本发明之食用南瓜花蔓,是将葫芦科植物南瓜花并附带适量的南瓜蔓采摘后洗净,放蒸笼中蒸1分钟或在95℃~100℃饮水中浸1分钟,捞出沥掉水分,灭菌后分装于袋中即成。
本发明之食用南瓜花蔓,具有味道鲜美独特之特点。
下面结合实施例叙述本发明:
采摘新鲜之南瓜花并附带适量之南瓜蔓,用清水(自来水、井水均可)清洗两遍,在蒸笼中铺一层干净自布后,将其放入蒸笼中蒸1分钟。也可用大铁锅将饮水加热至95℃~100℃时,将其放入水中浸泡1分钟。捞出后沥掉水分,灭菌后分装于小包装袋中即成。食用时可根据食用者的嗜好,酌加相应的佐料及调味料,冷食、热食均可。
该食用南瓜花蔓,味道鲜美,有增进食欲,清热泻火等作用。
