12. according to any one bleaching composition, purposes or method in the claim 1 to 11, the content of wherein said pH buffer components is 0.5% to 9% weight of liquid composition, preferred 0.5% to 5% weight, perhaps 3% of solids composition to 30% weight, preferred 5% to 25% weight.
