Abstract

本发明公开了一种药用包装材料，所述包装材料包括铝箔层、粘结层、热封层，其中热封层由茂金属聚乙烯与预混物共挤出制得：所述预混物包括医药或食品级聚偏二氯乙烯(PVDC)、乙烯‑丙烯共聚物、羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和二丁基羟基甲苯、石膏。本发明制得的包装材料可用于片剂、药丸、胶囊等剂型的包装，阻湿、阻气、防氧化性能优异，药品可长期在湿热环境下存放，同时包装的加工性能好，成型难度低。

一种药用包装材料
技术领域
本发明涉及药用包装材料的技术领域，特别涉及铝塑包装材料的技术领域。
背景技术
铝塑泡罩包装大量应用于药品片剂、胶囊的包装中，现有技术中这类包装材料通常存在阻隔性能欠佳，特别是阻湿、阻气性能不太理想，导致药品在存放时出现变质的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种具有高效的阻湿、阻气、防氧化性能的药用包装材料。
本发明的技术方案如下：
一种药用包装材料，包括铝箔层、粘结层、热封层，其中热封层由茂金属聚乙烯与预混物共挤出制得：所述预混物包括医药或食品级聚偏二氯乙烯(PVDC)、乙烯-丙烯共聚物、羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和二丁基羟基甲苯、石膏。
优选的是：所述预混物按质量份计，包括聚偏二氯乙烯15～20份，乙烯-丙烯共聚物3～5份，羧甲基纤维素1～1.5份，聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.8～1.2份，二丁基羟基甲苯0.1～0.3份，石膏0.5～1份。
另外优选的是：所述预混物按质量份计，所述预混物按质量份计，包括聚偏二氯乙烯15份，乙烯-丙烯共聚物3份，羧甲基纤维素1.2份，聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1.0份，二丁基羟基甲苯0.2份，石膏0.8份。
本发明制得的包装材料可用于片剂、药丸、胶囊等剂型的包装，阻湿、阻气、防氧化性能优异，药品可长期在湿热环境下存放，同时包装的加工性能好，成型难度低。

实施例1
一种药用包装材料，包括铝箔层、粘结层、热封层，其中热封层由茂金属聚乙烯与预混物共挤出制得：所述预混物包括聚偏二氯乙烯15份，乙烯-丙烯共聚物3份，羧甲基纤维素1份，聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.8份，二丁基羟基甲苯0.1份，石膏0.5份。
实施例2
一种药用包装材料，包括铝箔层、粘结层、热封层，其中热封层由茂金属聚乙烯与预混物共挤出制得：包括聚偏二氯乙烯20份，乙烯-丙烯共聚物5份，羧甲基纤维素1.5份，聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1.2份，二丁基羟基甲苯0.3份，石膏1份。
实施例3
一种药用包装材料，包括铝箔层、粘结层、热封层，其中热封层由茂金属聚乙烯与预混物共挤出制得：所述预混物包括聚偏二氯乙烯15份，乙烯-丙烯共聚物3份，羧甲基纤维素1.2份，聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1.0份，二丁基羟基甲苯0.2份，石膏0.8份。

1.一种药用包装材料，其特征在于：所述包装材料包括铝箔层、粘结层、热封层，其中热封层由茂金属聚乙烯与预混物共挤出制得：所述预混物包括医药或食品级聚偏二氯乙烯(PVDC)、乙烯-丙烯共聚物、羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和二丁基羟基甲苯、石膏。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药用包装材料，其特征在于：所述预混物按质量份计，包括聚偏二氯乙烯15～20份，乙烯-丙烯共聚物3～5份，羧甲基纤维素1～1.5份，聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.8～1.2份，二丁基羟基甲苯0.1～0.3份，石膏0.5～1份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的药用包装材料，其特征在于：所述预混物按质量份计，包括聚偏二氯乙烯15份，乙烯-丙烯共聚物3份，羧甲基纤维素1.2份，聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1.0份，二丁基羟基甲苯0.2份，石膏0.8份。
