Abstract

本发明涉及一种新型方便面调味料包装。采用面粉、糯米粉、淀粉等为主料,配以食品添加剂如增塑剂(甘油、山梨醇或其混合物等)、强化剂(维生素、钙盐、铁盐等)、抗氧化剂(丁基羟基茴香醚,没食子酸丙脂等)、品质改良剂(磷酸三钠、磷酸氢二钠、淀粉磷酸钠等)等为辅料,再加上水制膜而形成方便面调味料包装。其特征是该包装可食用,使方便面食用更方便,不会弄脏手、衣服等,又能充分利用调味料,减少对环境污染。

新型方便面调味料包装
本发明涉及一种新型方便面调味料包装,属于食品包装技术领域。
现有方便面的调味料包装多采用纸或塑料包装,食用时需打开调味料包装,倒出调味料后将包装抛弃。在实际使用中,手、衣服及餐桌台面易被调味料,尤其是调味料食用油弄脏,还会因倒出不彻底而造成调味料浪费,同时废弃的塑料包装对环境造成污染。
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型方便面调味料包装,需使用调味料时,不必打开和抛弃包装,进而克服现有技术的缺点。
本发明是这样完成的,采用面粉、糯米粉、淀粉等为主料,加上食品添加剂如增稠剂(明胶、琼脂、β-环状糊精等)、增塑剂(甘油、山梨醇或其混合物等)、强化剂(微生素、钙盐、铁盐等)、抗氧化剂(丁基羟基茴香醚,没食子酸丙脂、二丁基羟基甲苯等)、品质改良剂(磷酸三钠、磷酸氢二钠、淀粉磷酸钠等)等为辅料,再加上水制膜而形成方便面调味料包装,通常情况下,膜包入调味料后再将膜熟化,食品添加剂的作用在于提高可加工性、韧性、改善口味、提高营养价值及保存性等,主料种类、辅料的种类及配比等的变化均不改变本发明的实质。利用上述材料制成的调味料包装,其特征是包装可以食用。
本发明的优点在于方便面采用此种新型调味料包装以后,可将方便面主料和调味料一次倒入盛有热水的容器中,一定时间后即可食用,而不必打开调味料包装,使食用更方便,调味料利用率100%,同时又避免了可能弄脏手、衣服及餐桌台面等,以及环境污染。
下面结合实施例进一步对本发明进行说明。
精制面粉或糯米粉100g,羧甲基纤维素钠0.3g,没食子酸丙脂0.005g,无水碳酸钠和水适量,将上述物料充分搅拌均匀,制膜熟化后即可作为方便面调味料包装。通常膜在包入调味料后熟化,制膜和包入调味料可使用饺子机或类似自动化机器完成。
