本发明涉及具有低水蒸汽透过率和低氧气透过率,且特别适用于药物的泡罩包装(Blisterverpackung)的多层膜片(-folie)。 
背景技术
聚合物材料和膜片对于水蒸汽的阻隔作用通常与对于氧气的阻隔作用无关。与此相应地,具有良好水蒸汽阻隔性的材料并不必然地也具有良好的氧气和气味阻隔性,反之亦然。只有聚偏氯乙烯(PVDC)不仅对于氧气而且对于水蒸汽具有在中等到良好的数值范围内的阻隔作用。PCTFE、聚烯烃和其它聚合物具有良好到非常良好的水蒸汽阻隔性,但是具有极低的氧气阻隔性。EVOH(乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物)具有很好的氧气阻隔性,但是具有低的水蒸汽阻隔性。目前并不存在可市场化的、即可以经济地制备的且具有高的水蒸汽阻隔性同时高的氧气阻隔性的聚合物包装膜片。另一方面,现代药物越来越证实是对水蒸汽和氧气敏感的。与此相应的,对于药物用包装膜片的阻隔作用提出越来越多的要求。迄今需要特别是对于水蒸汽的高阻隔作用,但是用于现代药物的包装膜片目前也必须具有对于氧的很高的阻隔作用。 
可深冲的塑料膜片广泛用于物品、食品和药物的包装。在此,所谓的泡罩包装是很重要的。泡罩包装具有与产品相匹配且通过平的、优选透明的塑料膜片的深冲所获得的形状。符合各种产品或包装物的包装部件也称为基底部件(Bodenteil),且在填装入包装物之后用覆盖膜片、优选铝箔,通过焊接或密封而将其封闭。包装必须分别根据使用目的而满足在其相对于水蒸汽、氧气和可能的其它气体如二氧化碳的阻隔作用方面的特定要求。例如,对于许多药物而言需要具有小于0.06g/(m2·24h)且一些情形下小于0.04g/(m2·24h)的水蒸汽透过率的包装。在透明膜片情形下,可以仅通过使用厚度大于100μm的PCTFE 
作为膜片材料来实现水蒸汽透过率小于0.06g/(m2·24h)。迄今为止,低于0.04g/(m2·24h)的水蒸汽透过率仅可借助于铝箔、特别地借助于所谓的“冷成形膜片”来实现。这类铝箔是不透明的,且它们另外具有低成形性,使得由此不可制备较小的泡罩并因此需要比可热成形泡罩的情况下实质上更大的膜片面积。 
可深冲的塑料膜片必须除了较高的阻隔作用外还具有其它性能如可密封性、无条纹(Schlierenfreiheit)、低厚度、均匀厚度分布和良好加工性。对于加工性而言,特别有利的是良好可变形性,即经变形的部件的尽可能均匀的厚度分布以及完全的出模成型(Ausformung),小的热翘曲(所谓的卷曲)和小的摩擦系数,即对于所接触的机械部件和包装物的良好滑动能力。在各个层材料的热膨胀系数(CTE)存在差别时,在两层或更多层复合膜片中出现卷曲。 
现有技术中已知对于水蒸汽具有阻隔作用的包装用可热成形塑料膜片。 
EP 1 655 237 A1公开了具有泡罩基底部件和覆盖膜片的、经热成形或冷成形的泡罩包装。覆盖膜片由以下组成:厚度为10-30μm的铝箔,其在第一侧上层压或涂布有可以从铝箔上剥离的且由至少一种基于热塑性或热固性聚合物的塑料层构成的膜片,且在密封到泡罩基底部件上的第二侧上以基于聚氯乙烯(PVC)且膜片厚度为10-40μm、或者基于聚偏氯乙烯(PVDC)且膜片厚度为10-40μm、或者基于聚丙烯(PP)且膜片厚度为6-35μm、或者基于聚乙烯(PE)且膜片厚度为6-35μm、或者基于聚酯且膜片厚度为5-10μm、或者基于聚三氟氯乙烯(PCTFE)且膜片厚度为8-30μm、或者基于环烯烃共聚物(COC)或环烯烃聚合物(COP)且厚度为10-40μm的塑料膜片来层压或涂布。该泡罩基底部件至少在密封到覆盖膜片的那侧上由其化学结构与密封到泡罩基底部件上的塑料膜片相容的材料构成。可从铝箔上剥离的膜片由一个或多个由一种或多种下列塑料构成的层构成:PVC、PVDC、PCTFE、PP、PE、聚酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEN)、聚酰胺(PA)、COC、COP、聚苯乙烯(PS)或玻璃纸。

DE 602 09 812 T2描述了至少单层的聚合物膜片,其中一个层包括偏氯乙烯组合物,其包括100重量份偏氯乙烯共聚物、0.1-10重量份稳定剂、0.1-10重量份润滑剂、和0.1-10重量份亲水性粘土。该聚合物膜片具有例如如下类型的的结构:C/A/B、B/A/D/B或C/A/D/C,其中A代表PVDC。 
现有技术中已知的包装用的膜片对于水蒸汽和氧气具有不足的阻隔作用,或者需要使用显著量的PCTFE、铝箔或无机添加剂。这些措施在PCTFE情形下关乎增加的成本或者损害加工性和其他性能如光学透明性。 
PCTFE膜片具有极佳的水蒸汽阻隔性,但是具有低的氧气阻隔性。通过增加PCTFE膜片厚度原则上可以提高水蒸汽阻隔性,但是由于材料厚度与水蒸汽透过率之间非直接的比例关系,所需PCTFE厚度快速地升高到技术上和经济上非常不利的范围内,并且不能获得对于高要求的包装应用而言足够的氧气阻隔性。另一方面,虽然PVDC具有极佳的氧气阻隔性,但是具有实质上小于PCTFE的水蒸汽阻隔性。为了采用PVDC实现与采用PCTFE相同的水蒸汽阻隔性,PVDC的厚度必须是PCTFE厚度的165%。PVDC膜片或各个层通常通过施加多个薄的亚层(Lagen)来制备。为了例如获得0.035g/(m2·24h)(在38℃温度和90%相对空气湿度下测得)的水蒸汽阻隔性,需要约400g/m2 PVDC的单位面积重量。为此,在传统工业涂布设备上需要以每次10g/m2的涂覆率通过机器

40次,或者以15g/m2通过27次。这样大数目的机器通过次数是技术上或经济上不可行的。以现有技术中已知的工业方法制得单位面积重量直至最大180g/m2的PVDC层。 
[0011] 由于湿度影响仅非常轻微地影响PVDC的氧气阻隔性,而例如同样具有极佳的氧气阻隔性的EVOH,在湿度影响下氧气阻隔性强烈地损失。极端情形下,EVOH情形中的损失程度达到十的指数级别(Zehnerpotenzen)。EVOH通常用于食品包装,但是最近也已用于药品包装。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供赋予对于水蒸汽的高阻隔作用以及对于氧气的阻隔作用,同时有有效的材料使用率和良好加工性,并且满足例如在光学透明性方面的设计要求的膜片。特别的,提供适于制备泡罩包装用的基底部件的膜片。 
根据本发明,通过如下所述的多层膜片实现了上述目的,该多层膜片包含至少三个层,包括: 
-第一层,其由选自聚氯乙烯、由氯乙烯单元和一种或多种其它单体构成的共聚物(VC-共聚物)、聚氯乙烯和VC-共聚物的混合物、聚酯、聚烯烃、聚丙烯腈(PAN)、由丙烯腈单元和一种或多种其它单体构成的共聚物(AN-共聚物)的聚合物构成; 
-第二层,其由选自聚偏氯乙烯、由偏氯乙烯单元和一种或多种其它单体构成的共聚物(VDC-共聚物)、聚偏氯乙烯和VDC-共聚物的混合物的偏氯乙烯聚合物构成; 
-第三层,其由选自聚三氟氯乙烯、由三氟氯乙烯单元和一种或多种其它单体构成的共聚物(CTFE-共聚物)、聚三氟氯乙烯和CTFE-共聚物的混合物的三氟氯乙烯聚合物构成。 
所述的多层膜片优选地包括由选自聚氯乙烯、由氯乙烯单元和一种或多种其它单体构成的共聚物(VC-共聚物)、聚氯乙烯和VC-共聚物的混合物、聚酯、聚烯烃、聚丙烯腈(PAN)、由丙烯腈单元和一种或多种其它单体构成的共聚物(AN-共聚物)的聚合物构成的第四层。 
对于第一和第四层,作为聚酯优选使用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、特别是无定形的PET(APET)以及由对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯单元和一种或多种其它单体构成的共聚物。一种特别优选的共聚物是PETG,其由对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯单元和环己烷二甲醇单元构成。 
作为用于第一和第四层的聚烯烃,特别优选地是聚丙烯(PP)、聚乙烯(PE)、环烯烃共聚物(COC)和环烯烃聚合物(COP)。 
在本发明范畴内,将缩写PVC、PVDC和PCTFE用于第一、第二和第三层的聚合物,其中 
-PVC是氯乙烯聚合物,其选自聚氯乙烯、由乙烯氯化物单元或氯乙烯单元与一种或多种其它单体构成的共聚物(VC-共聚物)、由聚氯乙烯和VC-共聚物构成的混合物; 
-PVDC是偏氯乙烯聚合物,其选自聚偏氯乙烯、由偏氯乙烯单元或1,1-二氯乙烯单元与一种或多种其它单体构成的共聚物(VDC-共聚物)、由聚偏氯乙烯和VDC-共聚物构成的混合物;和 
-PCTFE是三氟氯乙烯聚合物,其选自聚三氟氯乙烯、由三氟氯乙烯单元和一种或多种其它单体构成的共聚物(CTFE-共聚物)、由聚三氟氯乙烯和CTFE共聚物构成的混合物。 
层结构中层的顺序可以变化。可以将层组合,使得获得由PVC/PCTFE/PVDC、PVC/PVDC/PCTFE、PVC/PVDC/PCTFE/PVC、PVC/PCTFE/PVC/PVDC、PVC/PVDC/PVC/PCTFE构成的层结构,以及其中第一和第四层包括聚酯、聚烯烃、聚丙烯腈(PAN)或AN-共聚物以代替PVC的等同的层结构。 
本发明的多层膜片中具有特别地是PVC/PVDC/PCTFE或PVC/PVDC/PCTFE/PVC的材料组成。 
此外,该多层膜片包括一个或多个粘合剂层以及一个或多个底漆层,其中各个粘合剂层和/或各个底漆层布置在每两个层之间。 
下面将利用附图来更详细地解释本发明;附图为: 
图1显示了具有三层的多层膜片;和 
图2显示了具有四层的多层膜片。 
图1是具有三层1、2、3的本发明多层膜片10的一个实施例,其中层1基于该层1的总重量计有大于或等于85wt%由PVC构成;层2基于该层2的总重量计有大于或等于95wt%由PVDC构成;且层3基于该层3的总重量计有大于或等于95wt%由PCTFE构成。 
在本发明的进一步方案中,多层膜片10包括一个或多个底漆层5和/或一个或多个粘合剂层6,它们布置在层1、2和3的各两层之间。 
图2显示了本发明的另一多层膜片11,其包括另一层4,该层基于该层4的总重量计有大于或等于85wt%由PVC构成。图2中的附图标记1、2和3具有如图1中相同的含义。图2中,另外显示了底漆层5以及两个粘合剂层6和7。 
是否使用底漆层5和/或粘合剂层6,7,取决于用于制备多层膜片10,11的各个方法。 
底漆用于PVDC-分散涂料的粘附促进,且干层压粘合剂用于两个膜片网的粘合。如果多层膜片10,11例如借助于层1、2、3和4的共挤出来制备,则省略底漆层和粘合剂层。在借助于共挤出制备过程中经常使用所谓的打结层(Tie-Layer)来结合各个层。 
本发明的多层膜片10和11的层1、2、3、4也可以以另外的顺序布置,例如下列结构中的一种: 
1/3/2(=PVC/PCTFE/PVDC); 
1/3/4/2(=PVC/PCTFE/PVC/PVDC);或 
1/2/4/3(=PVC/PVDC/PVC/PCTFE)。 
多层膜片10,11可以除了层1、2、3和4之外还包括由聚合物材料、铝或纸构成的另外的层。 
优选地,层1和4的每层包含最多15wt%且层2和3的每层包含最多5wt%的添加剂,基于各个层的总重量计。 
层1、4的厚度优选为10-400μm;层2的厚度为9-120μm;且层3的厚度优选为15-210μm。 
层2的厚度特别地为70-110μm,且其单位面积重量范围为120-180g/m2。 
多层膜片10,11的水蒸汽透过率的倒数值比各个层水蒸汽透过率的倒数值之和大至少5%,依据如下关系式:

其中WDDM为多层膜片的水蒸汽透过率,WDDj为第j层的水蒸汽透过率和N为大于或等于3的自然数且N是多层膜片中的层数。 
优选地,多层膜片10,11的水蒸汽透过率的倒数比各个层水蒸汽透过率的倒数之和大至少10%,优选地至少15%,且特别地至少20%。 
多层膜片10,11在38℃温度和90%相对空气湿度下的水蒸汽透过率为0.027-0.034g/(m2·24h),优选为0.027-0.031g/(m2·24h)。在本发明范畴内,水蒸汽透过率依据DIN ISO15106-35测量。 
在23℃的相比于测量水蒸汽透过率更低的温度和50%相对空气湿度下,多层膜片10,11的氧气透过率为0.10-0.22cm3/(m2·24h),优选为0.13-0.14cm3/(m2·24h)。氧气透过率依据DIN ISO 15105-2附件A测量。 
本发明的多层膜片10,11具有良好的可深冲性,且是单侧或双侧可密封的。 
多层膜片10,11优选地构成为无色且透明的,有色且透明的,有色且不透明的,或者白色且不透明的。 
本发明的多层膜片10,11的另一特征是,在经加热的状态下其具有非常好的可深冲性,该性能远远超过传统PVC/PCTFE复合膜片的可深冲性。由于本发明多层膜片10,11的良好深冲性能,通过深冲过程较小地损害水蒸汽阻隔性。由此本发明多层膜片10,11甚至在经深冲的状态下也仍具有不成比例地高的水蒸汽阻隔性(“泡罩阻隔性”)。 
本发明多层膜片10,11的高氧气阻隔性也类似于水蒸汽阻隔性,通过深冲过程较小地被损害。因此,可以借助于热成形由本发明的多层膜片10,11制得泡罩包装,且这些包装具有迄今为止不可实现的对 于水蒸汽和氧气的阻隔作用。 
本发明多层膜片的特征特别在于,即使在深冲过程之后,该多层膜片的水蒸汽透过率的倒数值比各个层水蒸汽透过率的倒数值之和大至少10%,优选地至少15%,且特别地至少20%。 
本发明多层膜片10,11中任选存在的底漆层和任选存在的粘合剂层的厚度或者单位面积重量,分别仅占多层膜片10,11的总厚度或者单位面积重量的很小的比例,使得可以忽略底漆层和粘合剂层的阻隔作用。 
本发明范畴内提供了具有由具备一种或多种上述特征的多层膜片10,11构成的泡罩基底部件的泡罩包装。 
本发明泡罩包装的其它有利实施方案的特征在于: 
-将该泡罩基底部件以密封到该泡罩基底部件上的膜片进行封闭; 
-所述密封到泡罩基底部件上的膜片由铝构成且厚度优选为5-80μm; 
-所述密封到泡罩基底部件的膜片由塑料构成; 
-所述密封到泡罩基底部件的膜片是厚度为5-40μm的铝箔,其在密封到泡罩基底部件的那侧上以塑料涂布或者以塑料膜片来层压。 
实施例
多层膜片的制备 
在具有多个涂布或层压单元的在线设备上根据下述方法步骤(i)-(iv)制备具有材料组成PVC/PVDC/PCTFE/PVC的四个多层膜片: 
(i)采用粘附促进剂(底漆)涂布第一PVC膜片,以准备PVDC分散体的施用; 
(ii)采用PVDC分散体多次进行涂布,直到累积的单位面积密度为125-160g/m2(干施用重量); 
(iii)采用第一干层压粘合剂在PVDC层上层压上PCTFE膜片;和 
(iv)采用第二干层压粘合剂在PCTFE膜片上层压上第二PVC膜 片。 
水蒸汽透过率测量 
a)依据DIN ISO 15106-3,测量由PVC(厚度127μm)、由PCTFE(厚度102μm)和PVDC(厚度分别75或95μm)构成的单层对照膜片的水蒸汽透过率WDDrj。 
b)依据DIN ISO 15106-3,测量多层膜片的水蒸汽透过率WDDMg。 
c)通过多层膜片横截面显微图的测量,确定多层膜片中含有的聚合物层的厚度dj。 
d)由如下等式,计算多层膜片中含有的聚合物层的水蒸汽透过率WDDj: 
WDDj=WDDrj·drj/dj, 
其中drj表示步骤a)中单层对照膜片的厚度,且dj表示步骤c)中测量的多层膜片中所含有的聚合物层的厚度。 
e)由下式,类似于串接电阻地,即以水蒸汽透过率WDDj的倒数值之和的形式,计算多层膜片的水蒸汽透过率WDDMb:

表1中对比了根据本发明制得的多层膜片的水蒸汽透过率的测量值和计算值。

令人吃惊地发现,在本发明多层膜片上测量的水蒸汽透过率比基 于各个聚合物层的组合效应所预期的数值,即通过水蒸汽透过率的倒数求和所预期的数值小至少8.4%。 

Claims (29)

1.具有至少三个层的多层膜片(10,11),包括
-第一层(1),其由选自聚氯乙烯、由氯乙烯单元和一种或多种其它单体构成的共聚物(VC-共聚物)、聚氯乙烯和VC-共聚物构成的混合物、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚烯烃、聚丙烯腈(PAN)、由丙烯腈单元和一种或多种其它单体构成的共聚物(AN-共聚物)的聚合物构成;
-第二层(2),其由选自聚偏氯乙烯、由偏氯乙烯单元和一种或多种其它单体构成的共聚物(VDC-共聚物)、聚偏氯乙烯和VDC-共聚物构成的混合物的偏氯乙烯聚合物(PVDC)构成;和
-第三层(3),其由选自聚三氟氯乙烯、由三氟氯乙烯单元和一种或多种其它单体构成的共聚物(CTFE共聚物)、聚三氟氯乙烯和CTFE-共聚物构成的混合物的三氟氯乙烯聚合物(PCTFE)构成。
2.权利要求1的多层膜片(10,11),其特征在于,其包括由选自聚氯乙烯、由氯乙烯单元和一种或多种其它单体构成的共聚物(VC-共聚物)、聚氯乙烯和VC共聚物构成的混合物、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚烯烃、聚丙烯腈(PAN)、由丙烯腈单元和一种或多种其它单体构成的共聚物(AN-共聚物)的聚合物构成的第四层(4)。
3.权利要求1或2的多层膜片(10,11),其特征在于,其包括一个或多个粘合剂层(6,7)以及一个或多个底漆层(5),其中该粘合剂层(6,7)和/或底漆层(5)布置在层(1,2,3,4)中的每两个层之间。
4.权利要求1或2的多层膜片(10,11),其特征在于,层(1,4)中的每层包括最多15wt%和层(2,3)中的每层包括最多5wt%的添加剂,基于各个层的总重量计。
5.权利要求1或2的多层膜片(10,11),其特征在于,所述第一和第四层(1,4)的厚度为10-400μm,所述第二层(2)的厚度为9-120μm,且所述第三层(3)的厚度为15-210μm。
6.权利要求1或2的多层膜片(10,11),其特征在于,所述第二 层(2)的厚度为70-110μm且其单位面积重量为120-180g/m2
7.权利要求1或2的多层膜片(10,11),其特征在于,其水蒸汽透过率的倒数值比各个层水蒸汽透过率的倒数值之和大至少5%,依据如下关系式:

10.权利要求7的多层膜片(10,11),其特征在于,多层膜片(10,11)的水蒸汽透过率的倒数值比各个层水蒸汽透过率的倒数值之和大至少20%。
11.权利要求1或2的多层膜片(10,11),其特征在于,其在38℃温度和90%相对空气湿度下的水蒸汽透过率为0.027-0.034g/(m2·24h)。
12.权利要求1或2的多层膜片(10,11),其特征在于,其在38℃温度和90%相对空气湿度下的水蒸汽透过率为0.027-0.031g/(m2·24h)。
13.权利要求1或2的多层膜片(10,11),其特征在于,其在23℃温度和50%相对空气湿度下的氧气透过率为0.10-0.22cm3/(m2·24h)。
14.权利要求1或2的多层膜片(10,11),其特征在于,其在23℃温度和50%相对空气湿度下的氧气透过率为0.13-0.14cm3/(m2·24h)。 
15.权利要求1或2的多层膜片(10,11),其特征在于,其是可深冲的。
16.权利要求15的多层膜片(10,11),其特征在于,在深冲工序之后,水蒸汽透过率的倒数值比各个层水蒸汽透过率的倒数值之和大至少10%。

24.泡罩包装,其泡罩基底部件由权利要求1-23任一项所述的多层膜片构成。
25.权利要求24的泡罩包装,其特征在于,该泡罩基底部件以密封到该泡罩基底部件上的膜片封闭。 
26.权利要求25的泡罩包装,其特征在于,所述的密封到泡罩基底部件上的膜片由铝构成。
27.权利要求25的泡罩包装,其特征在于,所述的密封到泡罩基底部件上的膜片由铝构成且厚度为5-80μm。
28.权利要求25的泡罩包装,其特征在于,所述的密封到泡罩基底部件上的膜片由塑料构成。
29.权利要求25的泡罩包装,其特征在于,所述密封到泡罩基底部件上的膜片是厚度为5-40μm的铝箔,其在密封到泡罩基底部件的那侧上以塑料涂布或者以塑料膜片层压。
