背景技术
这种两腔管已由WO 94/19251公开。该管由多个分开制造的单管组成,每个单管具有一个带有排出孔的管头,这些单管在一端上通过将它们保持在一起的一个闭合件及在另一端上通过一个密封件保持在一起。该多腔管的制造成本高,因为要制造多个分开的管及将它们保持在一起的包围所有管头的附加闭合件。

具体实施方式
图1表示作为多腔管一个例子的两腔管1,它由两个管体2,2’组成,这些管体可按照任何公知的方法通过搭接纵向缝制成,例如根据由DE-C-31 05 146公知的方法制成。

如上所述地,在所述过程中管体2,2’的相对置的上端也彼此牢固地连接起来。此外,沿着形成多腔管的所有管体在多腔管的彼此相靠的-最好直线-区段的任何区域中通过熔焊或粘接过程可实现连接,由此例如也可使管体2,2’的背离管头4的端部彼此形成牢固的连接。
在需要的情况下,这时可使制成的多腔管切成一定长度,例如借助旋转刀具。

Claims (4)

1.用于制造多腔管的方法,该多腔管具有至少两个腔(7,7’)及一个管头(4),具有与所述腔(7,7’)数目相应的可闭合的排出孔(5),其中,至少两个分开制造的彼此平行布置的管状管道(2,2’)被制成具有一个共同的被整圆的外周面,其特征在于:以所需腔(7,7’)的数目制造多个管状管道(2,2’),将这些管状管道(2,2’)套到分心轴上,将带有管状管道(2,2,)的分心轴聚集到一起,将聚集到一起的带有管状管道(2,2’)的分心轴导入一个压制装置,及压制一个塑料部分以制成具有分隔壁(6)的一个管头(4)并同时地使管头(4)与管状管道(2,2’)的边缘端部形成连接,这些管状管道至少在两个间隔开的部位上具有轴向的刻痕棱线(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于制造多腔管的方法,其特征在于:管体(2,2’)沿轴向刻痕棱线(3)被变形成在横截面中看为部分圆形的段。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于制造多腔管的方法,其特征在于:彼此相靠的管状管道段在其纵向延伸上至少局部地彼此相连接。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于制造多腔管的方法,其特征在于:在压制时也将管状管道(2,2’)的边缘端部相互固定连接。
