Abstract
本发明公开了一种药品包装材料的制备方法,包括:(1)将医药或食品级聚偏二氯乙烯(PVDC)、氧化聚乙烯混合均匀,其后加入石膏,进行高速剪切搅拌混合均匀,其后降低搅拌速率,加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和二丁基羟基甲苯,再次搅拌均匀并自然冷却,得到预混物;(2)将步骤(1)得到的预混物与茂金属聚乙烯进行共挤出,成型为膜状;(3)将步骤(2)得到的膜层通过粘结层与铝箔层复合,即得到所述药品包装材料。本发明制得的包装材料性质均一、稳定,可用于片剂、药丸、胶囊等剂型的包装,阻湿、阻气、防氧化性能优异,药品可长期在湿热环境下存放。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及药用包装材料的技术领域,特别涉及铝塑包装材料的技术领域。
背景技术
铝塑泡罩包装大量应用于药品片剂、胶囊的包装中,现有技术中这类包装材料通常存在阻隔性能欠佳,特别是阻湿、阻气性能不太理想,导致药品在存放时出现变质的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种具有高效的阻湿、阻气、防氧化性能的药品包装材料的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种药品包装材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将医药或食品级聚偏二氯乙烯(PVDC)、氧化聚乙烯混合均匀后加热熔融,其后向熔融物中加入石膏,进行高速剪切搅拌,至三者混合均匀,其后降低搅拌速率,向混合物中加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和二丁基羟基甲苯,再次搅拌均匀并自然冷却,得到预混物;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的预混物与茂金属聚乙烯进行共挤出,成型为膜状;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的膜层通过粘结层与铝箔层复合,即得到所述药品包装材料。
优选的是:所述预混物按质量份计,包括聚偏二氯乙烯20~25份,氧化聚乙烯15~25份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1~1.5份,二丁基羟基甲苯0.1~0.3份,石膏0.5~1份。
另外优选的是:所述预混物按质量份计,包括聚偏二氯乙烯20份,氧化聚乙烯15份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1份,二丁基羟基甲苯0.2份,石膏0.6份。
本发明制得的包装材料性质均一、稳定,可用于片剂、药丸、胶囊等剂型的包装,阻湿、阻气、防氧化性能优异,药品可长期在湿热环境下存放。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)将医药或食品级聚偏二氯乙烯(PVDC)20份、氧化聚乙烯15份混合均匀后加热熔融,其后向熔融物中加入石膏0.5份,进行高速剪切搅拌,至三者混合均匀,其后降低搅拌速率,向混合物中加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1份和二丁基羟基甲苯0.1份,再次搅拌均匀并自然冷却,得到预混物;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的预混物与茂金属聚乙烯进行共挤出,成型为膜状;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的膜层通过粘结层与铝箔层复合,即得到所述药品包装材料。
实施例2
(1)将医药或食品级聚偏二氯乙烯(PVDC)25份、氧化聚乙烯25份混合均匀后加热熔融,其后向熔融物中加入石膏1份,进行高速剪切搅拌,至三者混合均匀,其后降低搅拌速率,向混合物中加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1.5份和二丁基羟基甲苯0.3份,再次搅拌均匀并自然冷却,得到预混物;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的预混物与茂金属聚乙烯进行共挤出,成型为膜状;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的膜层通过粘结层与铝箔层复合,即得到所述药品包装材料。
实施例3
(1)将医药或食品级聚偏二氯乙烯(PVDC)20份、氧化聚乙烯15份混合均匀后加热熔融,其后向熔融物中加入石膏0.6份,进行高速剪切搅拌,至三者混合均匀,其后降低搅拌速率,向混合物中加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1份和二丁基羟基甲苯0.2份,再次搅拌均匀并自然冷却,得到预混物;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的预混物与茂金属聚乙烯进行共挤出,成型为膜状;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的膜层通过粘结层与铝箔层复合,即得到所述药品包装材料。
Claims (3)
1.一种药品包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将医药或食品级聚偏二氯乙烯(PVDC)、氧化聚乙烯混合均匀后加热熔融,其后向熔融物中加入石膏,进行高速剪切搅拌,至三者混合均匀,其后降低搅拌速率,向混合物中加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和二丁基羟基甲苯,再次搅拌均匀并自然冷却,得到预混物;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的预混物与茂金属聚乙烯进行共挤出,成型为膜状;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的膜层通过粘结层与铝箔层复合,即得到所述药品包装材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药品包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述预混物按质量份计,包括聚偏二氯乙烯20~25份,氧化聚乙烯15~25份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1~1.5份,二丁基羟基甲苯0.1~0.3份,石膏0.5~1份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的药品包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述预混物按质量份计,包括聚偏二氯乙烯20份,氧化聚乙烯15份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1份,二丁基羟基甲苯0.2份,石膏0.6份。
