技术领域
本发明涉及使至少由2层构成的中空体成形的中空体的成形装置及其成形方法。
背景技术
以往,没有确立使例如层叠成2层的中空体成形用的技术,即使例如要利用注塑成形来成形上述中空体,也由于以下原因而有困难。
例如,在对管接头等中空状的成形品进行注塑成形的场合,必须充分考虑脱模性而成形有困难,并且,为了用高压将熔融树脂注塑到金属模的型腔内进行成形,金属模制作费用等的成形成本非常高,因此,考虑合算性时不得不断绝开发的念头。
发明内容
因此,迫切要求确立上述那样现有技术中是困难的、对中空体进行成形的新技术。
本发明技术方案1的中空体的成形装置,是对至少2层层叠的中空体进行成形的成形装置,具有:作成开模自如的一对金属模;配置在该金属模内并将内层构件保持在周面上的型芯构件;将形成外层构件的型坯向所述内层构件与所述金属模之间供给的型坯供给装置,在至少一方的所述金属模上,设有与所述型芯构件接近·分离的移动构件,并在合模时用金属模和移动构件及型芯构成形成与所述中空体对应的空间部。
本发明技术方案2的中空体的成形装置是,在所述型芯构件的周面上形成螺旋状的槽部,并在所述金属模和移动构件的内面上形成有插入配置于所述螺旋状的槽部中的螺旋状的凸部。
本发明技术方案3的中空体的成形装置是,所述移动构件是与型芯构件滑动地接近·分离的滑块构件。
本发明技术方案4的中空体的成形装置是,在形成于所述型芯构件的槽部之间的螺旋状的凸部顶面上,沿该凸部以连续或不连续的状态螺旋状地形成槽部。
本发明技术方案5的中空体的成形方法,是对至少2层层叠的中空体进行成形的成形方法,其特征在于,在设于中心部上的型芯构件的周面上插入、保持环状的内层构件,接着,向内层构件的外周供给型坯并用型坯覆盖型芯构件和内层构件后,除了金属模的成形面的一部分以外,将该金属模合模,接着,通过设在金属模上的移动构件的移动而形成剩余的成形面的一部分来形成中空体。
本发明技术方案6的中空体的成形方法,其特征在于,在向内层构件的外周供给型坯并用型坯覆盖型芯构件和内层构件后,保持该型坯的端部并将该型坯向轴心方向拉伸,接着,除了金属模的成形面的一部分以外使该金属模合模。
本发明技术方案7的中空体的成形方法,其特征在于,在所述型芯构件的周面上形成螺旋状的槽部,并在所述金属模和移动构件的内面上形成插入配置在所述螺旋状的槽部中的螺旋状的凸部,在作为成形品的中空体的外周面上形成螺旋状的槽部,并在中空体的内周面上形成螺旋状的凸部。
本发明技术方案8的中空体的成形方法,其特征在于,通过使所述型芯构件旋转,使成形后的中空体从该型芯构件脱模。
本发明技术方案9和技术方案10的中空体的成形方法,其特征在于,对所述内层构件采用具有防水功能的材料。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对本发明的实施形态进行说明。
图1表示利用本发明的中空体的成形装置及其成形方法所成形的成形品(中空体)的一例子。
该成形品50,是用于连接一方的管端与另一方的管端的管接头,形成由具有防水功能的无纺布51构成的内层构件和由利用后述的型坯供给装置所供给的型坯所形成的合成树脂52构成的外层构件的2层层叠的圆筒状。
并且,如图1和图2所示,在该成形品50上,在外周面上形成有螺旋状的槽部53、并且在内周面上形成有与上述槽部53对应的螺旋状的凸部54。通过这样地形成成形品50的内外周面,从而在成形品50的内周面上的形成于螺旋状的凸部54之间的槽部55成为螺纹部。
因此,在连接的管端外周面上,由于形成与上述成形品50的螺纹部对应的螺纹部,通过成形品50与各管端的旋入可进行连接,由此,可利用作为管接头的成形品50连接一方的管端与另一方的管端。
并且,上述的成形品50,通过以下说明的本发明的中空体的成形装置及成形方法来成形。
图3表示成形装置的概略结构。
成形装置具有:左右一对金属模1、2;设在金属模1、2之间的型芯构件3;设在型芯构件3的上方、向型芯构件3与金属模1、2之间供给型坯的型坯供给装置4。
金属模1、2,利用未图示的油压缸等的移动装置被设成分别向左右地移动自如,以型芯构件3、以及型坯供给装置4的型坯供给部41为基准作成可进行开模和合模。
上述金属模1、2在合模时,在其中心部上如图4所示的各内周面11、21被加工成整体形成圆柱形的开口,在该内周面11、21上形成整体连续的螺旋状的凸部12、22。
并且,如上述那样形成开口的上述金属模的一部分,如图4所示由作为移动构件的滑块构件13构成。滑块构件13,在金属模1的前后侧方设有一对,在由上述金属模1、2形成开口的成形位置与向金属模1的前后侧方扩开的分离位置之间利用伸缩缸及电动机等的促动器作成滑动自如的结构。
型芯构件3,形成比上述开口稍小的圆柱状,在其外周面上沿上下螺旋状地设有在上述金属模1、2合模时、插入配置上述凸部12、22的槽部31。
因此,在夹有该型芯构件3而金属模1、2合模时,在该金属模1、2与型芯构件3之间,就如图5所示形成与上述成形品50对应的型腔(空间部)5。
在该型芯构件3上,设有将在成形品50成形时形成圆筒状的无纺布51保持成嵌入其外周面的保持装置。保持装置,在上述槽部31的底面上形成有多个通口32,并在型芯构件3的内部设有与这些通口32连通的连通路(未图示),该连通路通过软管61与设在外部的吸引·送风装置6连接。
吸引·送风装置6构成为:可从通口32向该装置侧吸入空气,并能相反地从装置侧向通口32送入空气。因此,由于在嵌入无纺布51的状态下使吸引·送风装置6工作而通过通口32吸引空气,故能将该无纺布51吸附、保持在型芯构件3的外周面上。
另外,在型芯构件3的下端附近,设有在对型芯构件3的外周整体覆盖型坯42时将该型坯42的下端部把持于型芯构件3的下端上的未图示的夹持装置。
型坯供给装置4,是利用未图示的挤出机将加热软化后的合成树脂的型坯42从型坯供给部41向作成金属模1、2之间的型芯构件3的外周面供给的装置,该装置本身是以往众所周知的。型坯,即底部开放的管状的所谓无底型坯由上述型坯供给部41供给。另外,该型坯供给装置4利用未图示的升降装置构成可升降自如。
下面,对利用上述那样构成的成形装置使成形品50成形的情况,与本发明的成形方法一起进行说明。
首先,在金属模1、2开模的状态下,利用吸引·送风装置6将无纺布51覆盖地吸引、保持在型芯构件3上,然后,利用型坯供给装置4将型坯42从上方向金属模1、2间与型芯构件3之间进行供给,在覆盖型芯构件3的同时覆盖无纺布51的外周。
接着,利用夹持装置把持型坯42的下端部,在该状态下使型坯供给装置4上升并将型坯42向轴心方向拉伸至规定的长度。在该状态下,将金属模1、2合模。这时,金属模1的滑块构件13如图6所示被配置在分离位置,型坯42成为夹有无纺布51地被夹在除了滑块构件13以外的金属模1、2与型芯构件3之间的状态。
此后,如图7所示,使滑块构件13从分离位置向接近型芯构件3的成形位置滑动,因此,将型坯42和无纺布51夹入由包括滑块构件13的金属模1、2和型芯构件3所形成的型腔5中。接着,由吸引·送风装置6停止所述的吸引并通过通口32将空气送入型腔5中,由此,型坯42被冷却、固化,在经过规定时间后使金属模1、2开模。
金属模1、2的开模,先要使滑块构件13从成形位置向分离位置滑动后,使金属模1、2开模并返回原来的状态,或根据需要在将滑块构件13保持在成形位置的状态下使金属模1、2开模后,使滑块构件13向分离位置滑动并返回原来的状态。
这样,通过使金属模1、2开模,成形品50在保持于型芯构件3上的状态下露出。该成形品50,其形状方面,成为旋入型芯构件3上的状态,操作者通过用手使成形品50旋转,可将成形品50从型芯构件3向上方引出地进行脱模。
另外,如图3上双点划线所示,设置使型芯构件3旋转的驱动装置7,并构成利用型芯构件3的螺旋状的槽部31、通过驱动装置7使该型芯构件3旋转并下降。因此,用取出装置等在将成形品50固定地保持的状态下通过驱动装置使型芯构件3旋转,可将成形品50从型芯构件3上脱模。这样,当构成使型芯构件3旋转时就能使成形品50从型芯构件3上的脱模自动化。另外,在用取出装置等保持成形品50的状态下、即使不使型芯构件3下降地进行旋转、也能使成形品50从型芯构件3向上方引出地进行脱模。
由此能形成将内层为无纺布51、外层为合成树脂52的2层层叠的成形品50。并且,由于在成形时预先将型坯拉伸地进行合模,故能以均匀的厚度形成在表面等上无起皱的品质良好的成形品50。
并且,利用该成形品50能在利用内层的无纺布51所具有的防水功能的状态下对管体与管体的端部互相之间进行连接。
这样,通过由使用型坯的成形来形成2层的圆筒状的成形品50,就能抑制金属模等的制作成本,可使成形成本降低、并能容易地进行成形品50的形状变更。另外,由于从金属模的脱模性和整体的成形性都良好,故能提高成形品50的合格率。
也就是说,本发明的中空体的成形装置及其成形方法,是在使用型坯的吹气(日文:ブロ一)成形技术方面采用由金属模1、2和型芯构件3构成压力成形要素的新技术,由此,确立与以往的注塑成形不同的成形方法。
另外,作为中空体,不限于在本实施形态中所述的成形品50截面形状为圆形,只要是内部具有空洞的中空体,例如中空体的截面形状也可椭圆形、3角形及4角形等。
例如,在内外面上也可以是无槽部53及凸部54的仅仅筒状体。该场合,可以作成无金属模1、2的凸部12、13,且无型芯构件3的槽部31。
另外,是使型坯供给装置4上升将型坯拉伸,但也可以将型坯供给装置4固定使型芯构件3下降地拉伸型坯。另外,拉伸型坯的工序不一定需要,也可以省略。
另外,滑块构件13的数目,考虑到形品的形状等,也可设置必需的数目,且不限于设置在一方的金属模1上,也可以设置在另一方的金属模2或双方的金属模1、2上。另外,作为移动构件不限于利用滑块构件13的滑动动作,例如,通过利用转动动作等向型芯构件3接近·分离地移动,也可以构成形成成形面的一部分。
另外,内层构件不限于无纺布51,可根据成形品的使用目的来决定,另外,作为具有防水功能的材料也不限于无纺布51。
另外,通过预先将2种内层构件保持在型芯构件3上,也可以形成3层以上的成形品、或通过供给2层以上的型坯也能形成3层以上的成形品。
另外,在本实施形态中,利用吸引·送风装置6作成使无纺布51保持在型芯构件3上,但也可以不利用吸引·送风装置6而仅在型芯构件3上保持无纺布51。也就是说,也可以省略吸引·送风装置6及通口32等。该场合,就可省略利用吸引·送风装置6向型腔5的送入空气。
图8和图9表示对上述的成形品50改进后的成形品进行成形的其他成形装置。
该成形品500如图10和图11所示,在成为上述成形品50的螺旋状的槽部55的底面上沿该槽部55螺旋状地形成凸部56。另外,关于成形品500的其他形状是与成形品50同样的,对于相同部分标上相同符号并省略说明。
并且,在形成那样的成形品500的成形装置中,在型芯构件3的槽部31之间所形成的螺旋状的凸部33的顶面上形成有槽部34。
该槽部34,沿上述凸部33的顶面形成螺旋状。也就是说,凸部33是形成成形品500的槽部55的部位,由于在该部位上形成槽部34,故在成形品500的槽部55上就形成上述那样的凸部56。
关于成形装置的其他结构,除了仅在上下部设有型芯构件3的通口32以外,是与上述的成形装置同样的,对于相同的构件标上相同符号并省略说明。另外,通过使用该成形装置并采用与上述的成形方法同样的顺序可对成形品500进行成形。
这样,通过形成在槽部55上具有凸部56的成形品500,在通过旋入而连接成形品500与各管端时,就使两者无面接触地由凸部56形成线接触。也就是说,由于旋入时的接触面积减小,可减小两者的摩擦阻力,因此,可顺利地进行旋入而容易地进行连接作业。
另外,通过以挤压凸部56的形式来旋入成形品500与各管端,故该凸部56能吸收成形品500与各管端的嵌合尺寸的误差。由此,因可放宽两者的尺寸精度,故能提高成形性。
另外,这里叙述了在槽部55上连续地形成凸部56的情况,但也可以隔有规定间隔以不连续的状态螺旋状地形成凸部56。即,只要在凸部33的顶面上以不连续的状态象形成凸部56那样地形成槽部34即可。
本发明可以不脱离其精神或主要特征地以其他的各种形式来进行实施。由此,上述的实施例只不过是各方面的示例,而不是说明仅限于此。本发明的范围是按权利要求所述的范围,而在说明书中并不对其有任何的约束。另外,属于与权利要求的范围同等范围的变形或变更,都在本发明的范围内。
另外,本申请是基于在日本申请的专利特愿2001-391707号及特愿2002-300152号基础上的申请,由于其内容涉及这方面,故编入本申请。另外,本说明书中引用的文献,由于涉及这方面,故将其全部具体地编入。

Claims (11)

1.一种中空体的成形装置,是对至少2层层叠的中空体进行成形的成形装置,其特征在于,
具有:作成开模自如的一对金属模;配置在该金属模内并将内层构件保持在周面上的型芯构件;将形成外层构件的型坯向所述内层构件与所述金属模之间供给的型坯供给装置,在至少一方的所述金属模上设有与所述型芯构件接近·分离的移动构件,并在合模时用金属模和移动构件及型芯构件形成与所述中空体对应的空间部。
2.如权利要求1所述的中空体的成形装置,其特征在于,在所述型芯构件的周面上形成螺旋状的槽部,并在所述金属模和移动构件的内面上形成有插入配置于所述螺旋状槽部中的螺旋状的凸部。
3.如权利要求1或权利要求2所述的中空体的成形装置,其特征在于,所述移动构件,是与型芯构件滑动地接近·分离的滑块构件。
4.如权利要求2所述的中空体的成形装置,其特征在于,在形成于所述型芯构件的槽部之间的螺旋状的凸部的顶面上,沿该凸部以连续或不连续的状态螺旋状地形成槽部。
5.如权利要求3所述的中空体的成形装置,其特征在于,在形成于所述型芯构件的槽部之间的螺旋状的凸部的顶面上,沿该凸部以连续或不连续的状态螺旋状地形成槽部。
6.一种中空体的成形方法,是对至少2层层叠的中空体进行成形的成形方法,其特征在于,在设于中心部上的型芯构件的周面上插入、保持环状的内层构件,接着,在向内层构件的外周供给型坯并用型坯覆盖型芯构件和内层构件后,除了金属模的成形面的一部分以外,将该金属模合模,接着,通过设在金属模上的移动构件的移动而形成剩余的成形面的一部分来形成中空体。
7.如权利要求6所述的中空体的成形方法,其特征在于,向内层构件的外周供给型坯并用型坯覆盖型芯构件和内层构件后,保持该型坯的端部并将该型坯向轴心方向拉伸,接着,除了金属模的成形面的一部分以外使该金属模合模。
8.如权利要求6或7所述的中空体的成形方法,其特征在于,在所述型芯构件的周面上形成螺旋状的槽部,并在所述金属模和移动构件的内面上形成插入配置在所述螺旋状的槽部中的螺旋状的凸部,在作为成形品的中空体的外周面上形成螺旋状的槽部,并在中空体的内周面上形成螺旋状的凸部。
9.如权利要求8所述的中空体的成形方法,其特征在于,通过使所述型芯构件旋转,使成形后的中空体从该型芯构件脱模。
10.如权利要求6,7或9所述的中空体的成形方法,其特征在于,对所述内层构件采用具有防水功能的材料。
11.如权利要求8所述的中空体的成形方法,其特征在于,对所述内层构件采用具有防水功能的材料。
