Abstract

本发明涉及一种空气弹簧式悬架,特别是汽车用空气弹簧式悬架,该空气弹簧式悬架备有一台压气机,压气机可按需要和按参量通过自动的计算机辅助控制装置来开动和关闭。控制装置的计算机根据经验值确定压气机工作温度的估计值,从而如果估计值超过预定的温度界限值则可自动地关闭压气机。

Description

空气弹簧式悬架
本发明涉及一种空气弹簧式悬架,特别是汽车用空气弹簧式悬架,该空气弹簧式悬架备有一台压气机,压气机可按需要被开动和关闭并且在空气弹簧式悬架正常工作期间长时间地停顿而只需要间歇地工作。
汽车用空气弹簧式悬架在原理上是已知的并被大量使用。在压气机的压力侧,一般设置有气压蓄压器,气压蓄压器由压气机经常保持有显著高于空气弹簧装置或空气弹簧波纹管的工作压力的充气压力。这里,压气机一般只在蓄压器必须再充气时才开动,压气机的输出功率可以低于在空气弹簧式悬架的最大耗能时的最大输出功率,因为足够的压力供应总是由蓄压器来保证。DE3130874C2示出这样一种空气弹簧式悬架,它备有由电动机按需要来驱动的一台压气机。
此外还曾经试图在空气弹簧式悬架方面不用蓄压器并且在需要时由压气机以压缩空气直接供给空气弹簧装置或空气弹簧波纹管。这特别是在下述情况时是可以的:基本上只在车身高度降低或升高时而不是在正常的弹簧上升情况下改变空气弹簧装置的充气量。
必须使压气机的承载能力与有关的需要相适应。在行驶过程中,不必担心过载,因为必须加以考虑的也仅仅是车身高度的微小变化或可能有的少量的漏气。
然而,如果空气弹簧式悬架能够在停车时升高或降低车辆或能够与车辆负荷无关地将车辆保持在一预定的高度上,可能存在基本上不同的情况。在这些情况下,压气机可能遭受极大的负荷,甚至由于高度变化能力的不适当利用也是如此。
因此本发明的目的是提供一种有利的压气机过载保护装置。
在开头所述空气弹簧式悬架型式的情况下,该目的是这样实现的:开动和关闭压气机的控制装置包括一台计算机,计算机算出压气机工作温度的估计值并且如果估计值超过上界限值则关闭压气机,而如果该估计值低于下界限值则再开动压气机或使压气机能被再开动。
本发明基于这样的一般构思:将在开头所述型式的空气弹簧式悬架的情况中总是所希望的和必要的计算机辅助的压气机控制装置安置成,根据经验值可以估计压气机的工作温度。由于该控制装置开动和关闭压气机,它“知道”压气机的运行过程,且因而也“知道”其负荷状态。此外,能够充分“小心”地确定估计值,从而压气机的实际工作温度以近乎肯定的概率低于估计值。
能被认为是本发明的一个特别优点在于,为了监测压气机的运行在控制系统上不需要附加的传感器和附加的信号输入。因此,也不必考虑这些部分的故障。
按照本发明的一个优选实施形式,为估计值预定了一个最小值。该最小值,例如40℃,基于车辆等的最大预期环境温度。
此外,合乎目的规定:在压气机开动时各最后的估计值增大了一个可预定的或预定的温升,可以使增大的度数视最后的估计值的大小而定。在较长的停顿时间以后,即在压气机的温度已降至较低的温度时,在压气机启动后较短的时间内工作温度会显著升高。在压气机典型工作温度的区域内这样的温升缓慢。这种情况当为了使必须算出的温升在压气机被打开时适用可以加以考虑。
在压气机的运行过程中,估计值以一预定的或可预定的正变化率增大。
当压气机停顿时,估计值以预定的或可预定的负变化率减小。
这例如可通过使估计值总是在一可预定的时间间隔后以预定的小温差来增大或减小。
如果停车,特别是通过停机装置操作停车,计算机继续工作到一预定的时间间隔-例如5分钟-以便能够确定压气机温度的当前估计值并将该估计值取为压气机随后运行过程中的初始温度值。只有当较长时期的停车时才以上述的、例如预定的最小温度值40℃开始计算温度。
对于本发明的其他优选特征,请参阅权利要求书和对附图的以下说明,一优选的实施方案借助附图例示性地加以说明。
在附图中,唯一的图以方块图的形式示出空气弹簧系统的部分表示图。
未详细示出的空气弹簧系统具有一台压气机1,它由电动机2驱动。该电动机2通过计算机辅助控制电路3按参量自动开动和关闭,计算机辅助控制电路3还操作空气弹簧系统的阀4的控制机构(未示出)。
在输入侧,控制电路3连接于传感器5,各传感器5检测例如车身与车轮之间的垂直距离并因而检测高度,从而控制电路3能够通过设定值与实际值的比较设定或保持一要求的高度,这是控制电路3通过按需要适当地开动和关闭电动机2且因而开动和关闭压气机1以及通过以相应的方式操作阀4实现的。
此外,控制电路3在输入侧连接于可手操作的指令发送器6,该发送器6可以安装在例如车辆的司机位置和/或安装在一扇车门上,例如一后挡板上,并且通过它的操作,即使在停车时也可预定一设定的高度。因而,有可能例如通过升高或降低车身的高度以便于车辆的装载或卸载。
最后,一旦车辆的优选为电子的停机装置7生效,控制电路3就收到一个信号。
由于控制电路3“知道”运行时间以及电动机2和压气机1的开动时间和停顿,有可能利用经验值通过控制电路3具有的计算机确定压气机1的工作温度的估计值,如开头所述。
用这种方式,确保压气机1的过载保护而毫无必要为此设置单独的传感器和在控制电路3上设置这些传感器具有的特别输入。

Claims (6)

1.空气弹簧式悬架,特别是汽车用空气弹簧式悬架,该空气弹簧式悬架备有一台压气机,压气机可按需要被开动和关闭并且在空气弹簧式悬架正常工作期间长时间地停顿而只需要间歇地工作,其特征在于:开动和关闭压气机(1)的控制装置(3)包括一台计算机,该计算机算出压气机(1)工作温度的估计值并且如果估计值超过上界限值则关闭压气机,而如果该估计值低于下界限值则开动压气机或允许压气机被开动。
2.按照权利要求1所述的空气弹簧式悬架,其特征在于:为估计值预定一最小值。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的空气弹簧式悬架,其特征在于在压气机(1)开动时各最后一个估计值以一预定的温升增大。
4.按照权利要求1至3中之一项所述的空气弹簧式悬架,其特征在于,在压气机的运行过程中估计值以预定的正变化率增大,而当压气机停顿时估计值以预定的负变化率减小。
5.按照权利要求4所述的空气弹簧式悬架,其特征在于:估计值总是在一预定的时间间隔后以一预定的小温差增大或减小。
6.按照权利要求1至5中之一项所述的空气弹簧式悬架,其特征在于,在停车以后,计算机修正温度的估计值以适用于下一时间间隔。
