Abstract
一个挤压设备及其方法,以及由不同材料制成的管状产品和管子。本发明的挤压设备包括:至少一个定子(1,6,10),至少一个转子(2,2a,2b),以及至少一个位于定子(1,6,10)与转子(2,2a,2b)之间的环状进料间隙(3)。沿待挤压塑料流动的方向上,进料间隙(3)的直径至少部分地连续减少,并且沿上述流动方向上,其直径至少也在一段长度上连续增加。采用这种构造,作用在挤压设备结构上的压力可很平衡,即设备可作得更耐用。本发明也涉及到由不同材料制成的管状产品和管子。
Description
本发明涉及加工待挤压塑料的一个挤压设备,挤压设备包括:
-至少一个定子,
-至少一个转子,
-至少一个待挤压塑料的环状进料间隙,它位于定子与转子之间,沿待挤压塑料流动的方向上,间隙直径至少部分地连续减少。
-至少一个转动转子的传动装置。
另外,本发明还涉及一个挤压方法,其中采用一个挤压设备来挤压产品,挤压设备包括:至少一个定子,至少一个转子,它至少有一部分是锥形的,由此在转子的锥形段位置上,至少位于转子一侧的定子表面是锥形的,因而在定子与转子之间有一个送进待挤压塑料的环状间隙,沿待挤压塑料流动的方向上,间隙直径至少部分地连续减少。
本发明也涉及由不同材料制成的管状产品和的管子。
在现在的挤压设备中,在其出料段,即在中心挤压通道区,压力很高,机械应力很大。目前的结构也不必要地妨碍了设备的某些使用可能性。
本发明的目的是消除这种缺点。采用本发明的挤压设备布局可达到此目的,其主要特征在于:沿待挤压塑料流动的方向上,进料间隙直径至少在一段长度上连续增加。
此外,本发明的挤压方法特征在于:沿待挤压塑料流动的方向上,进料间隙直径至少在一段长度上连续增加,由此至少在一段向外的通路上,进料间隙在受控下作塑料的挤压。
另外,本发明的管状产品特征在于:产品的外层由金属或涂塑料金属制成,在外层的内部至少有一层塑料,在外层与塑料层之间有粘结塑料,至少在一个中间层中粘结塑料是发泡的。
本发明的管子特征在于:最内层是塑料层,塑料层外面是内电极层,内电极层外面是绝缘层,绝缘层外面是外电极层。
采用本发明向外扩张的出料段构造,其中进料间隙在收缩后再放大,因此作用在挤压设备结构上的压力可很平衡,即设备可做得更耐用。
另外,特别是如果进料间隙在挤压设备外圆或其附近上打开时,每个转子的传动装置和传动装置的有关设备最好均放在挤压设备的背后,使得沿挤压设备的径向上,传动装置处于其它挤压设备部件的轮廓线之内。由此,挤压设备很容易作成这样:出料段就可确定了整个挤压设备沿径向的外部尺寸,从而大大增加了设备的应用可能性。
例如,如果挤压设备与制备波纹管的制波纹机一起联合工作,并且挤压设备可放在制波纹机中,它就提出了一种新的应用可能性。目前,必须通过长的出料段把材料送入制波纹机,因而材料在设备中经过了长的时间,需要大量的稳定剂。如果采用制波纹机,为了制造出双层波纹管,挤压设备也可作成双锥结构。
把传动装置放在挤压设备背后,也可使设备能用在打孔机后面,例如地下打孔机的后面,由此挤压设备可在打孔机打出的孔中制备塑料管。很容易制成一个可通过一个很大的孔的锥形挤压设备,这样使得易与打孔机作连接。另外,挤压设备也可从内部对钢管作涂层,由此也产生了新的用途。此时,在钢管内表面上,可同时涂以隔热粘结塑料和在粘结塑料之内的内层,如PEX层。这种管子可与交联塑料套连接。
在传动装置放在挤压设备背后的所有实施例中,对挤压设备的塑料供应自然也必须放在其后面。
以下将参照附图对本发明作更详细的描述,其中:

图1表示了挤压塑料的一个简单挤压设备,其中,以凝固的最好是粉状或粒状形式,或者以整体或部分溶化形式,把塑料送入设备。挤压设备包括:一个外定子1,一个转子2,一个内定子6,在外定子1与转子2之间一个待挤压塑料的环状进料间隙3,和相应地在内定子6与转子2之间的另一个环状进料间隙3,以及转动转子2的传动装置5。
转子2是锥形的,至少在转子2的一侧的定子1和6是锥形的,即至少外定子1的内表面和内定子6的外表面是锥形的。传动装置5包括一个马达和一个小齿轮系统或齿轮系统。马达可采用液压马达,电动马达或某种适合该用途的其它已知马达。例如,如果挤压设备与地下打孔机联合使用,采用液压马达特别有利,此时打孔机和挤压设备可合用一个动力源。如果传动装置5包括齿轮系统,可用齿轮系统按所希方式来调节转子2的转速。另一方面,例如当采用电动马达时,就不需要齿轮系统,因为可按已知方式调节马达转速来方便地控制转子2的转速。
挤压设备还包括了送料管道7,沿着它把待挤压材料送入进料间隙3中。由供料装置8供应进入送料管道7的材料。供料装置8可以是供料螺旋,供料泵或某种其它已知装置。采用供料装置,可调节进入送料管道7的材料流率。所供的材料可从送料管道7引入外定子1与转子2之间的进料间隙中。另外,转子2包括开口9,送料管道7中的一些材料可通过它流入转子2的内部,进入内定子6与转子2之间的进料间隙中。也可采用独立的送料管道和供料装置,以已知方式分别把所供材料送入转子2的外部和内部。当转子2转动时,由于在转子2和(或)定子上的槽的作用,待挤压材料沿着挤压设备中A的流动方向作流动。为了清楚起见,这些槽未在图中表示。
环状进料间隙3的直径首先沿着待挤压塑料流动方向A连续地减少,在上述流动方向A中,进料间隙先包括进料区3a,然后是熔化区3b,最后是压缩区3c。在转子2之后,在转子2不同侧面提供的进料间隙3合成一个进料间隙3。为了平衡压力P和应力,在转子2不同侧面的进料间隙3合成一个进料间隙3之后,沿着待挤压塑料流动方向A,在间隙的一段长度上,中心进料间隙3的直径相应地连续增加。在本实施例中,间隙3的直径在转子2之后立即作线性增加,间隙末段的直径不变,即间隙与挤压设备的中心轴平行。
图2是本发明第二个挤压设备的侧向剖视图。图2中的参考号码与图1的号码相对应。图2的挤压设备包括:两个锥形转子,一个为外定子1与中间定子10之间的外转子2a,一个为内定子6与中间定子10之间的内转子2b。为了清楚起见,图中未表示转子或定子上的槽。一个传动装置5用于转动转子2a和2b。转子2a和2b的转速可作不同的调整,如果需要,它们的转速可相互独立地作调整。依靠供料管道7和供料装置8,把材料供给到外转子2a外侧和内侧的进料间隙3中。相应地,依靠第二供料管道11和第二供料装置12,把材料供给到外转子2b内侧,并通过开口13送到转子的外侧。
在挤压设备的外圆上进料间隙3打开。传动装置5和供料装置8和12均放在挤压设备的背后,使它们沿挤压设备的径向上,位于由挤压设备进料间隙3最外端所确定的轮廓线之内,该外圆在附图中用φu表示。
图3表示了放在制波纹机之内的本发明第三个挤压设备。图3中的参考号码与图1和图2的号码相对应。制波纹机包括冷硬模14,它作向前运动,并具有开槽的内表面,塑料15压在它上面以制备出波纹管。因为制波纹机结构已经知道,所以对此不作更详细讨论。供料装置8和转动转子2的传动装置5均放在挤压设备的背后,使它们沿径向位于进料间隙3最外部分之内,即在外圆φu之内。然后可把挤压设备放在制波纹机之内,并且不需要长的出料段,长的出料段易使塑料15在到达冷硬模14的槽之前,冷却得太快。转子2的开始段为收缩锥形,而转子末端为扩张锥形。因此转子2在每一侧形成了独立的进料间隙3,它一直延伸到挤压设备的外圆φu上。转子2具有槽4,它把待挤压材料从挤压设备输出。然而,在转子2的末端为无槽的光滑表面。因此待挤压材料形成光滑流动,并不含有由槽产生的缝。此外,无槽区产生和保持了一个螺旋状的取向场。当待挤压型坯遇到冷硬模时,这种取向冻结在产品中。
在冷硬模14槽的底部有一个吸管16,它的抽吸可保证塑料15全部达到冷硬模14槽的底面。另外,适当引导在转子2两侧流动的塑料15的材料流,可生产出在冷硬模槽具有开口17的管子。挤压设备还包括心轴18,当冷硬模14和心轴18从不同两侧压向塑料管的预成形坯时,可制成塑料管子。
图4表示了图3设备的细节。图4中的参考号码与图1到图3的号码相对应。图4清楚地表示了设备如何在波纹管中产生出开口17。引入塑料流动15a和15b的方式可使待挤压塑料管包含了两层。也可用吹气替代吸管16来形成开口17,把空气或某种其它合适的气体吹过转子2来产生开口17。
图5示意地表示了与地下打孔机连接的本发明挤压设备。打孔机20用于在土壤21中打孔。接着,挤压设备19与打孔机21连在一起作运动,同时在打孔机20打出的孔中制造出塑料管子22。打孔机20的控制和传动装置的连接部分23可通过空心的挤压设备19。为了清楚起见,图5未表示出使打孔机和挤压设备运动所需的装置。
图6表示了从内部涂塑料的钢管,其中与钢管24相对的层是隔热粘结塑料25,第二层是交联聚乙烯,即PEX 26。例如,粘结塑料25可采用接枝聚乙烯。粘结塑料25最好是发泡的。当从内部对钢管作涂层时,塑料涂层在开始时是热的,因而其直径较大,而当塑料冷却时,塑料层直径变小。发泡的粘结塑料25粘在钢管表面上,但容许向内收缩。此时,发泡沿径向伸长,即发泡沿径向取向,它提高了管子的强度。发泡的粘结塑料25最好具有10%以上,或更加最好是25%左右的细填充剂,例如碳酸钙。由此可提高发泡的弹性模量,即结构将变强。此外,发泡的粘结塑料25对PEX 26是十分良好的隔热体。另一方面,当钢管从内部作涂层时,内部挤压的塑料取向可有效地被冻结,因为钢管从外面有效地冷却了管子。如把这种方式涂层的钢管连接在一起时,可采用适当压缩和加温的交联塑料套27。交联塑料套27趋向恢复到压缩前的直径尺寸,并由加热来造成膨胀。因而这种连接接头将非常紧固。对这种连接也可采用装在外面的套28,用胶泥或其它粘结剂把套28粘在管子上。也可采用电熔焊。在连接接头的外面,可放置一个由强材料制成的夹环29,并可在金属外壳,如在钢管24上定位。夹环29承受轴向张力。也可用焊接来实现连接,因而粘结塑料25作为对最外层的良好隔热体。可采用图5的原理来实现钢管的涂层。也可用相似的方式对其它金属管和混凝土管作涂层。
图7是本发明挤压设备的侧向剖视图。图7中的参考号码与图1到图6的号码相对应。图7的挤压设备包括一个固定定子,即一个中间定子10。在定子外面有一个转动的外转子2a,里面有一个转动的内转子2b。在外转子2a一侧的中间定子10表面是锥形的,相应地在中间定子10一侧的外转子2a的表面也是锥形的。中间定子10具有槽4,当外转子2a转动时,它把中间定子10与外转子2a之间的待挤压材料送出挤压设备。根据相应的原理,内转子2b具有槽4,当内转子2b转动时,它把待挤压材料送出挤压设备。为了清楚起见,附图中仅表示了使外转子2a转动的传动装置5。对于内转子2b,可以有一个或几个传动装置。也可以设置一个公用的传动装置来同时转动外转子2a和内转子2b,从而每个转子依靠同一齿轮来转动,因此转子自然以相反方向转动。如果转子有自己的传动装置,转子的转动方向自然可选成相同或相反。内转子2b之后跟着一个扩张锥体30。采用转动装置31来转动扩张锥体30。可根据所需的取向采取与内转子2b相同或不同的速度和相同或不同的方向,由转动装置31来转动扩张锥体30。本发明的挤压设备可制备多层管子的最外层管子,设备包括:生产管子外层的装置,把带32螺旋缠绕到管子中的制备外层的装置。为了清楚起见,这些装置未在图中表示。图7的挤压设备使内管的塑料15按转动方式运动,从而可使各层相互粘结得很好。心轴18也可被冷却,因而,由于带32和心轴18冷却了塑料15,可非常有效地冻结塑料的取向。带32可由玻璃纤维制成,或者是在一个方向取向的聚丙烯带。
带32最好由外电极层32a,绝缘层32b和内电极层32c组成。外电极层32a可由导电塑料或铝箔制成。绝缘层32b可由烧结或常规发泡(气泡中含有填充剂)塑料制成。发泡塑料最好是有孔的,因而可通过空气。内电极层32c可具有与外电极层32a相似的结构。上述方式提供的管子可用于:当一个钉子穿过管子时,在电极层之间发生短路,管子可向使用者作严重故障的报警。例如,这种管子可用作室外的气体管路。另一方面,在电极层之间可建立电位差,由此当管子表面在某些地方被石头之类压过时,可用电位计监测绝缘层的电位差变化。例如,如把管子铺在地面时,这种管子是很有用的,此时可考虑过度交通负荷引起的问题。同样,可监测管内压力的过度增加。相对于管子内层刚度和发泡硬度来调整管子外层刚度,可容易地确定管子的压力报警值。另一方面。当管子用作建筑物内的通风或污水管时,可监测管中污水的噪声,并可在管外面相应产生一个逆波来消除管中发生的噪声。此外,可以利用其外表面来产生一种声音,例如一种警报信号。电极层之间的电位差也可用作防湿层,因而可不使水分子腐蚀管子表面。相应地,当绝缘层变湿时,它影响到电位差,因此管子可用作泄漏定位的敏感器,例如在暖气管的地区。如采用铝作为电极层,管子的强度也很优良。因为采用金属探测器可很容易从地面探测到铝,电极层自然可用于电加热或管子定位。另一方面,也可对电极层提供声音信号,可用听得见的声音来简化管子的定位。位于电极层之间的绝缘层或绝缘发泡层也可改用碳黑,因而它是部分导电,由此绝缘层的压缩直接影响到电位差。因为金属膜的快速升温可影响薄膜的电连接,它也可以用于灭火洒水装置中。由于金属与取向塑料的组合可得到高的强度取向,以及采用报警信号的可能性,所以管子也可用于海底气管和油管,以及大的干线。把高频振荡输入一对电极层中,似乎可防止管子外表面和(或)内表面上的细菌生长。
电极层可作成外电极层32a更刚硬的方式,从而管子主要反应从里面来的信号,或者作成内电极层更刚硬的方式,从而管子主要反应从外面来的信号。
从侧面把挤压设备装在轴承上使它转动,也可使图7的设备作整体转动,从而在制造薄膜时可避免误差的积累。此时,管形产品的材料从转动的挤压设备中排出,牵引辊自然也必须是转动形式。可在设备外面采用楔子43,外转子2a依靠楔子来产生径向移动。这样,可调节由设备产生的塑料15的外层厚度。转动锥体30可作轴向移动,从而改变转动锥体30的位置,使得可调节待挤压材料15的内层厚度。用独立的供料管道把待挤压材料送到中间定子10的不同侧面,可用供料装置来调节材料流,因而供应到每侧的材料流确定了不同层的厚度。外转子2a,内转子2b和扩张锥体30最好均按同方向转动,由此待挤压塑料可与供应的带32紧密地缠绕在一起,待挤压的管子将形成均匀的结构。中间定子10具有电阻器44,由此可通过中间定子10,主要从内部对待挤压材料加热,从而可有效地实现加热。
图8表示了图7设备的细节。图8中的参考号码与图1到图7中号码相对应。在图8中,代替带32,采用了铝带33来形成外层。可采用连续焊,点焊或胶接,以及某种其它已知的方式,把铝带33连在相邻的螺旋形铝型条上。铝带33也可具有如图8所示的槽。此时,所供应材料流15的最外端直径φr最好大于铝型条33的最小内径φAl,由此可保证塑料15压缩到槽的底部,从而可制造出非常强的镀铝塑料管。除了平的铝型条,型条也可采用具空心方截面的塑料,它可大大提高管子的刚度。这种内衬按拉伸强度取向的刚性管子可应用于受压的污水管。
图9表示了本发明挤压设备的另一个应用。图9中的参考号码与图1到图8中号码相对应。挤压设备19把塑料层送到铝带33制成的管子内部。然后用锥形的第二个挤压设备把塑料层35送到铝管上面。用拉伸装置36拉伸所制备的管子,使得在离开挤压设备34的一段距离上,把挤压设备34供应的塑料层粘在管子的表面上。拉伸装置36可作转动连接。由于层是由铝或其它金属制成,管子能很好地承受伸长,因而所制备的管子可成功地进行拉伸。由此在塑料层35中产生轴向取向。挤压设备19在铝管内部提供了具有周向取向的塑料层。因此,所得管子具有一个铝层,在铝层内有一个周向和(或)轴向取向的塑料层,以及在外有一个轴向取向的塑料层,从而所得管子十分坚固。
图10示意地表示了本发明挤压设备对污水管内部作涂层的应用。可通过第一下水道井口37a和第二下水道井口38b,把所需设备安放在地下来作污水管38的内部涂层。采用缆绳39在污水管38中拉动挤压设备19。缆绳39缠在绞盘40上。用控制轮41来导向缆绳39。在图10中,先由缆绳39把挤压设备19拉近第一下水道井口37a.。然后开动挤压设备来生产塑料管22,并用缆绳39把它拉向第二下水道井口38b。可通过从地面上设备引出的导管42来实现对挤压设备19的材料和动力的供应。挤压设备19自然也可安放成与图10所示的方向相反来制备塑料管22。
仅用了几个优选实施例来描述上述发明。然而,对专业人员来说很清楚:发明并不限于上述例子,可在所附权利要求范围内对本发明的不同实施例作变化。所以,最简单的挤压设备形式仅包括一个固定定子和一个转动的转子,在它们之间有一个锥形的进料间隙。本发明的方法和设备自然也可用于制备有取向的薄膜或高压管或软管。
Claims (40)
1.一个加工待挤压塑料的挤压设备,挤压设备包括:
-至少一个定子(1,6,10),
-至少一个转子(2,2a,2b),
-至少一个待挤压塑料的环状进料间隙(3),它位于定子(1,6,10)与转子(2,2a,2b)之间,沿待挤压塑料流动的方向上,间隙的直径至少部分地连续减少,
-至少一个转动转子(2,2a,2b)的传动装置(5),
其特征在于:沿待挤压塑料流动的方向上,至少在一段长度上进料间隙(3)的直径连续增加。
2.权利要求1的挤压设备,其特征在于:进料间隙(3)的直径在转子(2,2a,2b)之后立即增加。
3.权利要求1或2的挤压设备,其特征在于:进料间隙(3)的直径作线性增加。
4.权利要求1,2或3的挤压设备,其特征在于:进料间隙(3)末段的直径不变。
5.权利要求1,2或3的挤压设备,其特征在于:在挤压设备的外圆(φu)上进料间隙(3)打开。
6.权利要求1的挤压设备,其特征在于:每个转子(2,2a,2b)的转动装置(5)及其驱动转子(2,2a,2b)的装置均放在挤压设备的背后,使得沿挤压设备的径向上,它们处于由挤压设备其它部件所确定的轮廓之内。
7.权利要求6的挤压设备,其中挤压设备与制备波纹管的制波纹机联合使用,其特征在于:挤压设备至少部分地放在制波纹机内。
8.上述任一个权利要求的挤压设备,其特征在于:转子(2,2a,2b)的初始段主要具有收缩锥形,转子的末段主要具有扩展锥形。
9.权利要求8的挤压设备,其特征在于:转子(2,2a,2b)的端部具有一个基本上无槽的区域。
10.上述任一个权利要求的挤压设备,其特征在于:挤压设备至少包括一个中间定子(10),在其里面和外面至少包括一个转动的转子,中间定子包括从内部加热待挤压材料的装置。
11.上述任一个权利要求的挤压设备,其特征在于:挤压设备包括一个定子(1,6,10),其中至少外表面是锥形的,一个转动的外转子(2a)放在定子外面,至少转子的内表面是锥形的,以及一个转动的内转子(2b)放在定子里面,有一个转动的扩张锥体(30)与内转子(2b)连接,由此在外转子(2a)与扩张锥体(30)之间形成进料间隙(3)。
12.权利要求11的挤压设备,其特征在于:挤压设备包括了分别在外转子(2a)与定子(1,6,10)之间和内转子(2b)与定子(1,6,10)之间送料经过定子(1,6,10)的供料装置。
13.权利要求11或12的挤压设备,其特征在于:扩张锥体(30)与转动装置(31)连接,由此扩张锥体(30)可独立于内转子(2b)作转动。
14.上述任一个权利要求的挤压设备,其特征在于:挤压设备装在其背后的轴承上,因而它可作整体转动。
15.一种权利要求6的挤压设备的用途,用于地下打孔机(20)的后面,由此可在打孔机从土壤中作出的孔中,使挤压设备(19)生产出塑料管(22)。
16.一种权利要求6的挤压设备的用途,用于从里面对新的金属或混凝土管子作涂层。
17.一种权利要求6的挤压设备的用途,用于从里面对原地安放的管子作再涂层。

19.权利要求18的方法,其特征在于:待挤压材料压缩在挤压设备的外圆(φu)上。
20.权利要求18或19的方法,其特征在于:挤压设备包括:至少具有一个锥形外表面的定子(1,6,10),一个位于定子外面的转动外转子(2a)和位于定子里面的转动内转子(2b),有一个与内转子(2b)连接的转动的扩张锥体(30),由此在外转子(2a)与扩张锥体(30)之间形成进料间隙(3)的末段,流入间隙的材料由转子(2a,2b)和扩张锥体(30)的作用而转动。
21.权利要求20的方法,其特征在于:沿径向调节外转子(2a)的位置,可调节待挤压材料(15)外层的厚度,沿轴向移动锥体(30),可调节待挤压材料内层的厚度。
22.权利要求20或21的方法,其特征在于:用独立的供料装置分别在定子(1,6,10)与外转子(2a)之间和定子(1,6,10)与内转子(2b)之间供应待挤压材料,由控制材料流动量来调节待挤压产品中不同层的性能。
23.权利要求20到22的方法,其特征在于:待挤压材料(15)引入要作内衬的产品里面,该产品在作内衬之前刚形成。
24.权利要求23的方法,其特征在于:内衬取向的塑料管与要作内衬的产品同时形成,使得要作内衬产品的材料送到心轴(18)上,因而心轴(18)起到支点的作用。
25.权利要求23或24的方法,其特征在于:在作内衬的管子上,把带(32,33)缠绕成管子形式,由此用带(32,33)形成要作内衬的产品。
26.权利要求25的方法,其特征在于:要缠绕的带(32,33)是开槽的,所供应材料(15)的最外面流动的直径(φr)大于由带(32,33)形成的管子最小内径(φAl)。
27.权利要求21到26中任一个的方法,其特征在于:在要作内衬的产品上形成塑料层(35),产品同时作这样的拉伸:在离开挤压设备(34)的一段距离上,把挤压设备(34)供应的塑料层(35)粘到管子表面上,因而在塑料层(35)中产生轴向取向。
28.权利要求18到20中任一个的方法,其特征在于:两种不同的塑料同时压到管子的内表面上,从而粘结塑料(25)压在管子上,而交联聚乙烯(26)压在粘结塑料的里面。
29.权利要求28的方法,其特征在于:待压的粘结塑料(25)是发泡的。
30.权利要求29的方法,其特征在于:粘结塑料(25)至少包含10%,最好包含25%左右的细填充剂。
31.几种不同材料制成的管状产品,其特征在于:产品的外层由金属或涂塑料的金属制成,在外层里面至少有一层塑料,在外层与塑料层之间有粘结塑料(25),它至少在一个中间层中作发泡。
32.权利要求31的管状产品,其特征在于:粘结塑料(25)至少包含10%,最好包含25%左右的细填充剂。
33.权利要求31或32的管状产品,其特征在于:产品的内层由径向和(或)轴向取向的塑料制成。
34.权利要求31到33中任一个的管状产品,其特征在于:粘结塑料(25)的发泡沿管子径向取向。
35.权利要求31到34中任一个的管状产品,其特征在于:采用交联塑料套(27)把产品与相似产品相连接,塑料套直径压缩得比正常直径小。
36.权利要求31到34中任一个的管状产品,其特征在于:采用在连接接头里面的套(28)和在连接接头外面的夹环(29)把产品与相似产品相连接。
37.几种不同材料制成的管子,其特征在于:最里面是塑料层(15),塑料层外面是内电极层(32c),内电极层外面是绝缘层(32b),绝缘层外面是外电极层(32a)。
38.权利要求37的管子,其特征在于:电极层(32a,32c)的电连接使得电极层(32a,32c)穿孔时会产生警报信号。
39.权利要求37的管子,其特征在于:电极层(32a,32c)的电连接使得管子受载引起的应变会产生警报信号。
40.权利要求37的管子,其特征在于:电极层(32a,32c)的电连接使得通风或污水管外表面再产生一个声音,它与从管内测得的信号相反,从而起到总的消音作用。
