Abstract

本发明公开了一种铬渣水溶解毒综合利用法。先用水湿法粉碎铬渣,再用清水浸泡24小时以上,固液分离后在滤液中加入氯化钡生成铬酸钡用于生产钡铬黄或钡铬绿,将滤饼喷洗后加入氯化钡分离出残留在滤饼中的六价铬,然后将滤饼与水泥、砂石、碳酸钡、氯化钡混合压制成水泥砖块。本发明能有效为铬渣解毒,治理费用低且解毒后的生成物能制成有使用价值的产品。

Description

铬渣水溶解毒综合利用法
本发明涉及一种铬渣水溶解毒综合利用法。
在铬盐生产中所排放的废渣里含有被确认为强致癌物质的水溶性六价铬。现有治理方法多采用将六价铬还原成三价铬,但时间一长三价铬又会被氧化成为六价铬,故不能彻底除毒。中国专利申请“铬渣除毒综合利用法”(申请号89104693.3)公开的治理方法是:在被粉碎的含铬废渣内加入适量稀盐酸,控制物料的PH值在6.5-7.5之间,待铬渣中的碱性物质及水溶性六价铬和大部分酸溶性六价铬溶于水溶液中,固液分离,在滤渣中加入氯化钡去除残存的水溶性六价铬,然后直接排放或用于制造水泥砖,在滤液中加入氯化钡,制成钡铬黄产品。这个方法解毒效果比较可靠,但由于需要大量盐酸,所以治理成本高,在无大量废盐酸可用的地区尤其难以广泛推广应用。
本发明的目的是提供一种治理成本低,解毒效果好且治理后的生成物可制成有使用价值的产品的铬渣水溶解毒综合利用法。
本发明的主要技术方案是用水湿法将铬渣粉碎至全部能通过不少于120目/英寸的筛网,并将其在清水中浸泡24小时以上,定时搅拌使铬渣团粒中的水溶性六价铬充分溶出,然后进行固液分离得滤饼和滤液,在固液分离过程中用淡水对滤饼进行无级喷洗,在喷洗后的滤饼中加入过量氯化钡使残留在滤饼中的六价铬生成不溶于水的铬酸钡,对解毒后的渣浆再次进行固液分离,滤液中含氯化钡可重复使用,滤渣与水泥、砂石、氯化钡、碳酸钡混合压制成水泥砖块,其中由于滤渣中所含三价铬可能缓慢被空气氧化成之六价铬,根据滤渣中三价铬含量,加入的碳酸钡应超过理论量一倍以上,氯化钡的加入量与水泥成份中的硫酸钙含量相适应,在第一次固液分离后的滤液中加入适量氯化钡溶液,反应生成铬酸钡沉淀,固液分离后将滤液返回铬渣粉碎工序使用或定期排放,排放前加入适量氯化钡后再加入适量硫酸钠,使排放液中铬、钡含量符合排放标准。
本发明采用水湿法粉碎铬渣并长时间浸泡,既能使铬渣中的六价铬能充分溶出,又不用使用盐酸,降低了治理成本。在水泥砖块的制作原料中有碳酸钡、氯化钡,氯化钡与水泥成份中的硫酸钙反应,防止硫酸钙与碳酸钡反应消耗碳酸钡,由于碳酸钡微溶于水且无毒,而铬渣中的三价铬是缓慢被氧化成六价铬,这样就能保证生成的六价铬能及时与碳酸钡反应生成稳定的铬酸钡,使水泥砖性能保持稳定,从而具备使用价值。本发明在固液分离中使用转鼓真空过滤机,提高了固液分离及洗涤效果,便于进一步处理,从而保证解毒效果。
以下所述实施例详细说明了本发明。
实施例1
先用水湿法将铬渣粉碎至能全部通过120目/英寸的筛网,并将其在清水中浸泡24小时以上,定时搅拌使铬渣团粒中的水溶性六价铬充分溶出,然后用转鼓真空过滤机进行固液分离,同时对滤饼用淡水进行无级喷洗。在分离出的滤饼中加入过量氯化钡溶液,进行充分搅拌,使滤饼中残留的六价铬生成不溶于水的铬酸钡,解毒后的渣浆再次用转鼓真空过滤机进行固液分离,然后将滤渣和水泥、砂石、氯化钡、碳酸钡混合搅拌,压制成水泥砖块,加入氯化钡的量达到能完全消耗水泥成份中的硫酸钙,加入碳酸钡是为了消除滤渣中的三价铬被氧化生成的六价铬,所以根据滤渣中三价铬的含量,加入超过理论量一倍以上的碳酸钡。第一次固液分离后的滤液澄清后加入适量氯化钡溶液,反应生成铬酸钡,经沉降,固液分离,喷洗、干燥、粉碎、风选后得钡铬黄产品。其中滤液和喷洗后的液体可返回铬渣粉碎工序使用或定期排放。如果排放的话,先加入适量氯化钡后再加入适量硫酸钠,以保证排放液中铬、钡含量符合排放标准。
实施例2
经水湿法将铬渣粉碎至能全部通过300目/英寸的筛网。其他步骤与实施例1相同,将反应生成的铬酸钡用盐酸溶解,加入草酸将其还原成三氧化二铬,加工成钡铬绿产品。
在实施例1、2的水泥砖块制作试验中,按滤渣100kg、水泥85kg、沙石243kg、氯化钡7kg、碳酸钡1kg以及适量淡水,混合均匀后压制成水泥砖块,共制成26件,每件为40×40×4厘米3。经28天后,测得其抗压强度为28.5MPa。砖块中含六价铬为1-1.4mg/kg,大大低于国家规定的5mg/kg,经三个月跟踪检测无变化。

1,一种铬渣水溶解毒综合利用法,其特征在于:用水湿法将铬渣粉碎至能全部通过不少于120目/英寸的筛网,并将其在清水中浸泡24小时以上,定时搅拌使铬渣团粒中的水溶性六价铬充分溶出,然后进行固液分离得滤饼和滤液,在固液分离过程中,用淡水对滤饼进行无级喷洗,在喷洗后的滤饼中加入过量氯化钡使残留在滤饼中的六价铬生成不溶于水的铬酸钡,对解毒后的渣浆再次进行固液分离,滤液中含氯化钡可重复使用,滤渣与水泥、砂石、氯化钡、碳酸钡混合,压制成水泥砖块,其中由于滤渣中所含三价铬可能缓慢被空气氯化成六价铬,根据滤渣中三价铬含量,加入碳酸钡,其加入量超过理论量一倍以上,氯化钡的加入量与水泥成份中的硫酸钙含量相适应,在第一次固液分离后的滤液中加入适量氯化钡溶液,反应生成铬酸钡沉淀,固液分离后将滤液返回铬渣粉碎工序使用或定期排放,排放前加入适量氯化钡后再加入适量硫酸钠,使排放液中铬、钡含量符合排放标准。
2,根据权利要求1所述的一种铬渣水溶解毒综合利用法,其特征在于:将生成的铬酸钡洗涤、干燥、风选后得钡铬黄产品。
3,根据权利要求1所述的一种铬渣水溶解毒综合利用法,其特征在于:将生成的铬酸钡用盐酸溶解后。加入还原剂将其还原成三氧化二铬,然后加工成钡铬绿产品。
4,根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种铬渣水溶解毒综合利用法,其特征在于:固液分离时采用的设备是转鼓真空过滤机。
