背景技术
对于制造纤维混凝土或用增强纤维增强的混凝土来说,非常重要的是为砂浆或混凝土成分混合料提供精确量的增强纤维。可将制造混凝土的不同成分或配料储存在单独的槽中,并将精确量的每种成分供应到混合槽中。
供应精确量的增强纤维例如钢纤维是一件非常困难的事情。无疑,在建筑现场进行混合搅拌时尤为如此。
人们已提出了多种解决办法,例如EP522029A(WO91/14551)、EP499572A、EP499573A、DE29714704U、DE3412216A、DE4427156A、FR2672045A以及许多其它的专利文件。
这些解决办法的缺点是它们都需要一个非常复杂的计量机或称重机。
另一个缺点是在混凝土混合搅拌厂或建筑现场对增强纤维进行计量或称重既烦琐又费时。
发明描述
本发明就是为了克服上述缺陷而提出的。
因此,本发明提供一种本文开头所提到的以由袋构成的链状包壳的方式来供应增强纤维的方法,所述的袋由可在砂浆或混凝土中进行分解的材料制成。
必须注意的是,人们已了解到可将增强纤维包装在可在砂浆或混凝土中进行分解的袋中。这已记载在DE4214540A和WO95/11861中。
本发明方法的一种重要变型方式的特征在于:增强纤维以由袋构成的链状包壳的方式进行供应,在混合槽上方将袋切割开,从而使增强纤维掉入到混合槽中,并将空的链状包壳运走。
在后面的情况下,袋可由不能在砂浆或混凝土中进行分解的材料制成。通过一种已知的滚动装置来保证将空的链状包壳运走。
在本发明的一个优选的方法中,袋相互连接在一起。
本发明方法的重要优点是增强纤维以由袋构成的连续链状包壳的形式供应给混合槽。在制造增强纤维的过程中,以袋的形式来供应准确而清楚量的增强纤维。这使得可通过输送带、滚动装置或类似的供应装置将精确量的增强纤维供应给混合槽,其中,以测量连续的链状包壳的长度或计算供应给混合槽的袋的数目来代替前述的计量或称重。

在图1中,按照本发明方法使用的链状包壳或链状封壳总地由标号1表示。链状包壳或封壳1由大量的相互连接在一起的袋2构成。袋2由可在砂浆或混凝土中分解的材料制成。
如上所述,众所周知,可将储存在袋例如可在水中分解的纤维素中的配料混合在混凝土中。最好,将纤维素基的箔片用于制造袋2,并外加对混凝土无害的水溶性胶和填充剂;这种箔片还可能用作造纸原料,例如在造纸工业中。袋可用水溶性的热粘结剂粘结在一起并进行封闭。但显然可使用可在通常的混合时间范围内分解在混凝土水中的每一种箔片。

所用的纤维可以是直的。这是可进行增强的最简单和最便宜的增强纤维。最好,增强纤维所具有的形状使其很难通过拉伸变形而将其从凝固的混凝土材料中拔出。为此,纤维沿其长度制成波纹状或使其横截面发生变化。对于钢纤维,其厚度或直径最好是0.15-1.2mm。出于实际使用和经济的原因,钢纤维的长度与直径的比大多数是10-200,且最小为40。对于非直线的纤维,长度是纤维端部之间的直线距离,因此,直径沿长度变化的纤维的直径被定义为整个长度范围内的平均直径。
如图1所示,增强纤维3最好基本上相互平行地设置在袋2中。在钢纤维的情况下,每个袋2的总的纤维重量是100g-2kg。无疑使用重量超过2kg的袋也是可能的。
如上所述,可在实际生产钢纤维的地方或在实际生产钢纤维之外的另一个地方对钢纤维进行包装和称量。例如,可通过磁力将钢纤维3放置在大致相互并列的位置上。
最好,钢纤维3的长度实际上等于袋2的长度,且钢纤维3沿袋2的长度方向布置。链状包壳1最好由连接成一条直线的袋2构成。实际上,还可使钢纤维3的长度与袋2的宽度相等且使纤维3沿袋2的宽度方向布置。

显然,本发明的链状包壳1可通过简单的运输设备例如输送带方便地将这种连续的包壳1输送到混合槽,并以简单的方式通过计数器计算出袋2的数目或通过简单的测量装置测量出所提供的链状包壳的长度以便于确定供给混合槽的增强纤维3的重量。

1.一种在制造纤维混凝土的过程中用于计量混合槽中的增强纤维的方法,其特征在于:在用于制造纤维混凝土的成分的混合操作过程中,增强纤维(3)以由袋(2)构成的链状包壳(1)的形式进行供应,所述的袋由可在砂浆或混凝土中分解的材料制成。
2.一种在制造纤维混凝土的过程中用于计量混合槽中的增强纤维的方法,其特征在于:增强纤维(3)以由袋(2)构成的链状包壳(1)的方式进行供应,在混合槽上方将袋(2)切割开,从而使增强纤维(3)掉入到混合槽中,并将空的链状包壳(1)运走。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于:袋(2)相互连接在一起。
