Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及将物品包装在薄膜口袋中的方法和装置,薄膜口袋以连续卷材的形式传送通过装填台,在此处进行各个口袋物品的装填,然后这些口袋被密封,并从连续卷材中分出以建立单个包装。
背景技术
此技术的一个基本实例提及于EP-696997中,在其中提到,口袋物品卷材的相对的上边缘区域制作成具有由凹槽形成的弯曲凸缘部分,用于拉入在传送杆上,传送杆沿传送方向具有相互扩张部分,用于产生口袋物品的开口,以便这些口袋能例如通过位于上面的漏斗而加以装填,此后,传送杆再相互相贴地变窄,以便临时封闭装填好的口袋物品。然后这些口袋物品通过在所述凹槽部分之下加以焊接而完全密封,此后这些口袋物品被切下,并相互分开。作为替代方案,还叙述了,边缘加厚也可用以替代凹槽部分,这些加厚部分被安装在切槽传送管中,用于进行口袋物品的相当相应的传送。

在EP质0 396 838和EP 0 825 116中进而阐述了可应用平面薄膜管卷材,它沿着其上边缘被连续地切开,然后被整体地展开,并将此切开的上边缘卡住,这些边缘既不用特别设计成凹槽,也不用特别加厚,这明显地简化了生产口袋卷材的要求。切开的上边缘部分被展开以便挤压在各自的移动传送带之间,传送带制有纵向凹槽和相应的压紧弦,从而建立了适当的、结实的运载啮合。
但是,此啮合不够结实,轴向滑移可能产生于口袋卷材的上边缘与相关的传送带运输装置之间,从而可能产生不确定性,因为不知道被传送的物品是否完全与传送带同步。此外,压紧在传送带之间的卷材侧边区域的高度位置可能产生偏离,而这对一些特定的目的可能很重要,因为不清楚被装填的口袋是否在例如相对口袋上的图案要求的位置上被完全密封。
在DK PA 1998 00548中叙述了一种结构,它应用简化的平面口袋卷材,其所述开口边缘只是在卷材引入至单根运载杆上时是封闭的,然后在一个操作台上被连续地切开,在此处竖直的边缘带部分被展开以便放置在相对的链条上。在前进中,这些带部分被制作成具有一排孔,当折叠向下时,这些孔被向下引导进入运载链条上的向上指向的夹持短轴上,从而获得安全的运载和推进啮合,而无需对开口边缘进行任何特殊的成型。

发明内容

具体实施方式
从一个未表示的储存处,合成材料的口袋卷材1沿着箭头方向传送在光滑轨道2(横截面2a)上,轨道2具有面向口袋传送方向的圆形部分3。口袋卷材悬挂在为此目的而设计的塑料薄膜的上部分,它设置有通常的切口以及变弱的斑点(它们未表示)。此外,上部分设置有若干孔眼,用于表示相互间具有固定距离的孔。轨道改变成较粗的芯杆4(横截面2b),在其两侧各设计有凹槽5、6。凹槽的宽度和深度对应短轴7,它们借助配件8按固定距离布置在两条环形链条9、10上。短轴与口袋卷材1同步地移动以使,短轴从两侧分别穿透口袋卷材上部分左、右侧的薄层11、12。塑料薄膜被芯杆4和短轴所扩张,并通过位于芯杆上侧的垂直小刀13,此后,口袋卷材的两个分离的部分11和12最终被设置有短轴的链条所装载。由于凹槽5、6设计成套住短轴7的端部,所以塑料薄膜不能滑移至短轴的端部之外。
芯杆转变成楔状体14(横截面2c),它相应地设置有纵向凹槽5’、6’,在口袋卷材11、12再一步传送期间,口袋被逐渐打开。当达到最大开口时,楔状体14转变成仍旧具有纵向凹槽5”、6”的纵向轨道15、16(横截面2d),这些轨道将口袋卷材在固定的操作台之下向前传送于这些操作台之间,用于进行装填、密封、切开等。自始至终,具有短轴7的链条9、10对付运送,而借助各种滚轴R以及轨道进行的链条的导向则留意短轴在凹槽5、5’、5”、6、6’、6”中的保持,以使塑料薄膜不能滑出。在一个适当的位置对每条链条放置着驱动齿轮。在包装设备(未表示)的终端,当链条围绕导向滚轴R转动时,短轴被拉开,而被切开的口袋在此处被抓住及运走,或落在传送带上。应注意的是,此处的图1仅是示意图,因此某些尺寸为清楚起见被加以夸张,但图2中至少对输入元件之间的比例是符合实际结构的。
在图3中表示了一条链条10,此处每隔一个链圈L设置有配件8,它装有在链条平面中凸出的短轴。
改进的效果与现有技术相比,除其它外主要归因于这样的事实,根据本发明,短轴7较短,因此运送期间不必应用重锤以确保塑料薄膜11、12能保留在短轴上。

Claims (2)

1.一种将物品或松散材料包装在薄膜口袋中的方法,薄膜口袋以连续卷材的形式传送通过装填台,在此处口袋的开口保持打开用于接受物品,此后口袋被密封,并从卷材上分离,通过该方法,最初使口袋卷材沿着其开口边缘与导向装置进行可控的连接,导向装置包括光滑的导向轨道和链条,链条以一定的间隔设置有短轴,此间隔与口袋卷材开口边缘中的孔之间的间隔相同,短轴被布置成啮合开口边缘中的孔,以便夹住相对的口袋开口边缘,并引导它沿着传送带导轨向前通过装填台,在此行程期间,导向装置迫使口袋的开口边缘分开,用以使口袋在装填台处连续打开,然后,在装填口袋后,再连接口袋的开口边缘以便密封口袋,以及通过该方法,相对的口袋开口部分被相互分开用以连续安装至所述导向装置上,其特征在于,当在导向轨道上传送时,口袋卷材被引入至装载有水平短轴的左、右链条之间,短轴从两侧进入形成在口袋卷材上的孔中,从而套在水平短轴端部上的纵向凹槽保证了水平短轴对沿着传送带导轨通过装填台的口袋卷材的固定。
