Abstract

一种以油脚为原材料的提炼食用油的工艺。采用热水溶液与盐析法结合的工艺提炼食用油。本发明的目的是为了节省原材料,提高产油率。该工艺包括以下步骤:用热水将油脚稀释后加酸酸化,然后采用盐析法,最后静置分层。该工艺简单,易于操作,节省了原材料,提高了产油率。

Description

一种从油脚中提炼食用油的工艺
本发明涉及一种从油脚中提炼食用油工艺。
目前一般食用油厂提炼食用油(棉油、菜油、豆油等)后剩余的油脚都废弃不用,或作它用。油脚中仍含有一定量的食用油,废弃或作它用,这形成了一种极大的浪费,还降低了产油率。
本发明的目的就是为了解决上述现象,节约原材料,提高产油率。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下工艺流程:
1、稀释:将油脚在油锅中预热至55~65℃,加入油脚重量的25~35%的90~100℃的热水,将其稀释,并开动搅拌器,将其搅匀;
2、酸化:将油脚重量的3~5‰的柠檬酸预先溶于油脚重量的5~15%的90~100℃的热水中,再加入油脚内将其搅拌均匀;
3、盐析:将油脚重量的10~20%的食盐缓慢加入油脚中,过程中不断搅拌、加热,并维持油脚温度在90~100℃之间,直至油脚不再粘稠为止;
4.静置分层:静置油脚12小时以上,分离出上层清油。
本发明的积极效果在于:
1、利用油脚作为原材料,节省了原材料;
2、提高了产油率;
3、本发明工艺简单,易于操作。
下面结合实施例详述本发明:
1、稀释:可在炼油完毕后即刻进行,此时油脚温度为55~65℃,不需预热。直接将300kg,90℃的热水加入1000kg油脚中,开动搅拌机将其搅拌均匀;
2、将3.5kg柠檬酸预先溶于100kg,90℃的热水中,再加入油脚中,将其搅拌均匀;
3、将150kg食盐缓慢加入油脚中,过程中不断搅拌,并加温,最后维持油脚温度在95℃左右,直至油脚不再粘稠为止;
4、静置上述油脚15小时,分离出上层清油。

Claims (1)

1、一种以油脚为原材料提炼食用油的工艺,其特征在于该工艺包括以下步骤:
A、稀释:将油脚在油锅中预热至55~65℃,加入油脚重量的25~35%的90~100℃的热水,将其稀释,并开动搅拌器,将其搅匀;
B、酸化:将油脚重量的3~5‰的柠檬酸预先溶于油脚重量的5~15%的90~100℃的热水中,再加入油脚内将其搅拌均匀;
C、盐析:将油脚重量的10~20%的食盐缓慢加入油脚中,过程中不断搅拌、加热,并维持油脚温度在90~100℃之间,直至油脚不再粘稠为止;
D、静置分层:静置油脚12小时以上,分离出上层清油。
