Abstract

本发明公开了一种药品包装材料,所述包装材料包括铝箔层、粘结层、热封层,其中热封层由茂金属聚乙烯与预混物共挤出制得:所述预混物包括医药或食品级聚偏二氯乙烯(PVDC)、氧化聚乙烯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和二丁基羟基甲苯、石膏。本发明制得的包装材料可用于片剂、药丸、胶囊等剂型的包装,阻湿、阻气、防氧化性能优异,药品可长期在湿热环境下存放。

本发明涉及药用包装材料的技术领域,特别涉及铝塑包装材料的技术领域。
背景技术
铝塑泡罩包装大量应用于药品片剂、胶囊的包装中,现有技术中这类包装材料通常存在阻隔性能欠佳,特别是阻湿、阻气性能不太理想,导致药品在存放时出现变质的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种具有高效的阻湿、阻气、防氧化性能的药品包装材料。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种药品包装材料,所述包装材料包括铝箔层、粘结层、热封层,其中热封层由茂金属聚乙烯与预混物共挤出制得:所述预混物包括医药或食品级聚偏二氯乙烯(PVDC)、氧化聚乙烯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和二丁基羟基甲苯、石膏。
优选的是:所述预混物按质量份计,包括聚偏二氯乙烯20~25份,氧化聚乙烯15~25份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1~1.5份,二丁基羟基甲苯0.1~0.3份,石膏0.5~1份。
另外优选的是:所述预混物按质量份计,包括聚偏二氯乙烯20份,氧化聚乙烯15份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1份,二丁基羟基甲苯0.2份,石膏0.6份。
本发明制得的包装材料可用于片剂、药丸、胶囊等剂型的包装,阻湿、阻气、防氧化性能优异,药品可长期在湿热环境下存放。

一种药品包装材料,包括铝箔层、粘结层、热封层,其中热封层由茂金属聚乙烯与预混物共挤出制得:所述预混物包括医药或食品级聚偏二氯乙烯25份,氧化聚乙烯25份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1.5份,二丁基羟基甲苯0.3份,石膏1份。

一种药品包装材料,包括铝箔层、粘结层、热封层,其中热封层由茂金属聚乙烯与预混物共挤出制得:所述预混物包括医药或食品级聚偏二氯乙烯20份,氧化聚乙烯15份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1份,二丁基羟基甲苯0.2份,石膏0.6份。

1.一种药品包装材料,其特征在于:所述包装材料包括铝箔层、粘结层、热封层,其中热封层由茂金属聚乙烯与预混物共挤出制得:所述预混物包括医药或食品级聚偏二氯乙烯(PVDC)、氧化聚乙烯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和二丁基羟基甲苯、石膏。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药品包装材料,其特征在于:所述预混物按质量份计,包括聚偏二氯乙烯20~25份,氧化聚乙烯15~25份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1~1.5份,二丁基羟基甲苯0.1~0.3份,石膏0.5~1份。
