技术领域
本发明涉及一种接收来自多个节目的数据的接收机。
本发明还涉及一种接收多个节目之一的接收方法。
当所述节目明显是由英特网或这种类型的网络设备提供的电视节目和/或广播节目时,本发明可实现有趣的应用。
背景技术
由专利文献PCT WO99/40506可得知一种在多个节目之中的导航方法。然而此方法并未提供对接收大量节目进行管理的解决途径,它们需要相当复杂的接收处理。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种可解决所述节目接收问题的如本文开头所述类型的接收机,当提供多个节目的导航信息时,这些接收需要复杂的接收功能。
此接收机的特征在于,还包含用于接收预设标准的节目的多个其他的节目接收装置。
本发明的这些和其他方面将在参照以下实施例的非限制性的举例说明中变得更为明显。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出了依据本发明的接收机1,与英特网5相连。此网络包括多媒体数据服务器,其中的两个在图1中示出。它们是标记为10和11的服务器。接收机1和服务器10和11通过节点20至24互相连接。
为了再现这些数字形式的数据,需执行耗费处理时间的多种操作。而这些处理时间对于一个经常切换节目的用户来说是难以忍受的。
例如,考虑以下这种情况,当电视广播的数据以MPEG-4标准传输时,用户不得不忍受传输数据流中随机存储指针(RAP)的延时。这些指针对应于所标记的图像,并且在这些指针的基础上进行各种更新,以建立图像顺序的连续性。这些指针按照数量级为几秒的时间周期出现。这导致了在切换节目时不得不等待至少几秒的缺点,而这对于用户来说是很烦恼的。
本接收机使用流水线技术来实现它们的处理。而这要求各种信号帧在用户看到节目之前就已接收完毕。
用于这些处理的缓存器,进一步延迟了这些节目的出现。
通过英特网类型的网络进行的节目分配的延时则更为严重:用户发出一个请求;为服务器传输的每个数据包在许多节点之间建立一个通路;接收机通过增加一个消除波动的延时来消除结果的波动。
如图2框图所示的接收机1可在很大程度上消除切换节目时的延时感觉。此接收机包括由一显示屏和其他多媒体设备组成的非常可靠的再现单元30。还包括由遥控盒32构成的指示单元,遥控盒32包括屏幕33和键盘34,键盘可切换再现单元30的节目。此键盘34还包含可连续地切换节目号码的“+”和“-”键。一接口电路35连接接收机与英特网5。
依据本发明,此接收机包括多个并行操作的接收装置40,41,42,43和44。再现单元与这些接收装置之一的输出相连接。由开关49可示出。所有这些装置都可接收英特网的所有节目;由开关50至54分别与装置40至44的输出相连接可示出。
图3示出了节目的标题或标记在遥控盒32的屏幕33上是如何定位的。最好,节目的标记是由位置E1至E5变化的,此号码对应于各自的接收装置的号码。这些位置是沿着在屏幕33上只能看到一段圆弧的圆周60分布的。当按下“+”和“-”键时,可感觉到再现的节目的标记是循环的。这些标记是根据某个标准来确定的,例如,所有的节目都来自某个站点。由阴影形式表示的中心区域62可确定选择的节目。某种意义上形成一个类似于转盘(carrousel)的形式。
图4示出了上百个或更多个节目的节目单上的节目标记是如何显示的,以及在按下“+”和“-”键时所涉及的是什么接收装置。
在此图中,示出了各项栏目,栏目“0”表示遥控设置下的初始状态。在位置E1至E5可各自显示标记P08至P12的节目。这些节目是由接收装置40至44分别处理的。这些装置的号码在本图中被置于括号内。当第一次按下“-”键时,会在位置E3看到节目P9的标记。节目P12就不能再看到,同时分派给其的接收装置44被置为可用的,因而,一旦“-”键被第一次按下,所述装置就准备处理节目标记为P07的数据。当此“-”键被第二次按下,就开始显示节目的标记的另一次循环;这次选择的是标记为P08的节目,而接收装置43被置为空闲以处理标记为P06的节目。若“+”键被按下,其情况与“-”键被第一次按下的情况是一样的。
因此显示的节目单扩展了用户选择的功能。
由此可看出用户需按下一个键至少两次来选择一个尚未被接收机之一处理过的节目。假设用户每按下一个键可观看节目数次,这几次的时间可能已足够使再次回到转盘的新的节目得到再现。
转盘的设计被认为是适宜的,但也有人更倾向于如图5所示的一种滚动式的设计。不同的位置E1至E5被置于屏幕33的不同的行上。通过使用“+”和“-”键节目的标记将垂直地移位。中心的阴影线表示选中的节目。
还可以改变阴影的选择区域,但当此区域移至一停止区时,用户将不能再看到停止区以外的节目信息。
因而所述节目是序列接收的从而能够清除或加载接收装置之一。
可根据用户的喜爱来对应于多个接收装置处理的节目;这可能形成另外一个方案。

Claims (3)

1.一种接收来自多个节目的数据的接收机,所述接收机包括:
用于接收预设标准的节目的多个节目接收装置,
一显示符合所述预设标准的节目的节目单的节目指示单元,
相应于预设标准的一定数目的节目比接收装置的数目多,且所述接收机包括可扩展用户选择功能的、显示部分节目的节目单的节目指示单元,
其特征在于所述节目的存取是通过清除和加载接收装置之一而以序列的方式进行的。
2.如权利要求1所述的接收机,其特征在于所述节目是来自英特网的。
3.一种用于如权利要求1所述接收机中的、接收来自多个节目的数据的方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
-产生一个可被接收的节目单,
-同时接收所述节目单的多个节目,
-从所述多个节目中选择一个节目,
对所述多个节目的切换可清除至少一个接收装置以接收所述节目单中的另一个节目。
