Abstract

Description

粘胶设备
本发明关于粘胶设备，特别是关于将胶水作用到薄片材料上的粘胶设备。
本发明可以有效地用于，如将胶水作用到薄的纸质材料的连续带条上去，以制造过滤嘴和相应的烟杆之间的连接条。
粘胶工艺中通常所用的胶水的化学和/或物理性能在其通过现有型式的粘胶设备时经常或多或少地会有相当大的变化。
特别是，特指某种被称之为“转轮”型的已知的粘胶设备而言，该性能降低的主要原因是相当大数量的胶水暴露到空气中而造成胶水部分变质，以及在某些区域中胶水滞留时间过长受到过分的作用。
GB-A-919740描述了一种粘胶设备，其粘胶转轮和分配转轮布置成互相平行，而且用一个加压装置使它们沿公共的生成线保持互相接触。它们从设在两个转轮上方的箱体中接受胶水，而且其下部构成一个开口，该开口被两个转轮自身以一种事实上是密封的方式封盖住。胶水沿上述公共生成线离开箱体，这样由于分配轮的作用所决定的一定量的胶水被涂散到粘胶转轮的表面上。
虽然由于胶水部分暴露到空气中而造成胶水的部分干燥的缺限只在边上出现，然而上述粘胶设备有这样的缺点，即供给粘胶转轮的胶水在两个转轮上方的区域里或多或少地滞留较长的时间，而人们希望的却是要向粘胶转轮供应新鲜的胶水以保证胶水性能的恒定和均匀。
本发明的目的是提出一种粘胶设备，它消除了现有技术中所描述的这些缺点。
本发明提出一种将胶水作用到由薄片材料制成的连续带条上的粘胶设备。该设备包括一个粘胶转轮，它具有一个基本为圆筒形的侧面，设计成能将一定数量的胶水输送到连续的带条上；一个分配转轮，它具有基本为圆筒形的侧面且位置上平行于粘胶转轮以及沿平行于两个转轮的生成线与粘胶转轮相切；确保两个转轮之间沿共同生成线一定的接触压力的推进装置；和将胶水送到上述转轮的装置，上述输送装置包括一个封盖元件，它和上述侧面一起形成一个大致为三角形断面的小室，三角形的顶点处于朝向封盖元件的公共生成线上；其特征在于该小室构成闭式胶水流动回路的一部分，上述闭式回路构成上述输送装置的一部分。
下面将参照附图描述本发明，该附图说明了一个非限制性的实施例，其中：
图1是根据本发明制成的粘胶设备的简要视图；
图2是沿图1中所示设备的简要侧剖面。
在附图中，标号1指将胶水2加到由薄板材料制成的连续条带上的粘胶设备，在所说明的例子中是指在过滤嘴安装机(未示出)上制造位于过滤嘴(未示出)和相应的烟杆(未示出)之间的连接带(未示出)。
设备1包括一个粘胶转轮4，它设计成将适量的胶水2在粘胶站5处加到条带3上；一个分配转轮6，它设计成和粘胶转轮4一起配送要加到条带3上的适量的胶水2；以及将胶水2输送到两个转轮4和6上的装置7。
粘胶转轮4的外围由圆筒形侧表面8包围，该表面在站5处与条带2基本相切，它由与水平轴10共轴的中心轴9支撑，相对于固定叉架11在驱动设备(未示出)的推动下，绕如图1中的轴10逆时针方向转动。
分配转轮6上设有包括有凹陷区13的大致为圆筒形的外表面12，且将其用键连接到平行于轴10的与基本是水平的轴线15共轴的中心轴14上，轴15与轴10一起形成一个大致的水平面。轴14联到轴9上使转轮6绕轴15如图1中所示的顺时针方向转动，其圆周速度等于转轮4的圆周速度，轴14可转动地支承在与固定架17相连的叉架16上，在驱动器19的推动下绕平行于轴10和15的轴18相对于架17摆动，驱动器19和叉架16一起构成一推力装置20，它布置成在一定接触压力下使表面8和12沿平行于轴10和15的公共生成线21互相接触。
在转轮4和6的上方设置了一个臂22，它垂直于轴10和15，而且其一端铰支到与架17刚性连接的固定支架23上，绕与轴10和15平行的轴24相对支架23摆动。
在与支架23相连的另一端，在臂22上装有一个刚性接头25，接头25设置在转轮4和6的上方且其下部包括一个凹形槽26。臂22被设置成能绕轴24离开或朝着下部位置摆动，其中凹形槽局部接受转轮4和6且使凹形槽26的表面与转轮4和6的表面8和12、以及与转轮4和6的端面构成液体封闭性的接触，与位于生成线21上方的表面8和12的一部分一起形成一个基本液封的小室27。
小室27具有基本为三角形的剖面，其下顶点靠在生成线21上。
输送装置7包括在凹形槽26上方的沿接头25设置的且与轴10和15平行的输送回路28，在下方的沿接头25设置的且平行于回路28的以及经过凹形槽26的回流回路29，将回路28和29连接起来的弧形回路30，以及将回路28和29连接到胶水2的液密容器33的两个管端连接件31和32。
当接头25处于其下部位置时，回路29横过小室27，与小室27自身、回路28和30、连接件31和32以及容器33一起构成一个闭式回路34，通过该回路胶水2在由沿连接件31设置的泵35所确定的压力下循环。
在使用的过程中，在开始对条带3粘胶之前，操作推进装置20使转轮4和6的表面8和12沿公共生成线12互相紧接触，然后使接头25放在其下部位置以形成小室27，因而形成回路34，通过回路34的泵35以一定压力循环胶水2。
由于粘胶转轮4的转动，在一定压力下送入小室27的一部分胶水2粘到表面8上且被拖向生成线21，沿生成线21从小室27中出来。由于维持表面8和12相互紧接触，推进装置20将胶水2的出流限制到只有部分胶水2粘到凹陷区13上。
然后转轮4将从小室27提取的胶水2送到粘胶站5，在这儿胶水2被送到条带3上。
在分配转轮6转动的过程中，一定数量的胶水由于粘结到凹陷区13的内部，离开小室27，在只经过短暂暴露到空气之中后又重新进入小室27。然而该数量是如此之小以致可以考虑忽略胶水2的部分干燥。

Claims (9)

1.一种将胶水(2)加到由薄片材料制成的连续的条带(3)上去的粘胶设备，该设备(1)包括一个粘胶转轮(4)，它具有基本为圆筒形的侧面(8)且设计成能将一定数量的胶水(2)输送到连续的条带(3)上；一个分配转轮(6)，它具有基本为圆筒形的侧面(12)且在位置上平行于粘胶转轮(4)以及沿平行于两个转轮(4、6)的生成线(21)与粘胶转轮(4)相切；一个推进装置(20)，它用于保证沿该公共生成线(21)的两个转轮(4、6)之间有一定的接触压力；以及将胶水(2)送到该转轮(4、6)上的装置(7)，该输送装置(7)包括一个封盖元件(25)，它和上述侧面(8、12)一起形成一个大致为三角形断面的小室(27)，三角形的顶点处于朝向封盖元件(25)的公共生成线(21)上；其特征在于上述小室(27)构成闭式胶水(2)流动回路(34)的一部分，上述闭式回路(34)构成上述输送装置(7)的一部分。

3.如权利要求1和2的设备，其特征在于上述泵送装置(35)用于以一定压力将胶水(2)循环经过上述回路(34)。
4.如权利要求1的设备，其特征在于上述小室(27)是个基本液密的小室，上述泵送装置(35)设计成将一定压力下的胶水(2)送过闭式回路(34)和小室(27)。
5.如权利要求2、3或4中的设备，其特征在于该闭式回路(34)至少部分形成于上述封盖元件(25)的内部。
6.如上述权利要求中的任一个的设备，其特征在于该封盖元件(25)是一个可移动的元件，能在它与转轮(4、6)相接触的位置、此时小室(27)是封闭的，和打开的位置之间移动。
7.如上述权利要求中任一个的设备，其特征在于上述公共生成线(21)基本上是水平的，上述封盖元件(27)布置在公共生成线(21)的上方。
8.如上述权利要求中任一个的设备，其特征在于上述分配转轮(6)的侧面(12)包括凹陷区(13)，它设计成接受小室(27)中一定数量的胶水(2)且将其输送出小室(27)。
