The traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating varicella comprises, by weight, 80-100 parts of dandelion, 30-60 parts of caltrop, 40-60 parts of cortex dictamni, 20-30 parts of fructus viticis, 15-35 parts of butterflybush flower, 10-20 parts of radix ophiopogonis, 12-18 parts of water chestnut, 10-30 parts of mulberry leaves, 15-25 parts of selfheal, 10-15 parts of liquorice, 15-25 parts of mint and 15-30 parts of lophatherum gracile. The invention also provides a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating varicella. The traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chicken pox has the advantages that the traditional Chinese medicine composition can effectively treat the chicken pox in children, has no scar residue after healing, small irritation, safety and no toxicity, can effectively extract beneficial components in the raw materials by classifying and preparing the raw materials, and is simple in preparation method and convenient to popularize.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating varicella and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Varicella is caused by herpes virus, is a common acute eruptive infectious disease for children, is clinically characterized by fever, pruritic spots, hills, herpes and scabs in batches on skin mucous membranes, can simultaneously appear, and is named as varicella because the herpes is bright and oval. Varicella and herpes zoster are both infectious sources, the varicella is more infectious, the incubation period is 10-21 days, viruses disappear after scabbing, and the infection period is from 24 hours before purple eruption to scabbing of the lesion, and is 7-8 days. The disease has strong infectivity, the incidence rate of children can reach 95 percent, the epidemic is very easy to cause, the disease can occur all the year round, the disease is sporadic in two seasons of winter and spring, and the incidence age is 6-9 years old.
At present, the varicella is mainly treated by antivirus, for example, acyclovir and the like are used for treatment, the antiviral effect is achieved by inhibiting the synthesis of virus DNA, other western medicines are also widely used for treating the varicella, the treatment mode has side effects of inflammation or phlebitis, skin itch or urticaria and the like at an injection part, the treatment mode cannot change the internal environment of a patient, the symptoms are treated, the root causes are not treated, and certain limitation is brought to the treatment of the varicella. The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the chicken pox is caused by the fact that chicken pox seasonal pathogenic viruses enter from the mouth and the nose, and the chicken pox is divided into two types of symptoms of wind-heat type and toxic-heat type. Patients with wind-heat type are mild in disease condition, with the clinical manifestations of fever, clear and bright blister, sparse distribution, mild pruritus, lassitude, red tongue with white coating and floating and rapid pulse, and for treatment, the herbs of dispelling wind and clearing heat are mainly added and subtracted with Yinqiao powder. The clinical manifestations of severe disease of patients with toxic-heat type are high fever, dense pox eruptions, turbid pox pulp, thirst, dry lips, listlessness, deep-red tongue, yellow tongue coating and surging and rapid pulse, and for treatment, heat-clearing, toxicity-removing and blood-cooling are the main reasons, and the recipe is modified with Qingying decoction. Therefore, there is a need to develop a varicella treatment formulation suitable for the current social situation from the viewpoint of the traditional Chinese medicine.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chicken pox, which can effectively treat the chicken pox in children, has no scar residue after healing, small irritation, safety and no toxicity.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating the chicken pox, which is characterized in that the raw materials are classified and prepared, so that the beneficial ingredients in the raw materials can be effectively extracted, and the preparation method is simple and convenient to popularize.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme.
On the one hand, the embodiment of the application provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating varicella, which comprises 80-100 parts by weight of dandelion, 30-60 parts by weight of tribulus terrestris, 40-60 parts by weight of cortex dictamni, 20-30 parts by weight of fructus viticis, 15-35 parts by weight of butterflybush flower, 10-20 parts by weight of radix ophiopogonis, 12-18 parts by weight of water chestnut, 10-30 parts by weight of mulberry leaf, 15-25 parts by weight of selfheal, 10-15 parts by weight of liquorice, 15-25 parts by weight of mint and 15-30 parts by weight of lophatherum gracile.
On the other hand, the embodiment of the present application provides a preparation method of the aforementioned traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating varicella, which comprises the following steps: crushing caltrop, cortex dictamni, fructus viticis, radix ophiopogonis and liquorice, and decocting to obtain a first decoction; soaking dandelion, butterflybush flower, mulberry leaf, selfheal, mint and lophatherum gracile, boiling with strong fire, and decocting for 0.5-1 h to obtain a second decoction; mixing the first decoction and the second decoction, filtering to obtain filtrate, concentrating the filtrate in an external circulation concentrator, and concentrating at 0.03-0.05 Mpa and 65-70 ℃ until the relative density is 1.15-1.18 to obtain concentrated paste; dissolving the concentrated paste in the second component, adding the third component and fresh water chestnut juice to obtain a mixed solution, finally adding a paste forming agent, and uniformly mixing to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the embodiments of the present invention have at least the following advantages or beneficial effects:
the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating varicella provided by the invention is prepared from dandelion, selfheal, caltrop, cortex dictamni and water chestnut, and has the effects of clearing heat and removing toxicity, relieving swelling and resolving masses, and relieving itching and removing toxicity; fructus viticis, flos buddlejae, folium mori and lophatherum gracile have the effects of clearing heat and purging fire, dispelling wind and heat, inducing diuresis for treating stranguria, clearing lung-heat and moistening dryness, facilitating the response to fever symptoms when varicella appears, reducing fever time and the highest fever temperature, and reducing the side effects of the disease; the mint can disperse wind and heat, promote eruption and facilitate the acceleration of varicella virus to fully distribute on the body surface, namely potential varicella to be developed can be developed on the body surface as soon as possible, thus facilitating the treatment and shortening of the course of treatment; meanwhile, the ophiopogon root is used for nourishing yin and promoting the production of body fluid, moistening lung and clearing away heart-fire, the liquorice is used for tonifying spleen and qi, clearing away heat and toxic materials, eliminating phlegm and stopping cough, relieving spasm and pain and harmonizing the medicines. Through the effective compatibility of the raw materials, the treatment time can be obviously shortened, scars left after the varicella is healed can be avoided, the irritation is small, and the medicine is safe and non-toxic.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating the chicken pox, the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating the chicken pox can effectively extract beneficial components in the raw materials by classifying and preparing the raw materials, and meanwhile, the preparation method is simple and convenient to popularize.
