Abstract
A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating bacterial diseases of poultry and a preparation method thereof belong to the technical field of pharmaceutical compositions, and comprise the following raw materials: radix Scutellariae, flos Lonicerae, radix Pulsatillae, herba Houttuyniae, cortex Phellodendri, rhizoma Coptidis, radix Isatidis, fructus forsythiae, herba Taraxaci, and radix Glycyrrhizae. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) Mixing the raw materials, decocting, filtering, and collecting filtrate and residue; (2) Crushing the filter residues, mixing the crushed filter residues with a microbial agent for fermentation, and then performing high-temperature sterilization treatment to obtain a fermentation product; (3) Concentrating the filtrate, and mixing with the fermentation product to obtain the pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating bacterial diseases of poultry. According to the invention, medicines such as antibiotics are not required to be added, so that the medicine resistance of the poultry caused by excessive use of the antibiotics is avoided, and meanwhile, the edible safety of human beings to the poultry is ensured. In addition, the invention can further improve the utilization rate of the pharmaceutical composition by fermenting the filter residues after decoction.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pharmaceutical compositions, and particularly relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating bacterial diseases of poultry and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the poultry breeding process, disease prevention and treatment are very important, and bacterial infection, viral infection, parasitic infection diseases or even drug-induced liver injury diseases are in high incidence in breeding practice, wherein the bacterial diseases of the poultry mainly comprise fowl cholera, colibacillosis, salmonella, streptococcus, staphylococcosis, mycoplasma diseases and the like. The occurrence and evolution of the diseases, and various antibacterial drugs, antiparasitic drugs and antiviral drugs which are used in a large quantity in the prevention and treatment process, enhance the drug resistance of bacteria or parasites, and cause the problem that the diseases of poultry cannot be treated by common drugs. In addition, the antibiotics are too much used, and remain in the poultry body, so that the edible safety of human beings is affected.
Therefore, how to provide a pharmaceutical composition capable of avoiding the consumption of antibiotics and effectively preventing poultry bacterial diseases is a technical problem to be solved by the person skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention

the average of 7 groups of layers were cultivated in the henhouse, and 100 layers of each group were fed with the pharmaceutical compositions obtained in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 4, respectively, in the feeding process, wherein the amount of the feed was 0.5 to 1% by mass of the feed. The number of layers in different henhouses infected with E.coli or Salmonella-induced bacterial enteritis was observed and recorded.
The number of layers and the prevalence rate after 60 days of cultivation are shown in table 1:
TABLE 1
As can be seen from the above table, the pharmaceutical composition obtained by the invention can effectively prevent and treat intestinal diseases caused by salmonella and escherichia coli of the laying hen, in addition, in the diseased chicken group in the comparative example 1, the prevalence rate of salmonella infection is higher, and in the diseased chicken group in the comparative example 3, the prevalence rate of escherichia coli infection is higher, and is more than 75% of the diseased chicken group, therefore, the monarch drug pulsatilla and other pharmaceutical components in the invention cooperate to effectively prevent and treat salmonella infection, and the baikal skullcap root and the phellodendron bark cooperate with other raw materials to more effectively prevent and treat escherichia coli infection.
