Description

长方形容器和盖子
本发明涉及基本为长方形的塑料容器，该容器包括底壁、连接于底壁的并具有基本相等壁厚度的直立侧壁和向外卷边的顶边缘，封闭容器的盖子的边缘可以固定在该卷边的顶边缘上。
这种容器公知有许多实例，为贮存和运输各种产品已获得广泛应用并用一个盖子关闭。为减少容器的重量，容器的底壁和侧壁一般作得相当薄。然而这种容器的缺点是，容器的稳定性和牢固性特别是作成大容器时存在一些问题。
如果容器用来贮存和/或运输粉末材料例如四氟乙烯粉末，这更是一个缺点，这种粉末对由于例如冲击和振动引起的压应力特别敏感。这种粉末材料必须在例如流化状态下被加工，这种材料即使受到相当小的压应力也会变成团块，而不能使用。上述材料一般对潮气也很敏感。因此到现在这种材料一直装在球形容器或圆筒容器中进行贮存和/或运输，这种容器本身比较稳定，而且可以用盖子很好密封(见US-A-4,674,650)。然而使用球形容器时，在彼此挨着存放时在容器之间的大量空间被浪费了。
本发明的目的是提供一种开头所述类型的容器，它具有充分的稳定性和牢固性，适合于贮存和/或运输很敏感的粉末材料。
按照本发明，通过下述方法可以达到上述目的：使每个直立侧壁沿容器的垂直方向分成两个相互连接的侧壁部分，使下侧壁部分往容器的内部弯曲(凹进去)，而使上侧壁部分往容器的外部弯曲(凸出来)，而且用一个中间部分将上、下侧壁部分彼此连接起来。
垂直侧壁的特殊形状形成很稳定的容器。事实上，上、下侧壁部分在应力作用下具有在不同方向扭曲的倾向，但是因为两个侧壁部分相互连接，所以上述侧壁在两个方向中的任一方向都不会发生扭曲。
本发明还涉及本发明的容器盖子，该盖子具有可以卡在容器的卷边顶边缘上的外周边缘，该盖子的特征在于，在其矩形侧边上装有卡子，该卡子通过活叶(铰链)最好是接片(膜片)活页连接于盖子的外周边缘上，并且可以卡在容器顶边缘的下面。
通过卡子，本发明的盖子可以容易和牢固地固定在容器上。通过本质上公知的外周弹性唇部可以在盖子和容器之间获得满意的密封，该弹性唇部装在盖子的外周边缘上，可以与容器顶边缘相互配合。
本发明的容器和盖子的优选实施例分别说明于权利要求2～5和6～8。
最后本发明涉及本发明的容器和盖子的组合。

图1～4示出本发明的容器2，它备有盖子。具体用来贮存和运输敏感粉末材料的上述容器基本上是长方形的，包括底壁4、连接于底壁的侧壁10、12、14、16以及向外卷边的顶边缘8。盖子边缘(图1中未示出)可以固定在顶边缘8上。
沿容器的垂直方向，各个直立侧壁10、12、14和16分别分成两个相互连接的侧壁部分10a、10b；12a，12b；14a，14b和16a，16b。下侧壁部分10a、12a、14a和16a向容器内部弯曲(凹进去)。上侧壁部分10b、12b、14b和16b向容器外部弯曲(凸出来)。上、下侧壁部分分别用中间部分10c、12c、14c和16c进行连接。
由于侧壁的这种形状，该容器很稳定。上、下侧壁部分在受到应力时具有沿相反方弯曲的倾向。然而由于相互连接，它们在两个方向均不弯曲。
凹的和凸的侧壁部分之间的过渡部分最好位于容器的半高处。
容器的侧壁在容器的角部处通过弯曲部彼此交汇。
容器的顶边缘8在侧壁区域外侧是直的，该顶边缘的横截面基本为倒U形，因此很稳定。这意味着容器可以紧靠在一起。在容器角部区域的位置顶边缘是圆的。
在上侧壁部分10b、12b、14b和16b的区域，侧壁10、12、14和16上设有支承边缘18、20、22和24。这些支承边缘只沿一部分有关侧壁部分的长度延伸，大体位于该侧壁部分的中央。该支承边属于顶边缘8的外周边缘。在位于各个支承边缘18、20、22和24下面的区域26、28、30和32中，上侧壁部分10b、12b、14b和16b往容器内部凹进去。这样便形成一个合用的把手，因而在使容器侧壁完全密封的同时可以容易地用手搬运该容器。该把手的位置是使得在搬运(装满的)容器时尽可能减少容器的摆动。
从图3可以看到，侧壁10、12、14和16与容器的垂直于底壁4的轴线34形成一个很小的夹角，结果，容器的尺寸从顶边缘8到底壁4逐渐减小。这使得容器可以彼此叠套起来。在叠套容器时，容器的凹部分可以毫无问题地装入下面容器的凸部分和凹部分，但凸部分不能嵌入到位于下面的容器的凹部分内。在叠套容器时，凸的和凹的侧壁部分之间的过渡部分形成叠套的边界。这意味着，彼此叠套的容器不会彼此卡住。
从图3和4可以看到，在侧壁10、12、14、16和底壁4之间过渡区域的内侧该容器具有较大的曲率半径R。在上述区域中侧壁的外表面36朝着底壁4向内倾斜，并经过较小的曲率半径r进入底壁4的下侧面。这意味着，在容器内部，在容器的侧壁和底壁之间具有平滑的过渡部分，因此避免了尖锐的拐角，在这种尖锐的拐角中可能聚集灰尘，或者存留残存的材料。这种过渡结构也可以防止在容器的侧壁和底壁之间的过渡区域中形成很厚的容器材料边缘，这种很厚的边缘尽管十分牢固，但在塑料注射模制法中将是一个缺点，这种过渡结构即使有冲击应力时也保持尽可能小的底边缘形变的可能性。通过倾斜的外表面36和较小的曲率半径r，容器可以容易沿侧向放置在例如位于下面的容器盖上。倾斜外表面36与垂直于底壁4的容器轴线34所成的角度大于容器侧壁与上述轴34所成的角，例如该角在10°～30°之间，折衷的角度约为20°。容器的底壁4可以以周知的方式采用例如在下表面上形成肋条的方法进行加强。
图5～7示出的用于图1～4所示容器的盖子4基本为长方形，具有盖面42和可以卡在容器2的卷边顶边缘上的外周边缘44。
盖子40的长方形侧边上具有卡子46，该卡子通过活叶最好是接片活叶48连接于盖子的外周边缘44上，并且卡在容器2的顶边缘8的下面(见图8)。盖子40可以用这些卡子46牢固地固定在容器2上。为在盖40的外周边缘44和容器2的顶边缘8之间形成良好的密封，在外周边缘44的内侧形成外周弹性唇部，当将盖子40放在容器2上(见图8)时，该唇部压在容器2顶边缘8的倾斜部分52上。
靠近拐角处，盖子40具有垂直凸耳54，该凸耳装在拐角区顶侧，沿盖子40的外周边缘44延伸。该凸耳这样设计，使得容器的底壁4可以放在盖子的顶面上，此时底壁和盖子准确配合而置于凸耳之间。这意味着，在顶层上的容器不能相对于下面带盖容器进行侧向移动。靠近拐角部分，盖子40还具有凸出部分56。这样，在叠置容器时可以防止顶层容器的底壁直接接触下面的容器盖。这样便可以最好地防止压实容器中所装的东西。
在突出部分56之间，盖子表面42基本上是平的，所以其上可以放置提升装置的吸盘。因而可以提升和移动带有盖子的装满的容器而不会发生撞击。另外，可以容易地从一组相互挨着站立的容器中提升容器。
盖子40可以相互叠置，而且由于有凸耳54，所以叠置的盖子不能彼此相对移动。
采用本发明的容器和盖子，可以得到以下优点：
-该容器由于具有特殊形状而很稳定，因而其中所装东西受到最好的保护而不受外部影响，并且装满的盖上盖子的容器可以叠置到很高的高度；
-由于是矩形的，因而在贮存和运输期间可将若干容器彼此靠着放置和叠置起来，基本上不浪费空间；
-由于带有支承边缘及其位于下面的凹进壁部分，所以容器便于搬运；
-利用所附的盖子可以很好地密封该容器；
-利用吸气盘能够容易提升带盖的容器；
-该容器因其形状而易于用注射模制法进行制造；
-该容器易于叠套起来，也容易彼此分开；
-盖子可以彼此叠置成稳定的形式。

Claims (9)

1.一种基本长方形的塑料容器，包括底壁、连接于底壁的并具有基本相同厚度的直立侧壁以及向外卷边的顶边缘，封闭容器的盖子的边缘可以固定在该顶边缘上，该容器的特征在于，各个直立侧壁(10、12、14、16)沿容器(2)的垂直方向分成两个相互连接的侧壁部分(10a，10b；12a，12b；14a，14b；16a，16b)，下侧壁部分(10a、12a、14a、16a)作成往容器内部弯曲(凹进去)，而上侧壁部分(10b、12b、14b、16b)则作成向容器外部弯曲(凸出来)，并且上、下侧壁部分用中间部分(10c、12c、14c、16c)相互连接。
