S1、酶解初级湿粉的制备:将米花香糯、地构叶、补血菜、冬瓜粉、五爪毛桃、丝瓜络提取物加入到水中,混合均匀,得到初级湿粉,然后向初级湿粉中加入半纤维素酶、纤维素酶和果胶酶,进行酶解反应,得到酶解初级湿粉;
S2、酶解粉发酵料的制备:将酿酒酵母菌液、丁酸梭菌菌液和植物乳杆菌菌液加入到步骤S1得到的酶解初级湿粉中,搅拌均匀,密封发酵,得到酶解粉发酵料;
S3、多糖复合铁硒液的制备:将桃胶、茯苓和龙葵草混合均匀,得到混合粉末,然后向其中加入富马酸亚铁、纳米硒、纤维素酶、半纤维素酶和水,混合均匀,在45-60℃下保温6-10h,得到多糖复合铁硒液;
S4、多糖复合铁硒发酵料的制备:将葡萄糖、丁酸梭菌菌液加入到多糖复合铁硒液中,搅拌均匀,密封发酵,得到多糖复合铁硒发酵料;
S5、酸化复合铁硒发酵料的制备:将柠檬酸和水加入到多糖复合铁硒发酵料中,在55-65℃下保温0.5-2h,随后加入乳酸粉,继续保温2-4h,干燥,得到酸化复合铁硒发酵料;
S6、饲料添加剂的制备:将酶解粉发酵料、酸化复合铁硒发酵料和水混合均匀,发酵,即得到饲料添加剂。
优选的,步骤S1中,米花香糯、地构叶、补血菜、冬瓜粉、五爪毛桃、丝瓜络提取物和水的质量比为4-6:5-8:3-7:1-3:8-15:0.8-2:10-15。
优选的,步骤S1中,半纤维素酶的加入量为初级湿粉质量的5%,纤维素酶的加入量为初级湿粉质量的5%,果胶酶的加入量为初级湿粉质量的3%;
酶解反应的温度为38-42℃,酶解反应的时间为1-3h。
优选的,步骤S2中,酿酒酵母菌液的加入量为酶解初级湿粉的1%(v/w),丁酸梭菌菌液的加入量为酶解初级湿粉的1%(v/w),植物乳杆菌菌液的加入量为酶解初级湿粉的1%(v/w)。
优选的,步骤S2中,密封发酵的温度为30-33℃,密封发酵的时间为72-144h。
优选的,步骤S3中,桃胶、茯苓和龙葵草的质量比为15-20:8-12:2-5;富马酸亚铁、纳米硒、纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、水和混合粉末的质量比为0.02:0.003:6:8:250:100。
优选的,步骤S4中,葡萄糖的加入量为多糖复合铁硒液的1%(w/w),丁酸梭菌菌液的加入量为多糖复合铁硒液的1%(v/w);
密封发酵的温度为30-33℃,密封发酵的时间为72-144h。

本发明还提供由上述制备方法所制备得到的缓解母猪便秘的饲料添加剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明通过新的中药组方,以及铁硒与多糖酸化发酵的处理,从而增加铁硒与多糖的络合作用,生产的饲料添加剂能提高母猪机体活力,促进肠道健康,增加肠道蠕动,大幅度缓解母猪的便秘。

本发明各实施例及对比例中,菌液的活化过程如下:
从斜面保藏的丁酸梭菌种,用接种环(环直径0.3mm)刮取六环菌,接入300mL活化培养基,装入500mL三角瓶,在33℃培养,转速180r/m,酵母菌培养20h,得丁酸梭菌液;
从斜面保藏的酿酒酵母菌种,用接种环(环直径0.3mm)刮取六环菌,接入300mL活化培养基,装入500mL三角瓶,在33℃培养,转速180r/m,酵母菌培养20h,得酿酒酵母菌液;
从斜面保藏的植物乳杆菌菌种,用接种环(环直径0.3mm)刮取六环菌,接入300mL活化培养基,装入500mL三角瓶,在33℃培养,转速180r/m,酵母菌培养22h,得植物乳杆菌菌液;
培养基的成分:酵母浸膏1%(w/w),蛋白胨1%(w/w),葡萄糖4%(w/w);配制好后,115℃灭菌30min,冷却到室温,即得。
龙葵草、米花香糯、地构叶、茯苓、桃胶、补血菜:用粉碎机分别粉碎,粉碎后过80目筛。
实施例1
一种缓解母猪便秘的饲料添加剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、酶解初级湿粉的制备:将米花香糯、地构叶、补血菜、冬瓜粉、五爪毛桃、丝瓜络提取物加入到水中,其中米花香糯、地构叶、补血菜、冬瓜粉、五爪毛桃、丝瓜络提取物和水的质量比为5:7:6:2:10:1:15,混合均匀,得到初级湿粉,以初级湿粉质量计,然后向初级湿粉中加入5%半纤维素酶、5%纤维素酶和3%果胶酶,在40℃下保温2.0h,得到酶解初级湿粉;
S2、酶解粉发酵料的制备:将1mL酿酒酵母菌液、1mL丁酸梭菌菌液和1mL植物乳杆菌菌液加入到100g步骤S1得到的酶解初级湿粉中,搅拌均匀,装入塑料袋,在32℃下密封发酵96h,得到酶解粉发酵料;
S3、多糖复合铁硒液的制备:将90g桃胶、50g茯苓和15g龙葵草混合均匀,得到混合粉末;称取100g混合粉末,然后向其中加入0.02g富马酸亚铁、0.003g纳米硒、6g纤维素酶、8g半纤维素酶和250g水,混合均匀,在50℃下保温8h,得到多糖复合铁硒液;
S4、多糖复合铁硒发酵料的制备:将1g葡萄糖、1mL丁酸梭菌菌液加入到100g多糖复合铁硒液中,搅拌均匀,装入塑料袋,在32℃下密封发酵96h,得到多糖复合铁硒发酵料;
S5、酸化复合铁硒发酵料的制备:将10g一水柠檬酸和250g水加入到100g多糖复合铁硒发酵料中,在60℃下保温1h,随后加入18g乳酸粉,在60℃下保温3h,然后用烘干箱在60℃烘干,烘干到水分含量为17%(w/w),得到酸化复合铁硒发酵料;
S6、饲料添加剂的制备:将70g酶解粉发酵料、50g酸化复合铁硒发酵料和30g水混合均匀,在32℃下发酵36h,即得到饲料添加剂。
实施例2
一种缓解母猪便秘的饲料添加剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、酶解初级湿粉的制备:将米花香糯、地构叶、补血菜、冬瓜粉、五爪毛桃、丝瓜络提取物加入到水中,其中米花香糯、地构叶、补血菜、冬瓜粉、五爪毛桃、丝瓜络提取物和水的质量比为4:8:5:2:12:1.5:15,混合均匀,得到初级湿粉,以初级湿粉质量计,然后向初级湿粉中加入5%半纤维素酶、5%纤维素酶和3%果胶酶,在40℃下保温2.0h,得到酶解初级湿粉;
S2、酶解粉发酵料的制备:将1mL酿酒酵母菌液、1mL丁酸梭菌菌液和1mL植物乳杆菌菌液加入到100g步骤S1得到的酶解初级湿粉中,搅拌均匀,装入塑料袋,在32℃下密封发酵96h,得到酶解粉发酵料;

S2、酶解粉发酵料的制备:将1mL酿酒酵母菌液、1mL丁酸梭菌菌液和1mL植物乳杆菌菌液加入到100g步骤S1得到的酶解初级湿粉中,搅拌均匀,装入塑料袋,在32℃下密封发酵96h,得到酶解粉发酵料;

对实施例1和对比例1-7中制备得到的饲料添加剂进行试验,研究其对母猪便秘的影响,具体试验方法如下:
选取妊娠60天,健康状况、胎次相近的杜大长母猪900头,随机分为9组,每组10个重复,每组10头,对照组母猪饲喂基础日粮,实验组分别饲喂基础日粮+2%饲料添加剂(即实施例1和对比例1-7所制备得到的饲料添加剂),实验周期13天,基础日粮组成为玉米:豆粕:浓缩料(百宜云猪浓缩饲料,湖南百宜云商科技有限公司)为64:24:12,统计数据标准为:严重便秘:猪排便困难,粪便为颗粒状,质硬;轻微便秘:粪便呈圆柱状,或带有部分颗粒,踩之较硬;粪便适中:母猪排便容易,粪便松软,落地可成型散开,按照13天的平均数统计结果,头数=每天发生便秘母猪头数之和/13,试验结果如表1所示:

1.一种缓解母猪便秘的饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、酶解初级湿粉的制备:将米花香糯、地构叶、补血菜、冬瓜粉、五爪毛桃、丝瓜络提取物加入到水中,混合均匀,得到初级湿粉,然后向初级湿粉中加入半纤维素酶、纤维素酶和果胶酶,进行酶解反应,得到酶解初级湿粉;
S2、酶解粉发酵料的制备:将酿酒酵母菌液、丁酸梭菌菌液和植物乳杆菌菌液加入到步骤S1得到的酶解初级湿粉中,搅拌均匀,密封发酵,得到酶解粉发酵料;
S3、多糖复合铁硒液的制备:将桃胶、茯苓和龙葵草混合均匀,得到混合粉末,然后向其中加入富马酸亚铁、纳米硒、纤维素酶、半纤维素酶和水,混合均匀,在45-60℃下保温6-10h,得到多糖复合铁硒液;
S4、多糖复合铁硒发酵料的制备:将葡萄糖、丁酸梭菌菌液加入到多糖复合铁硒液中,搅拌均匀,密封发酵,得到多糖复合铁硒发酵料;
S5、酸化复合铁硒发酵料的制备:将柠檬酸和水加入到多糖复合铁硒发酵料中,在55-65℃下保温0.5-2h,随后加入乳酸粉,继续保温2-4h,干燥,得到酸化复合铁硒发酵料;
S6、饲料添加剂的制备:将酶解粉发酵料、酸化复合铁硒发酵料和水混合均匀,发酵,即得到饲料添加剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的缓解母猪便秘的饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中,米花香糯、地构叶、补血菜、冬瓜粉、五爪毛桃、丝瓜络提取物和水的质量比为4-6:5-8:3-7:1-3:8-15:0.8-2:10-15。
3.根据权利要求1所述的缓解母猪便秘的饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中,以初级湿粉质量计,半纤维素酶的加入量为5%,纤维素酶的加入量为5%,果胶酶的加入量为3%;
酶解反应的温度为38-42℃,酶解反应的时间为1-3h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的缓解母猪便秘的饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中,以酶解初级湿粉质量计,酿酒酵母菌液的加入量为1%(v/w),丁酸梭菌菌液的加入量为1%(v/w),植物乳杆菌菌液的加入量为1%(v/w)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的缓解母猪便秘的饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中,密封发酵的温度为30-33℃,密封发酵的时间为72-144h。
6.根据权利要求1所述的缓解母猪便秘的饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中,桃胶、茯苓和龙葵草的质量比为15-20:8-12:2-5;富马酸亚铁、纳米硒、纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、水和混合粉末的质量比为0.02:0.003:6:8:250:100。
7.根据权利要求1所述的缓解母猪便秘的饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S4中,以多糖复合铁硒液的质量计,葡萄糖的加入量为1%(w/w),丁酸梭菌菌液的加入量为1%(v/w);
密封发酵的温度为30-33℃,密封发酵的时间为72-144h。
8.根据权利要求1所述的缓解母猪便秘的饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S5中,柠檬酸、水、多糖复合铁硒发酵料、乳酸粉的质量比为8-15:200-300:100:15-20。
