A mouthwash formulation according to claim 5, wherein every 100 kg of the finished mouthwash comprises: 15.0 kg of sorbitol, 10.0 kg of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 5.0 kg of glycerol, 10.0 kg of propylene glycol, 2.0 kg of xylitol, 1.0 kg of sodium benzoate, 0.5 kg of edible essence (ingredients), 0.6 kg of methylparaben, 0.6 kg of domiphen bromide, 5.0 kg of sodium citrate, 2.0 kg of clove (SYZYGIUM AROMATICUM) oil, 3.0 kg of citric acid, 0.4 kg of trichlorogalactose, 2.0 kg of stevioside, 0.1 kg of polyvinylpyrrolidone, the sakura (PRUNUS SPECIOSA) extract extracted from 10.0 kg of sakura (PRUNUS SPECIOSA) crude drug, the lavender (LAVANDULA ANGUSTIFOLIA) extract extracted from 10.0 kg of lavender (LAVANDULA ANGUSTIFOLIA) crude drug and the balance of water.
