Description

层压装置
本发明涉及制造例如用于包装的层压材料的装置及方法。
象加工过的食品、糖果、药物、流质等的货物通常都用能将它们与例如水、气体、蒸汽、油、化学品等物质隔离的材料包装。为了能将该产品与类似货物区分开,提供使用说明,列出原料,或提供法定的资料,这种包装材料通常都是装饰过的。
典型的作此用途的材料是由在上面加印有想要的设计的单层或双层的透明塑料制造的,而双层材料则为货物提供更好的保护。
为了提高一个包装袋视觉上的吸引力或提供某种程度的防伪造保护,在这类多层材料里面加上例如全息图之类的金属效果可能也是有好处的。由此产生的层压包装材料通常包括一片夹在两片透明聚乙烯或聚丙烯中间从而受到保护的铝箔或全息薄膜,而该两块或其中一块聚乙烯或聚丙烯是可以被加印上设计的。然而由于有一层不透明的金属层,这种材料是不透明的。
如果有一种包装材料,它包括一层金属层,但包装袋里的东西是看得见的,这将会有好处。要做到这样,可以将不是全片而是狭条状的金属材料夹在两片透明外层中间,如此,在没有金属层的地方该包装材料是透明的。
可是在大规模生产的基础上,仅仅将狭条状箔层压在两层塑料层里面是不可行的,最终的层压材料的厚度将会不均匀,而且当例如卷起该材料时,不均匀度将增大。因此,中间的一层必须包括与金属材料平行和毗连的透明材料狭条,以便提供一层厚度尽可能不变的中间层。
因此,一种可取的层压材料将会有基本上均匀的厚度,并有下列五层:
(A)一片由例如聚丙烯或聚乙烯等材料制成及可能有图案装饰的透明薄膜;
(B)一层粘层;
(C)由在同一平面或表面上不同材料的平行狭条组成的一层,这些狭条例如可以是光线镀铝或部分镀铝的层压箔、金属聚丙烯薄膜、铝箔、透明聚丙烯或聚乙烯;
(D)另外一层粘层;及
(E)一片容易在一个自动包装系统里应用的可用高温密封的或可用高温熔化的薄膜。
这种层压包装材料通常是按照下述程序制造的。先将构成(A)层和(C)层的材料装上不同的供应辊。材料(A)从它的供应辊出发,穿过一个胶水槽,在那里粘层(B)给涂在它的背面,然后材料(A)再穿过一个烘箱,组成(C)层的狭条从有关的供应辊放出,与从烘箱出来的材料(A)在一个组装辊上相遇,(C)层遂与粘层(B)粘合而成一由接收收集的层压材料(AC)。
要完成该包装材料,须将层压材料(AC)从接收辊上挪走继而重装上一个供应辊,然后给材料(AC)重复上述程序,即是将粘层涂上(C)层,并贴上可用高温密封的薄膜(E)而形成成品层压材料(ACE)。
然而,当以此方法制造层压材料时,一个重大的难题是怎样把(C)层里面的狭条平行排列。这些狭条可能有不同的宽度,而且通常来自可能有不同直径滚筒和不同电机速度的不同供应辊,不同的材料亦往往会不有同的张力、不同的摩擦系数、不同的厚度。
在组装辊上粘合时,将狭条在同一平面或表面上无重叠地平行排列至今还无法实现,要避免层压过程中狭条的褶皱、折痕、破损、变形等也是困难的,这些难题自然会带来材料浪费和生产线中断。此外,由于例如机器的震动,在组装辊上各层的对准排列很容易改变。故此,现有的制造程序和机器一般都只限于两条狭条。
因此,需要一个能使组成(C)层的狭条相对于(A)层准确地对准排列、并且没有重复地对齐的层压程序。
本发明提供一种制造层压材料的装置,该装置具有一个第一供应辊和一个包括一个第二和一个第三供应辊的系统,其中所述系统的横向定位是相应离开第一供应辊的材料的横向移动而调整的,使得第二和第三供应辊的横向对准排列相对于所述材料而保持不变。
为保持第二和第三供应辊与所述材料对准,在装置的操作过程中可以手工调节所述系统的横向定位。但最好是,离开所述第一供应辊的材料的横向移动由一个追踪该材料上的一控制线的电子传感器监测。该传感器的输出可用来自动调节所述系统的定位。
控制线可以是任何其横向移动能被一电子传感器追踪的记号。它最好是一条可见的有色线,但也可以是例如一条细磁条。它的阔度最好是0.5mm至3.0mm,无需连续不断,但必须可被电子仪器阅读。或者,该控制线可以是离开第一供应辊的材料的边缘。
电子传感器可以是任何能准确地追踪一条控制线的横向移动的传感器,它最好能追踪各类型的控制线。合适的传感器在线与边探测的技术里面是众所周知的,它们一般都包括一盏钨灯,和一个能在控制线曲折前进时探测出阻尼的极小变化的CdS光线探测器。根据反射效率,探测器可用不同的滤光器,例如当反射效率高时,可用磨砂玻璃滤光器。
电子传感器最好是固定在包括第二和第三供应辊的系统上,以便传感器与该系统一起移动。
尽管当装置运行时,系统里面的第二和第三供应辊的相对横向位置应该保持固定,但它们的横向定位最好能独立地调整。
按照本发明的另一个方面,提供一种制造层压材料的程序,它包括以下工序:
(a)从一个第一供应辊供应材料;

因此,追踪工序(c)最好是采用,通过电子传感器追踪离开所述第一供应辊的材料上的一控制线的横向移动。
离开所述多个其它供应辊的材料都必须具有彼此大致相同的厚度。这些材料中的一种或多种最好是全息或金属材料。
多个其它供应辊的彼此的相对位置必须固定,使得它们相对的横向位置保持恒定。这多个其它供应辊最好包括三个或更多个辊。
按照本发明的又一个方面,提供一种可由上述程序获得的层压材料。
同样,本发明还提供一种层压材料,它包括一个由多个平行的、毗邻而不重叠的材料狭条构成的层。
最好,由邻接狭条构成的层包括至少三个狭条,其中的一个或多个是全息或金属狭条。这种狭条最好镶有透明或半透明狭条的边。更好的是,这个层包括相间有不透明狭条(例如由全息或金属材料制成)的、透明或半透明材料的狭条。
这些层通常用粘结剂彼此连接在一起。为此,本发明提供这样一种层压材料,它具有一透明层、一粘结层和一包括多个平行的、毗邻而不重叠的材料狭条的层。所述狭条中的一个最好是全息或金属狭条。显然,所述“透明”层上可加印某种设计,例如,这种设计使该层仅局部透明。
这些层压材料还可以包括其它层。因此,本发明最好提供一种如上所述的层压材料,它还包括一第四层。例如,该第四层可以是高温密封层或粘结层。该层压材料还可包括一第五层,该第五层例如可以由与第一层相同的材料制成,或可以是高温密封层。
例如,这些层压材料可用作收缩包装材料,或用在袋子或盒子的制造过程中。
本发明还提供可被电子仪器阅读的控制线在离开第一供应辊的材料上的运用,从而控制多个其它供应辊与所述材料的对准排列。
现在对照以下附图,用举例的方式,详述本发明的一个较佳的具体实施例。其中图1是装置的显示图,图2是材料在组装辊上被层压时的显示图。
图1的装置是用作粘合(A)层与(C)层以形成一层压材料的。(A)层可以是例如由聚乙烯制成的上面印有设计的透明薄膜。(C)层由一系列的毗连而不重叠的平行狭条(C1,C2,C3…)组成,举个例子,这些狭条可包括一条与一条细金属全息狭条(C2)毗连的透明阔条(C1),及一条与同一金属全息狭条(C2)毗连的半透明阔条(C3)。
装置运行前,先将透明薄膜(A)装上供应辊(1),并调整它的张力。然后将组成(C)层的狭条(C1,C2,C3…)同样地装上安装在系统(5)里面的各个供应辊(7)。这些供应辊(7)的张力受调整并被横向排列成使得离开这些辊(7)的组成C层的各狭条的边缘互相毗连。
当装置运行时,薄膜(A)穿过胶水槽,在那里粘层(B)给涂在它的背面,然后薄膜(A)穿过烘箱(3)。
带有粘层(B)的薄膜(A)从烘箱(3)出来后,到达电子传感器所处的位置。在该较佳实施例中,薄膜(A)包含一条仍可被电子仪器穿过已烘干的粘层(B)阅读的控制线(X),电子传感器(4)的初设位置是正好使得当薄膜(A)在它下面经过时,控制线(X)将会在它的探测范围内。
层压过程中,薄膜(A)的传送路线是会有轻微的横向变化的。电子传感器靠追踪薄膜(A)上的控制线的位置而探测到这些变化,并把这些变化的详细资料传送到包括有一个固定安装有一多个供应辊(7)的支架(6)的系统(5)。每一个供应辊(7)是可以相对于另外的供应辊独立的横向调整的,但在装置运行中,任何供应辊(7)相对于其他供应辊(7)都是固定的。每一个供应辊(7)都拥有自己的减速电机和张力探测器。
系统(5)的横向位置是因应从传感器(4)来的信号而调整的。因此,相对于组装辊(8),各个供应辊(7)是一起移动的。而且材料(A)与从供应辊(7)来的组成(C)层的材料对准排列亦保持不变。
如图2所示,组成(C)层的狭条(C1,C2,C3…)从与薄膜(A)准确对准的系统(5)出来。在高温的组装辊(8)上,(A)层与组成(C)层的狭条相遇,这些狭条与粘层(B)粘合而成被接收辊(9)收集的层压材料(AC)。
要完成该包装材料,须将层压材料(AC)从接收辊(9)上挪走继而重装上一个供应辊。经过适当的张力调整后,给材料(AC)重复上述程序,即是将粘结剂涂上(C)层,并贴上可用高温密封的薄膜而形成成品层压材料(ACE)。
层压材料(ACE)须放在一个适合的温度达12至48小时,使得各层在作包装用前能稳定下来。
显然,上面对本发明的描述只是举例说明,在本发明的范围和精神内是可以作各种修改的。

Claims (21)

1.一种制造层压材料的装置,其特征在于,它具有一个第一供应辊和一个包括一个第二和一个第三供应辊的系统,其中所述系统的横向定位是相应离开第一供应辊的材料的横向移动而调整的,使得第二和第三供应辊的横向对准排列相对于所述材料而保持不变。
2.按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括一追踪离开所述第一供应辊的材料上的控制线的电子传感器。
3.按照权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述控制线是一条可见的有色线。
4.按照权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述控制线是离开所述第一供应辊的材料的边缘。
5.按照权利要求2-4的任何一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述电子传感器是固定在所述系统上而使得该系统与传感器一齐移动。
6.按照权利要求2-5的任何一项所述的装置,其特征在于,该第二和第三供应辊的横向位置可在所述系统里面独立调整。
7.一种利用上述任一项权利要求所述的装置将离开机器里的各供应辊的材料作对准排列的方法。
8.一种制造层压材料的程序,它包括以下工序:
(a)从一个第一供应辊供应材料;
(b)从一个包括多个其它供应辊的系统供应材料;
(c)追踪离开所述第一供应辊的材料的横向移动;
(d)因应于所述横向移动而调节所述系统的横向位置,使得其它多个供应辊的横向对准排列相对于离开第一供应辊的材料而保持恒定。
9.按照权利要求8所述的程序,其特征在于,工序(c)包括通过电子传感器追踪离开所述第一供应辊的材料上的一控制线的横向移动。
10.按照权利要求8或9所述的程序,其特征在于,多个其它供应辊包括三个或更多个供应辊。
11.按照权利要求8-10的任何一项所述的程序,其特征在于,离开所述多个其它供应辊的材料均具有彼此大致相同的厚度。
12.一种由按照权利要求8-11的任何一项的程序而获得的层压材料。
13.一种层压材料,包括由多条平行的、毗邻而不重叠的材料狭条构成的一个层。
14.一种层压材料,具有一透明层、一粘结层和一个包括多条平行的、毗邻而不重叠的材料狭条的层。
15.按照权利要求12-14的任何一项所述的层压材料,其特征在于,所述多个狭条包括至少三个狭条。
16.按照权利要求12-15的任何一项所述的层压材料,其特征在于,还包括一第四层。
17.按照权利要求16所述的层压材料,其特征在于,所述第四层是一可用高温密封的层或一粘结层。
18.按照权利要求16或17所述的层压材料,其特征在于,还包括一第五层。
19.按照权利要求18所述的层压材料,其特征在于,所述第五层是一可用高温密封的层。
20.按照权利要求12-19的任何一项所述的层压材料,其特征在于,所述狭条中的一条或多条是一种全息或金属狭条。
21.一种由按照权利要求12-20的任何一项所述的层压材料制成的袋子。
