短枝六道木叶茶的制备方法
本发明涉及一种茶叶的制备方法,特别是一种短枝六道木叶茶的制备方法。
短枝六道木叶(当地人称神仙叶)当茶饮源于我国民间验方,在陕南一带流传较广,据传清朝早年有一游医在行医中让人们夏日以此叶子泡水喝可驱肝火、降肺热,防止湿热病症,人们饮用后效果甚好,并取名为神仙叶流传下来。同时,人们在饥荒年代以神仙叶子渡命时发现它可制作豆腐,该豆腐同样有清热解毒之功效,此制作方法一直流传至今,年年初夏市场都有神仙豆腐供应。但是当地人们当茶饮,因加工技术粗放,思路不清,其茶质很差,色、香、味不适合大众化饮用习惯,因而未见该商品茶叶面市。
本发明的目的在于设计一种将短枝六道木叶科学搭配,精细加工,既保持短枝六道木叶原有的保健作用,又作为调节人体免疫功能、驱邪火、降肺热、清香味浓、甘润可口的短枝六道木叶茶的制备方法。
本发明是这样实现的,它是将优质短枝六道木叶、茶鲜叶清洗、去杂、淋干水份后按比例计量60-80∶20-40拌合均匀,放入笼内蒸叶5-10分钟后倒出晾干表面水份,投入炒锅内文火炒至有香味时立即取出晾干,炒制过程中需边炒边轻轻揉搓,使叶子软化变形,分级包装制得成品茶。
本发明的优点是操作工艺简单、易行,既能保持短枝六道木叶的原有功能作用,又具有茶色泽淡雅,清香味浓,口感舒适,长期饮用保健效果显著,而且可防治因肝火、肺热引起的各种疾病,具有良好的开发前景。
以下结合实施一例给出。
本发明采集选用3-5月份优质短枝六道木叶和茶鲜叶清洗、去杂、淋干水份后,按60∶40比例计量拌合均匀,然后放入笼内蒸叶10分钟后倒出风冷晾干表面水份,投入炒锅内文火边炒边轻轻揉搓,使叶子充分软化变形,炒至有香味时立即取出自然晾干,分级包装制得成品茶。

1、一种短枝六道木叶茶的制备方法,其特征在于,它是将优质短枝六道木叶、茶鲜叶清洗、去杂、淋干水份后按比例计量60-80∶ 20-40拌合均匀,放入笼内蒸叶5-10分钟后倒出晾干表面水份,投入炒锅内文火边炒边轻轻揉搓,使叶子充分软化变形,炒至有香味时立即取出晾干,分级包装制得成品茶。
