Abstract

                       技术领域
本发明总地涉及一种用于将扬声器安装在电视机机壳内的装置,且更具体地说,涉及一种用于减小由电视机机壳结构内的至少一个扬声器发射的声音振动。
                       背景技术
传统的投影电视一般装在厚重的木制壳体内,并伴随有高性能的扬声器。这种厚重的木制壳体一般具有其内形成隔离腔,用于容纳高性能的扬声器。传统的投影电视光学组件和木制壳体一起的较重的重量防止了与扬声器相关的大部分振动问题。
然而,最近,市场需求较小的电视机壳体尺寸,而同时要求较大的屏幕尺寸。已经在技术上进行改进从而可能减轻光学组件的重量,以产生较大的电视屏幕。为了满足对较小电视机壳体的要求,这些改进的投影电视组件被安装在称为“直视式(direct view)”电视机壳体的公知的紧凑、时尚的电视机壳体内。这种直视壳体一般利用注模塑料构成且比木制壳体更轻并更美观。从较重的木制壳体向较轻的塑料壳体的过渡的不期望的结果是扬声器产生的振动传到电视机壳体内,这种振动会不利地影响投影电视的光学组件,导致不佳的视觉效果。
因此,在现有技术中存在着对用于在电视机壳体内安装扬声器的减振扬声器安装装置的需要。
                       发明内容
为了实现本发明的目的,提供了一种在具有在其内安装的振动敏感元件的电视机壳体内用于减少壳体内的来自至少一个扬声器的声音振动的装置,所述装置包括:
具有用于固定所述至少一个扬声器的扬声器部分和多个安装接头(106)的封装容器(104);以及
用于在所述多个安装接头(106)的每一个处将所述封装容器(104)安装到所述电视机壳体上的第一减振装置;
所述封装容器(104)只通过所述多个安装接头(106)接触所述电视机壳体;
安装到所述封装容器(104)并围绕所述扬声器部分的阻尼元件(114);
具有多个安装立柱(116)的罩(112),以用于将所述罩(112)安装到所述电视机壳体上,所述罩(112)与所述阻尼元件(114)相接触以形成用于隔离由所述至少一个扬声器发射的声音能量到所述电视机壳体的空气通道;以及
用于在所述多个安装支柱(116)的每一个处将所述罩(112)安装到所述电视机壳体上的第二减振装置(118)。
与现有技术相关的缺点由用于减小由在电视机壳体内的至少一个扬声器产生的声音振动的装置克服,光学元件安装在电视机壳体内。
具体地,根据本发明实施例的装置包括用于在其内安装至少一个扬声器的封装容器,该容器具有多个用于在电视机壳体内安装该容器的安装接头。该封装容器只在多个安装接头处接触电视机壳体,而在它们之间留出一显著的空气间隙。此外,该封装容器只通过振动缓冲橡胶隔离环接触电视机壳体。如此,在封装容器和电视机壳体之间没有直接接触,从而减小由电视机壳体内的扬声器产生的振动的直接传播。

                     具体实施方式
图1示出了用于减少由在电视机壳体内的扬声器产生的振动的传播的扬声器安装装置100。虽然以下本发明的优选实施例相对紧凑、时尚的电视机壳体(此后称为直视电视机壳体)加以描述,应理解,本发明可以一般地应用于电视机壳体内。此外,本发明可以适应多种每声道包括一个中音扬声器和一个高音扬声器的扬声器结构,但不局限于此。
装置100被用在电视机壳体102内,以减轻由扬声器108产生的振动传播到壳体102内。在本发明的一个实施例中,电视机壳体102包括容放投影型电视的直视形状因数(direct view form-factor)的壳体。示意性地,电视机壳体102由注模塑料零件构成,其易于传播对振动敏感元件(未示出),如投影电视的光学、电子及/或机械元件有不利影响的振动。这种振动敏感元件包括反射镜、光源等,但不限于此,若振动,它们会使电视图像抖动,或暂时不能聚焦。
如图1所示,本发明的装置100包括具有扬声器部分110的封装容器104、环绕扬声器部分110的凸缘120。以及多个安装接头106(示出两个)。扬声器108安装到封装容器104的扬声器部分110。封装容器104防止后面的扬声器108产生的声音能量传到电视机壳体102内。封装容器104安装到电视机壳体102上,以便只在多个安装接头106的每一个处接触壳体102,在其间留出一明显的空气间隙122。空气间隙122减少封装容器104和电视机壳体102之间相互作用的流体结构(fluid-structure),从而,减少了振动的直接传播。
电视机壳体102包括安装到壳体102上封装容器104前面的扬声器罩112。缓冲元件114被安装到封装容器104的凸缘120上并设置在扬声器罩112和封装容器104之间。扬声器罩112压抵缓冲元件并形成用于阻尼导入扬声器罩112内的振动以及导引声音能量远离电视机壳体102的空气通道124。阻尼元件114包括适于阻尼从扬声器向扬声器罩传播的振动的橡胶球形通道垫片或类似形式的弹性装置。
示意性地,扬声器罩112利用注模塑料构成,其易于传播振动。罩112包括多个安装立柱116(示出一个),用于将罩112安装到电视机壳体102上。多个安装立柱116的每一个压入橡胶索环118或类似形式的弹性装置内,其设置在每个立柱116和电视机壳体102之间。如此,橡胶索环118防止导入扬声器罩112内的振动传播到电视机壳体102内。
图2示出了多个安装接头106之一的零件图。第一橡胶隔离环206被设置在封装容器104和电视机壳体102之间以防止其间的硬塑料接触。封装容器104通过安装螺钉202或类似的紧固装置安装到电视机壳体102上。第二橡胶隔离环204设置在安装螺钉202的头部与封装容器104之间。封装容器104只在多个安装接头106的每一个处并只通过第一和第二橡胶隔离环206和204与电视机壳体102接触。如此,减少了从封装容器104向电视机壳体102的直接振动传播。本领域技术人员可以轻易构想到替代第一或第二隔离环206和204的其他装置,其可以包括任何弹性装置。
图3示出本发明的安装在电视机壳体102内的扬声器安装装置100的前透视图。封装容器104安装在电视机壳体102的扬声器封装部分302内。图4示出了带有扬声器罩112的本发明的安装在电视机壳体102内的装置100。

Claims (5)

1.一种在具有在其内安装的振动敏感元件的电视机壳体内用于减少壳体内的来自至少一个扬声器的声音振动的装置,所述装置的特征在于:
具有用于固定所述至少一个扬声器的扬声器部分和多个安装接头(106)的封装容器(104);以及
用于在所述多个安装接头(106)的每一个处将所述封装容器(104)安装到所述电视机壳体上的第一减振装置;
所述封装容器(104)只通过所述多个安装接头(106)接触所述电视机壳体;
安装到所述封装容器(104)并围绕所述扬声器部分的阻尼元件(114);
具有多个安装立柱(116)的罩(112),以用于将所述罩(112)安装到所述电视机壳体上,所述罩(112)与所述阻尼元件(114)相接触以形成用于隔离由所述至少一个扬声器发射的声音能量到所述电视机壳体的空气通道;以及
用于在所述多个安装支柱(116)的每一个处将所述罩(112)安装到所述电视机壳体上的第二减振装置(118)。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述减振装置包括:
设置在所述多个安装接头(106)的每一个与所述封装容器(104)之间的第一橡胶隔离环(204);
设置在所述多个安装接头(106)的每一个与所述电视机壳体之间的第二橡胶隔离环(206)。
3.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述阻尼元件(114)包括橡胶球形通道垫片。
4.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二减振装置(118)包括设置在多个安装支柱(116)的每一个和所述电视机壳体之间的橡胶索环。
5.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述振动敏感元件包括光学元件。
