括分别绕线架4的四个侧壁卷绕的跟踪线圈7,绕线架4和跟踪线圈7卷绕的聚焦线圈6,及一对永久磁铁8a和8b。此处,跟踪线圈7卷绕而面对那对永久磁铁8a和8b。
如图7和8所示,在根据本发明的驱动线圈卷绕方法中,在绕线架4的四个侧面卷绕跟踪线圈7a至7d后,聚焦线圈6卷绕在线架4和跟踪线圈7a至7d上。因此,根据本发明,可以通过卷绕聚焦线圈6来缩短聚焦线圈6和永久磁铁之间的距离。
安装在基部1上的一对外磁轭9a和9b分别固定永久磁铁8a和8b。固定在基部1和线架4上的一对内磁轭10a和10b通过磁通量导引线架4。
在如上所述构成的光学头致动器中,当电流通过跟踪线圈7a至7d及绕跟踪线圈7a至7d和线架4的聚焦线圈6时,根据Fleming左手定则由电流和永久磁铁8a和8b产生电磁力。根据电磁力作用的方向,通过悬挂物5与安装在基部1上的支架2相连的线架4由内磁轭10a和10b导引。因此,线架4竖直或水平运动。永久磁铁8a和8b的力在朝向底面的方向上形成。因此,支承在线架4上的物镜3进行聚焦和跟踪操作。本发明采用的灵敏度为显示致动器的频率特性的数值,示出DC灵敏度、AC灵敏度和固有振荡,即根据通过的电流和电压,DC灵敏度示出线架4的运动位移,AC灵敏度示出焦点方向的加速度值。各公司采用不同的装置来显示相对于DC和AC灵敏度的测量值。
根据本发明,可以提高灵敏度而不用增加永久磁铁的尺寸,并且由于线圈安装在磁通量分布均匀的部分较宽的位置上,在致动器的驱动部分在跟踪和聚焦方向上运动时消除了不平衡力的产生。因此,可以防止致动器的卷曲。

Claims (2)

1.一种光学头的致动器,包括:固定物镜的线架;将线架与支架相连的悬挂物;包括跟踪线圈和聚焦线圈而用于在寻轨和聚焦的方向上移动线架的磁驱动装置;永久磁铁;其包括:
分别卷绕在线架四个侧面的跟踪线圈;
卷绕在线架及跟踪线圈上的聚焦线圈,
其中,通过聚焦线圈的卷绕缩短永久磁铁和聚焦线圈之间的距离而产生强大的力。
2.一种在光学头的致动器上卷绕驱动线圈的方法,所述致动器包括固定物镜的线架,包括跟踪线圈和聚焦线圈而用于在寻轨和聚焦的方向上移动线架的驱动线圈,永久磁铁,所述方法包括以下步骤:
将跟踪线圈卷绕在线架的四个侧面上;
将聚焦线圈卷绕在线架和跟踪线圈上。
