Description

本发明总体上涉及发放装置和系统的领域。更具体地说，本发明涉及发放折叠片件的装置和系统的领域。
                   技术背景
在快餐厅通常配有纸巾发放器。许多一般的纸巾发放器的缺点是它们通常使得一次抽出一大堆纸巾。研究表明，以这种方式抽出的纸巾常常都被浪费掉。在进餐处散落很多废纸巾，这些纸巾被作为废纸丢弃，更糟糕的是还会堵塞管道。当抽取很多纸巾时，发放器很快就被抽空，且必须重新装入，这对快餐厅的顾客和服务员都造成了不便。
因此，需要一种长的不充填纸巾发放系统，它将阻止浪费的发放。
                 本发明的概述
本发明着手解决上述问题和需要，提供一种内折叠的纸巾发放系统，其包括：(a)一外壳，其限定一内部空间；(b)外壳内的堆叠装置，用于将一叠纸巾保持在所述内部空间内；和(c)一发放面，其限定在外壳内并邻近堆叠装置的一端。

               本发明的详细描述
现在参见附图，在所有附图中，类似的标号表示相应的结构，特别参见图1和2，图中示出内折叠纸巾发放系统的一个例子。该系统包括一外壳12，其限定一内部空间14，该内部空间14包含一堆叠装置16，此堆叠装置安装在外壳12内，用于将一叠纸巾保持在此内部空间内。
该系统还包括一发放面20，其限定在外壳12内，靠近堆叠装置16的一端。

现在参见图4，图中示出发放喉部24的一部件，其展现了一种防止大团纸巾一次拉出发放器的结构。具体地说，发放喉部24具有一槽部26，其长度足够使用者将一纸巾拉出，但其宽度较窄，这将防止一次被拉出发放喉部的纸巾多于几张。发放喉部24包括一手指接近部28，以帮助使用者抓住并从发放槽26中拉出一张纸巾，尽管槽的宽度较窄。

理想的是，发放喉部24的手指接近部28位于发放喉部的中央，并具有一大约为1英寸或更大些的长度“L”(即，沿着发放喉部的长度)。例如，发放喉部的手指接近部可以具有一从大约1英寸到大约3英寸或更多些的长度“L”。发放喉部的手指接近部的典型长度“L”大约为发放喉部的总长“T”的一半。当然，希望发放喉部的手指接近部的长度“L”为发放喉部的总长“T”的大约四分之一到大约四分之三。
现在参见图5，可以看到，发放喉部20的中部22从发放器的外壳12凸出。在本发明的一实施例中，发放面20的中部22以一第一面40和一第二面42的形式伸出，两面相交成钝角α(即，大于90°而小于180°)。发放喉部24应大约位于第一和第二面40、42的交界处44，在那里，发放面20的平面出现一个折痕或折断。这种构形被认为有利于接近穿过较窄的发放槽26的纸巾。也可以采用其它在发放喉部处的发放面的平面上具有适当的折痕或折断的发放面结构。
一般来说，角度α的范围为大约175度至大约160度，以便在发放面20的平面上提供一折痕或折叠。例如，角度α的范围可以是大约173度至大约162度。另一个例子是，角度α的范围可以从大约170度至大约165度。
在一般操作过程中，顾客可以通过抓内折叠纸巾的伸出/穿过发放槽延伸的部分或尾部来抓取内折叠纸巾。随着内折叠纸巾被发放，另一部分接续的纸巾被抽出，提供了下一个纸巾的向外延伸凸出的部分/尾部。如果顾客遇到新的一叠内折叠纸巾，其尾部并不伸出发放槽26，或者前面的发放失败，使得不能正常地从槽部抽取新的纸巾尾部，使用者可以将一个或几个手指放在发放喉部24的手指接近部28中，抓住纸巾的露出部分，并夹住纸巾体。如果使用者拉得过猛，例如试图从发放器中拉出一大团纸巾，则这种尝试将会受到阻止，因为一大团纸巾不适合于穿过发放槽26。因此，降低了浪费纸巾的发放方式。
已经发现，本发明对于水平放置的内折叠纸巾发放器特理想。窄的发放喉部、凸出的发放面、堆叠装置以及使纸巾在分层区域向外伸出的缓冲器的结合提供了内折叠纸巾的可靠的和较少浪费的发放。
然而应该理解，尽管在前面的描述中结合发明的结构细节和功能提出了很多特征和优点，但这种公开仅仅是举例说明，在本发明的原理以及权利要求书所表示的术语的广泛的意义的整个范围内，可以针对细节，特别是关于部件的形状和尺寸进行变化。

Claims (19)

1．一种内折叠的纸巾发放系统，其包括：
一外壳，其限定一内部空间；
安装在外壳内的堆叠装置，用于将一叠纸巾保持在所述内部空间内；和
一发放面，其限定在所述外壳内并邻近所述堆叠装置的一端，所述发放面具有一伸出发放器的中部和一位于所述中部内的发放喉部，所述发放喉部包括一槽部，该槽部的长度足够使用者拉出一纸巾，但其宽度较窄，以防止一次拉出发放喉部的纸巾多于几张，所述发放喉部还包括一手指接近部，以帮助使用者抓住一纸巾并将其从所述发放槽中拉出，尽管所述发放槽的宽度较窄。
